Officially finding new facility. Haven’t been happy since my regular Drs (pediatrician & internist) retired. Every 2nd dose shot, they said just come in but when we did no one was able to help. This last time my kids needed physicals for school sports and their annual check up. Even though I told them on the phone when making appt, they told me once I was There they could only do 1 or the other. So because I Needed the forms filled out, we chose the physical and had to pay $$$. The annual would be fully covered but she wouldn’t fill out the forms. I realize it’s not The drs fault but seriously paying $275 x 2 for the same thing an annual covers is ridiculous. AND she tried to sell me On an EKG since they’re re playing sports even though they have no medical history to warrant this. I refuse to go back to let them make more $ off the annual.

Came for walk in services. Website says they start at 10 but upon arrival she tells me they start at 11 and the website hasn’t been updated. However, can’t leave and come back bc there are just three slots before lunch (total) and one is already taken! Receptionist just said to someone “it’s a walk in so it could take 5 hrs, could take 7, there is no way to predict”. Yikes!

This is a great facility. Nice, and courteous staff. Plenty of seats in the waiting area and ample parking. They do offer Covid vaccines and boasters for non UCI patients also. It's easy to get an appointment at this facility and you're generally in and out in no time.

Absolutely worst place I have ever been to see a doctor. I went to see a dermatologist, Dr. Min. Worst service ever and horribly rude. Could obviously tell she wanted to leave early, kept interrupting my mother and me. She stated oh you keep picking your skin over and over and I was like okay I get it and I understand it okay, but least I am not doing worse. I struggle with a lot of mental health issues and was trying to calm myself down. On the other hand, the staff was pretty kind to us. NEVER EVER SEE DR. MIN. rude rude rude. She needs to understand that actions have consequences and being kind isn't that bleeping hard.

Followed by last review, UCI feedback didn’t help either. They completely took what the doctor said as truth without looking at the evidence submitted by patients. Worst health care I’ve ever been to. Avoid doctor Arlene Ing. If you live in Irvine, Hoag and Memorial are better. I also went to UCSD Health and Doctor Mary Wang was one of the best family doctors.

Th e people working at this clinic are fantastic. I didn't get the name of the young lady at the desk but she was super helpful and kind. She started my experience off right. Amanda was the NP who helped me and she was a joy to speak to. She set me on the road to recovery and I was in and out of there in about an hour. Thanks!

Don’t go here, I clearly asked them if I can use my insurance for annual visit, they said no, they need to have at least a visit prior to this to take it for annual visit, I wasn’t willing and told them I’m not interested if so, then they called backed saying that they are okay to go with annual visit without a prior visit, I should have understood at the right in the first place, they are nasty people who just look out for money not anything regarding patients. They did multiple test which aren’t necessary, they claimed for all those around $1700 and doctor asked me to come again to check on lab work, they haven’t ever mentioned in all these conversations that follow up is again billable, she was counting on her time during follow up visit, they charged $580 for 20minutes of follow up. I checked my insurance and was surprised just for a general visit they billed out around $2500. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE

Came here on a Tuesday for their 5pm-9pm walk in hours. It was my first time here and came a little bit early like 4:45 to check if they were talking walk-ins at the stated times on their website because some reviews said the website is inaccurate. Turns out they were! The receptionist who checked me in, I believe her name was Maira, did such an excellent job! She was kind, respectful, and welcoming. I witnessed her explain a situation to an unhappy patient and she did a great job at handling the matter. If you are here for a walk-in, pretty much expect to wait as is true for all clinics with a walk-in. I waited about 40 mins to be called in. Another 15 mins in the rooms. The doctor that saw me was Dr. Maria Kim. She was AMAZING! I felt like she listened to everything I had to say and took her time to explain things to me. I felt comfortable talking about my symptoms and she made herself available to follow up if I felt worse by messaging her. I appreciate her so much and would recommend this doctor! She thanked me for waiting which I don’t see many doctors do. Great bedside manners and so friendly!

Easy appointments, had no issues they accept walk ins, staff really good.

Run AWAY from Doc. Ing. The Doctor Arlene S Ing is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen! She is so unreasonable for billing. She had her staff called in to ask for an annual check with her. And then she billed me as an office visit with diagnostic treatment. I visit Hoag two weeks later and the specialist doctor as well as the urgent care doctor both told me She WAS WRONG on prescription. Her prescribed medicine has no effect to treat my symptoms!!!! No wonder she has so many availability to book! RUN AWAY PLEASE

The front desk and the nurse were nice and friendly; the issue was that administration added COVID-19 booster shots to the walk-in clinic but didn't add personnel so the appointment I got to 15 minutes early at their request got me in an hour after the appointment... So an hour and 15 minute wait

This was my first appointment at UCI Health and it was a good one! The staff are very friendly and polite. I got through all paperwork and procedures in a very timely manner. The facility is brand new, and beautiful! Dr. Mojica is wonderful! She is very polite, patient, and thorough. Her assistant Brenda is very efficient. The radiology department is very conveniently located on the premises. I received my results within 24 hours and could access it online through My Chart. I highly recommend UCI Health.
