Cream Pan Bakery Cafe Fine selection of items to choose from. Higher end prices for the best quality items all made fresh daily. Limited seating inside and out on the patio. Suggestions: try the; Mango cheesecake, Apple crisp, Blueberry scones and Boston donuts. I've been back a few times, since my first time. Go, Enjoy!

Always love going to Creme Pan every time I visit from Arizona. Their steamed buns, sandwiches, the pastries are all sooooo good, even the orange juice was delicious. Lines get long but go very quickly

it's not like you're going into a big Walmart or Target. All of the shops here are either family-owned or small business owns very genuine, personable people

Quaint little shopping center just as your about to enter Old Town Tustin. It has a bakery, a fitness center, a tailor, furniture retailer with wonderful items, and a few restaurants and a kosher deli. There may be a few more but those shops stood out. There used to be a dinner theater there so I don't think it's there anymore.. There is a water fountain where the buildings connect in the back near the rear entrance. It's very clean and beautiful . I lived in Tustin for 14 years. My sons and I to the dinner theater a d my Son's frequented the bakery and yet no one knew about this wonderful water fountain. You can pull up a chair and just listen. In the evening the fountain area is decorated with cafe lights. It has lots of seating check it out.

The plaza has been around for years without much updating. There is a good Vietnamese restaurant there, Long Hai, but beyond that not much going on.

I'm actually amazed that we go to this shopping plaza fairly frequent. It's because Laxmi Indian store is there with a buffet bar with many vegetarian dishes. There are other nice stores in the plaza. To improve, they need a better motif in the parking area to make it more visually attractive, although you can appreciate the ample room for parking, no struggles there. The Plaza is part of Old Town Tustin, and it is easy to make a few stops like clothing boutiques, Rogers Gardens, Free Soule Caffe, and the ever popular Centro dining.

Cream pan was the only business that had consistent visitors. This plaza needs more eye grabbing restaurants and shops

Food Smelled amazing unfortunately I didn't get to try it out this time. But the bath is open to the public which I did not expect. Very pleasant people it was like I was a guest at the and the employees customer service even to non customers Was more like hospitality feel.

So this Plaza has a bunch of hidden Little Gems such as Bordeaux coffee, cream pan, and laxmi. The center definitely needs some updating, and I do think that they should do something fun with the old empty Petco / gymnasium and turn it into a food court/total hangout place with internet bar and many little food shops. But there's definitely some wonderful hidden gems in this Center.

Cream Pan is the best local Asian bakery. Please try their azuki cream pastry. You won't regret it!

Wonderful plaza with spacious parking. I often go to Cream Pan Bakery here. I also get my haircut at the barbershop in this plaza.

👍👍 I love this round table in Tustin. Buffet M - Fri 11:00 - 2:00 pm and pizza always hot. Also reasonably priced. The personnel are friendly, the place is kept very clean, And the owner comes out to greet you and ask how is everything? Now that is Great customer service. I highly recommend this place.

👍👍 I've been shopping at this mall since I was a little kid. The stores have all changed, but they always put exactly what's needed in here. Michael's, swimming classes, Rockin Brew, 2 gricery stores, pool supply, juice, and so much more. Take a moment and swing by and see what's in there for you! Oh,...
