Good location and friendly staff, but rooms very disgusting. There were cockroaches walking on me during night. It was the worst stay in my life. Place with big potential but nobody cares about it.

Good location just off the main street. Very cheap and you get what you pay for. Terrible wifi. Much faster internet on 3g. Very little water comes out of shower and what comes out is cold. No TV. One power point shoulder height near the door so it is pritty much useless. I'm had 6 nights booked and paid for but I'm moving after just one night.

Thank you so much, very kind and lovely owner. It is very quiet location and the room is directly 2 metres next to swimmingpool which is not big but nice. And I asked additional to the pancake which was delicious to make as I broad instead of white brown toast and jam and butter

You get what you pay for - good value for money. Initially was in two rooms with no AC and couldn't cope - was changed to one AC room. Internet connection at times intermittent. However - very central, lovely owners/staff, good breakfast. We have hot water in our room. Beds firm and comfortable. Parking is tight. Would recommend for those on a budget, but need to have realistic expectations.

We booed with Agoda at the time of leaving 7 min before taxi to go back to Denpasar came they start to try to take us the money again even tho I paid through Agoda. Ps also complaint why we didn’t book via booking (cos they could get more money )

Its a scam!! We booked through agoda and told us that they didnt have room for us. The problem is that they sell the room with a higher price that agoda so decide to not take us in. Dont trust this place ever! They left us in the street with our heavy baggage without any solution, only insults Run away from them!

the rooms are too old, bed, bathroom, everything...and the fan it's not working very well,sometimes it's more hot in the room than outside. Good breakfast and good position.

10/10, highly recommend. Great for those on a tigher budget. The staff and owners live on sight so were easily reachable at all time. Super friendly and helpfully with booking tours and hiring a motorcycle. Perfect location, very central but serenely silent despite that. We had a little balcony on our private bungalow where the owners brought us breakfast.

Hmm.. i stayed here for 5nights in 2 different rooms my own en-suit bath room and private terrace. as you know this is not a 4 or 5stars hotel even 3. Here is homestay with lovely family staffs. The street to get here busy by street sellers and motor bikes but you will get used to it and as no problem that much.. just few minutes patient that's all and the shops are close in the evening so after you finish your dinner time, there is no one bothering you. the room price is reasonable and you can rest well. It is sometimes not very clean or fresh bedding but unfortunately second bed was smelled even it was after laundry .. but basically you will get clean toilet. no smell. Depending on which room you will get half warm shower or not.. but the weather here isn't cold so even cold shower also affordable. I was not used to get cold shower but you will get used to it. (First room had nice warm shower.) And both rooms were airy with breeze most of time. Even at night and down it is cold. At least staffs are friendly and helpful... and especially the bulding area is calm and comfortable with greenaries... you can have nice cozy own terrace... the breakfast isn't very luxury but you can fill your belly if you are hungry in the morning.... Sometimes neighbors here made noise of installing or made smoke to burn sth their own.. but it's only during the day for few hours... and in the evening is mostly quiet and at least can not bothering you because it is sth far away from property. And it is all up to rooms.. so you will get both side of pros and cons like there is nothing perfect for you even 4 stars hotel in first country wasn't perfect for me in my experience. Here is very affordable price and enough space room so I would like to come back indeed.. 😊

I'm not sure if every Kabera Bungalow is from the same host. We had Kabera Bungalow 3. The location is great! Super central un Ubud, but far away from the noisy main street. Only a ceiling fan, but that was sufficient. Comfortable bed and a nice balcony! Super nice host and breakfast included!

Told them many times I had to check in late at 2am and when I arrived they didn’t have my room

The owners are so sweet. Ketut brings tea and hot water every morning and you can also order breakfast. You can book various tours here as well as transport to different places in Bali. The rooms are spacious and clean and the fan works really well!

A little oasis in the middle of busy Ubud. Simple and modest accommodation with beautiful gardens. Nice and quiet with a lovely breakfast provided each morning by Katut and the team. :) If you’re backpacking or a low budget traveler, this is a great, cheap stay for a few nights whilst you find your bearings.

Nice Homestay for the price. Good service by the owner and his family. Even better wifi. There is free water and breakfast comes within the room price. They even provided extra bread for my 2 yr old kid. Problem is they dont have any kind of storage closet inside the rooms, which is a bother. Tap does not have hot water; its provided separately. In addition, it has an excellent location with the Ubud art market and Ubud palace like 5 minutes walking.

Not the best place I stayed. Only cold shower and a bit noisy. You can hear your neighbors. Breakfast is very simple and for the cost you can get a better one. I spent only one night and moved with my friend.

It’s ok with the price. Private room with bathroom, fan room, no hot water or AC, super cheap so don’t expect anything fancy. Just the room quite old and not very clean. It’s fine. The owner is nice, helpful, she help me change to hotwater room with same price.

Great hotel run by a welcoming family. Nice basic affordable rooms with free breakfast. The rooms are only fan cooled which meant a little adjustment time was needed but otherwise the hotel, its position and location was a great experience.

n the city center, quiet place, all the amenities. Good price, with breakfast to room. Hot water, good WiFi, very big room with your own balcony, single bed is for 2 people enaugh. Great price and quality ratio. We get the room like asking with fan instead of air contioner, because we don't like air conditioners.
