Very nice stay! Owners are wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, much better than pictures. The 2 large areas in pictures are public areas for the 4 rooms. Transportation would be helpful. I just used Grab, was fine. Baan Mai Khao a restaurant near by was fantastic, kid friendly, nice find. Hotel has bikes you can ride there, very close.

Cozy small bed & breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Well organised. We rented a car nearby from the Internet and host was able to call and arrange for delivery of the car to the guesthouse which was great. She also provided a detailed map of where to eat around the guesthouse which were all within walking distance. Highly recommend. Plus there’s a neighborhood massage located opp the road about 1min walk away from the guesthouse called Lotus Health Massage & Spa. We had 1hr 200 baht thai body massage. If you like the strong pressure massage , this is the place to go. My hubby extended it to 2h for 400 baht once the male masseur started on him saying his skills were good. Apparently they only activate the freelance masseurs when guests request for massage so it may take about 10-15mins to start the massage.

I needed a room for the evening after my eye appointment and they had been dialated and couldn't drive home and I found this jewel of a hotel. Very lovely and clean and very modern.
