Pathetic experience. I have booked three rooms with them. There were two patients & two kids with us. On arrival got to know that they have given our booked rooms to someone else. We suffered a lot. Had to search new rooms which was a struggle during that late evening as the rooms which they were offering was on their third floor with no lifts which were inconvenient for us. Highly unethical & unprofessional behaviour. I wouldn't suggest any one to go there.

The property is situated in a closed-end street. The Manager, Pradeep Yadav was courteous enough to take care of our comfort. Though the property lacks some basic amenities. Still, it was not that bad. One may consider it worth staying.

Small and clean rooms. It is inside a lane where vehicles can't go. If you have a lot of luggage then you may have to carry it from a near by lane. The advantage is that the hotel is very close to the temple. It is quite easily accessible. Also there are are small eateries near the hotel. They were kind to give early check-in when we arrived early. They also arrange taxi to the airport if required.

The only plus for the place is its location from Mahakaleshwar temple. It is at a walking distance. The rooms are very small with no amenities like chair to sit, or kettel for warm water. The bathroom is small with no rack to keep towels. The place only serves water and tea there is no in house room service one can order from outside which we did not try. The place is not reachable directly by car, auto etc. You have to walk for about 300 meters with your luggage. There is no lift so, one has to climb stairs to reach to room. There is no parking area so, if travelling by car decide judiciously. I am not sure how the place has such good rating on travel platforms.

It is one of the budget stay options near Mahakaleshwar Temple. Temple is just 50m from here. The room size is not so big. Ventilation would be an issue for me. But you can adjust for a day or two. Staff is quite helpful and polite.

I have a very good experience. Staff is very co operative and polite. We had missed our train due to heavy rush in Omkareshwar but still they helped me and my friend at mid night. Room was very good and hygienic. Overall very good service. Must recommended for female travellers.

The hotel is just at 1 min walking distance from Mahakaleshwar Mandir. The hotel staff was very cooperative and honest. Our room key was lost by us so we had to wait 3 hour till the keymaker came to make the new set of keys! They should have another set with them so deducting a star. But he did offer us another room to rest without charge which was very noble of him and really appreciate the gesture. Thank you and will stay here again for sure.

Lots of cockroaches in the room. People are good. No parking. One has to park the vehicle a kilometre away, then take a rickshaw and then carry luggage for 50 mtrs.

1.I requested for 2 hr early check in, they tried to accommodate in a low category hotel of theirs. 2. They gave 1 room at 10 am(1 hr early) and other toom at 10.30 am. 3. Bathroom and toilet are not in good state. They get it cleaned to a certain extend. 4. They do not have in house restaurant, few options are there within half km. 5. GPS for this hotel will not always take you to exact location. 6. Hotel is bit inside main around, auto or car will leave you 300m from hotel. 7. Hotel staff and manager are very good people, nice behavior. 8. Paid 3K for ac double bed, not worth the price. All hotels are charging around same amount, not value for money. 9. They gave us room 101 and 102. There is a common bathroom between those 2 rooms, not an ideal scenario at this price point. 10. In evening water from their kitchen entered room 101, the hotel staff clean after asking them. 11.The rooms are small with no amenities like chair to sit, or kettel for warm water. The bathroom is small with no rack to keep towels. 12.There is no lift so, one has to climb stairs to reach to room if 2nd Or 33rd floor. There is no parking area so, if travelling by car decide. I am not sure how the place has such good rating on travel platforms.

Too noisy, hard to sleep. Bad service. Like a 1 star or max 2 stars. Bed bugs. They have checkout at 9 AM, forget about them worried about your breakfast.

Awesome location, reasonable price. The hotel is located inside the Mahakaleshwar temple compound and can only be reached by walking or e-rickshaw/auto. The parking is not available at hotel and needs to be done in Mahakaleshwar common parking which takes 15 mins on erickshaw from hotel. The hotel location is very good for doing Mahakaleshwar darshan and the temple is just 2 mins walk from the hotel. The rooms are good and clean and the staff is friendly. Check out time is very strict. Lots of food options and market available around the hotel.

Nearby drop out for passenger is quiet far from the hotel especiallyfor senior citizens, about 700m. This is the only problem I faced. The best way to reach there hire a auto and ask him to drop you at police chowky near mahakaleshwar, from there 5 min walk for hotel

This is nice hotel if you want peace and calm around temple , staff is very good and help you in all possible ways . Best to book directly. One point imp to note they don't have parking, even your vehicle can't reach to hotel. But location is prime and have all facilities around.
