Decent place. Quite close to shri mahakaleshwar temple. The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't very big but okay. It was clean and hygienic. The service was good. The price was also quite affordable.

Worst hotel in ujjain worst staff ill mannered uneducated don't have any etiquette to talk to customer . Any body must not not go for this hotel . completely untidy , unhygienic rooms were having a bad odour , toilets are not clean no water bottle is provided no toilet soaps are provided not even a chair is there in room . Receptionist person is moron .

Worst hotel ever , the room was not clean , in washbasin the tap was broken result not operable, even the bed we had in our room was broken , and the receptionist dont have any manner to talk , even the workers there dont have any etiquettes and for winter days they dont even provide with hot water they'll only say that they provide hot water . According to their services charges are too high , if there was an option to give rating in minus i would really like too . Every autowala have the patchup with this hotel so they will take you there only but dont go there . It's worst.

I would give zero star if available. No room service is available . Bearded person on reception is awful with completely irrational and illogical arguments . If u go there ,u will be at ur own risk ...

Worst hotel I have ever visited in my traveling life.. Worst service, worst receptionist, no cleanness and hygiene.. I stayed there for 3 days and they did not even changed the bedsheets and cleaned the room while I was there.. Wash basin flask was broken too resulting inoperable.. Please don't do there... Please.. I wish if there was a zero rating available so could rate it accordingly..

As per money value hotel is not good satisfactory. 0ne day 2000 rupees which is not fare to stay here.

I have paid advance, but I went there and visited room, it's was smelling like hell, bedsheet was totally dirty, when I complained same. Manager started argument and shouted. They have to return my full advance even. There are many other budget friendly good hotels also.. like Hotel Stayam inn..

Very poor rooms, dirty bedsheets, Cockroaches🪳. Bathrooms too dirty to be used. The prices are hiked insanely online. You can get a room at ₹800 on weekdays and a couple more hundreds on weekends. I would never suggest anyone to stay there, infact entire ujjain is not a place to be. The staffs there are too rude without any reason; since it's a tourist place they know people will come and stay no matter how poor the condition. This is the general condition of entire hotel industry in Ujjain. Greed and commercialization of religion will cause the downfall of Hinduism one day. No surprise a lot of younger folks are walking away from these fraudsters and this religious facade.

Located near the temple but rooms are very poorly maintained (broken mirror and chair, dirty bathroom). Will not suggest to anyone.
