We needed a room for 3 hours to fresh up. We were 3 people. We got a room in this hotel in Rs. 1000 for 3 hours (8.00 AM to 11.00 AM). We requested the owner/manager to use another empty room's washroom so that we can get ready as early as possible and they allowed to use. They needed a copy of Adhaar card which they will return back at the time of check-out. Personally I didn't like the room as it was very small and washroom was also not that clean the way I prefer but just to use for 3 hours. I wouldn't have picked this if I would have had a plan for night stay. 4 wheeler parking is not available.

Bad behaviour you will never grow with this typ of manager they have to maners how to treat customer i will never come in oyo hotel rooms ..

I have booked my stay at this hotel through OYO and I am not at all satisified with this booking and this is first worst experience with OYO. As on today all my hotel bookings with OYO were mesmorized and I really enjoyed stay. I was surprised by visiting this hotel that OYO has such worst category hotels in the list. I just want to put all my concerns here so that no other customers face such problem. 1. When I reached this hotel in the morning, Receptionist was in deep sleep and after calling from dirty scrapped grill shutter he wokeup 2. After wake up he spitted on main entrance steps and that is already spread with pan and gutka spits and i think this is the Hygine they are maintaining 3. When I was going towards room all dirty bed sheets and scrapped matrisses were kept as dirty as much 4. After entering inside the room there are no words to say - No towels, no soaps and no water inside the room - Bed sheets are worst and opened up and one side teared - Rooms are so small that I cannot move anywhere in the room otherthan walk path - WC top was broken and literally it was not in usable condition and also flash is not in working condition

I will say don't even visit this hotel by just Viewing its pictures. This hotel will Not meet your expectations😕

Room width was quite short and it's 850m away from mahakal mandir , it's a cheap room yet have decent facilities , you will find many other hotels and rooms with more premium experience but they will charge high

Nice place to stay in ujjain. The Mahakal Temple is 500 Meters from the hotel.

Worst Experience, Not get the no of beds for paid amount online. Very Unhygienic, Never book on Oyo after this.

Worst ever experience. Pathetic service and staffs dont care for oyo. When I said I will complain to oyo, they used all the slangs they knew for oyo. They said we r not working for oyo, they work for us. Do watever u can. Horrible staff

Poor service, filthy place. Rooms smell like rat house. Poor ventilation. There are just one two rooms livable. It's only okay as a lock room.
