Near to mahakal mandir in ujjain. There is main mata temple inside ,with several other small temple, huge prayer light lamp is inside premises with numbers of lamps on it. And main attraction is the evening prayer.

The glorious temple is beautiful and well maintained. Most beautiful is the Arti, specially the divas being enlighten on the whole tower. The process is very dangerous although enjoyable. The person's doing this are experts and doing it in a very professional way. Place to kept shoes is inside the temple.

The temple of Maa Harsidhi Mataji is built up by the king of Avantikapuri (the old name of Ujjain) Shri Lord Vikram Aditya who was the ruler of the state at the time of ancient era. Harsidhi Maa was the goddes of Vikramaditya Kul (vans).Temple is very old and the Aarti of deepmala is very famous because it is full of deepak on the 50 ft two pillars.The hindu pilgrims are coming from every corner of India with their prayer and fulfill their's will.
