Great dinner (14 delicious courses for $25) a good room, even with the lingering smoke smell that pervades all hotels in Siberia and Buryatia. Oh, and apparently Putin has stayed here ... twice, and even Medvedev. Who knew?

We enjoyed the stay there after a long ride from Vladivostok. We were able to check in earlier upon arrival and hotel helped with the transfer. The front desk persons were helpful. We had issue with stroller tire and they helped us to locate the nearest bike shop. Guess what, they checked with us the next day to see whether we're we able to locate the bike shop. Pretty hotel, centrally located.

Good location in the heart of the city. I visited it not for staying, so cannot say anything about rooms, but conference room and lobby were nice and convenient.

I m on 2nd floor facing street, so quiet that I dont even notice any noise, amazing. In room toothbrush water kettle slipper, you name it they have it great. Sign for the life is well lit. Surpermarket is just cross the road n ooen till 10:00. Nice place to stay. Room a bit small but this is a historic building pls respect their tradition.

Staffs are very friendly, rooms are very clean and comfortable.
