    Very unpleasant experience. We informed hotel in advance that will come early, what was accepted. But upon arrival we were asked either pay extra or wait till 2pm. We have decided for second option and then - surprise! we have got a room without the window!! Obviously we decided to leave.

    Excellent location, room, facilities, breakfast and staff (besides poor English). We used the laundry too, very good price and quality. Recommended for sure!
