Positives: Great view, and spas are ok. Negatives: well, I had never seen such horrible service. The guest service calls go unanswered. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful, especially if you are non-turk. We asked for wifi password and they did not give it to us even though unlimited internet is advertised. Beware that there is no cleaning and room service; there was no towel in the room and we had to go buy our own. The experience was not worth it even for a tine share credit. Do yourself a service and choose a different resort.

The only comment that I can say is No one go there DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL... You will have the worst experience ever, very poor quality, staff is unhelpful, check in process takes ages

İt's not a hotel anymore, they use it to sell vacation contracts In a very unfair way. You'll see many wolves are waiting to bite your pocket. I am really sorry for them

No tissue papers in room, no toothpaste, no towels changing daily, no iron in the room, no glasses or porcelain cups in room (only disposable cartoon cups, one for each person), game room should be accessible for guests for free, but really it is not. None in reception who I have met is speaking English beside Turkish; so communication is difficult

I would give less then 1 stars if possible. Don't waste your money I just want to relax on the balcony and after half hour I want to enter my room so the door is locked somehow so 2 hours I am trying to get help no one answer Also no one speaks English in this case they should to have someone speak ls English because for sure will come someone how dose not speaks turkeish.

The hotel is very big, with good breakfast and dinner, it’s open buffet and you can take anything you want. The reason of 4 stars is their swimming pool was cold winter, only a small pool with hot water, people are going to Yalova Termal for hot water swimming pool under rain and cold weather. Their open swimming pool is close in winter, only closed swimming pool, so if you are looking for a new hotel with nice breakfast and dinner, go there, but if you looking for having a hot open swimming pool under rain and outdoor, don’t go. Another things is their sauna and Turkish bath is different for man and women..

Worst hotel experience,the reception staff have no idea how to deal with hotel visitors(tourists or residents),hotel this huge has only one receptionist !!!they gave us a room neither the AC in it works or the phone and the room was not cleaned properly!and when we complained they didn’t do anything about it!!

This is such a bizarre hotel. It seems so boast so many facilities. But the stay itself was not great. Rude and unhelpful reception staff, no towels in the room, and a concierge who tried to rip us off. The one plus is the thermal pool. Outside the hotel there are nice little walks and places to explore, like the waterfall. Strangely the reception staff hadn’t heard of the waterfall.

There was no towel! Hotel needs renovation. I would not recommend

This hotel was very big, but it didn't have complete facilities and the room equipment was very worn. The price was very high. The water recreation facilities were completely incomplete. Those who buy for hotels do not provide the services they provide at all.

Very bad experience! Although the place is nice and have many facilities, the staff is not competent.. For ex. Checking in took us about 2 hours (not waiting the line, but actual checking in process), and when we finally got the keys the room was not suitable for us (no baby bed, 2 single beds rather than double bed) and fixing these 2 things took forever.. Also, they never answer dailing 0 from the room.. The elevators are too small, and always busy.. Although we were on half board, they refused to offer us water out of the dinner time (for ex. the botttle of water we use to make tea in the roam mini bar, which is usually free in every other hotel they refused even to renew it during our stay, another ex. is no water in the reception while other restaurants usually are more welcoming and offering complimentary drinks sometimes)

Am so sad because I did not pay attention to all bad reviews that I read before I reserve at this hotel. The worst hotel ever and it's impossible t visit again.

we asked the room service to send glass cup for tea. they said the glasses are rentable "20 Lira per day' what kind of hotels or resort renting the tea glass!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanna be honest.The hotel really looks great but....we had no towels and when we asked for towels we didn't get them.there are stains on the bed and the AC doesn't work.the food there is nice tho.The bathroom is clean.The service was very horrible.We didn't know how to turn the TV on so we had to figure it out ourselves.The pools are amazing and you had a very nice and interesting design.we only stayed there since the hotel we were going to never existed.The location is kinda weird but ok. The room had stains on the bed and the AC wasn't working.The bathrooms were good tho.

Very big termal hotel with great amenities. Personnel are nice and helpful. Sauna, steam room etc. are very good. Liked my stay there. Thanks.

Heating system it working well services were bad one thing was good about it the private spa.

The very big hotel has very good facilities, and overall good value for money that I already booked again, but the facilities, including gym, don’t open until 10 am, and not all staff seem to be trained well, they might be also working too much. You can use the contact in the photo because the location on google maps isn’t accurate. I still think it is worth visiting!
