Very
bad
experience!
Although
the
place
is
nice
and
have
many
facilities,
the
staff
is
not
competent..
For
ex.
Checking
in
took
us
about
2
hours
(not
waiting
the
line,
but
actual
checking
in
process),
and
when
we
finally
got
the
keys
the
room
was
not
suitable
for
us
(no
baby
bed,
2
single
beds
rather
than
double
bed)
and
fixing
these
2
things
took
forever..
Also,
they
never
answer
dailing
0
from
the
room..
The
elevators
are
too
small,
and
always
busy..
Although
we
were
on
half
board,
they
refused
to
offer
us
water
out
of
the
dinner
time
(for
ex.
the
botttle
of
water
we
use
to
make
tea
in
the
roam
mini
bar,
which
is
usually
free
in
every
other
hotel
they
refused
even
to
renew
it
during
our
stay,
another
ex.
is
no
water
in
the
reception
while
other
restaurants
usually
are
more
welcoming
and
offering
complimentary
drinks
