انتباه تم الحجز عن طريق موقع اكسبيديا وتم تأكيد الحجز لي بايميل من اكسبيديا وحاولت الاتصال للفندق قبل موعد الوصول للتأكد لكن لم يتم الرد وغامرت عموما وعند الوصول قال الموظف بأنه لم يستلم ايميل الحجز وجميع الفلل محجوزة وبعد اتصالات لاكسبيديا وأخذ ورد تم تحويلي الى فندق اخر موظف الفلل كان متعاون وأعطاني خط انترنت لأتصل باكسبيديا شكرا له Attention I booked apartment at this place thru Expedia and received confirmation email and tried to call the hotel in advance to check reservation but nobody answered the phone. I decided to move on and on the arrival day , the reception employee told me that they have not received any reservation email from Expedia for me and they are fully booked. It took around two hours to find another hotel. Beware of reservation here and if you booked online call the hotel ahead of time and get their confirmation in advance. Thanks to reception they gave me Internet connection to contact Expedia.

Reallu good villas for rent and the stuff were friendly and helpful the view is good but there os no near market or restaurant so you guys should consider take all your stuff with you or have a car

I regret to say that our experience with Crystal Continental's Villa rental was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the Villa lacking basic amenities such as cups, forks, spoons, and even essential home supplies like towels and pots for making coffee. When we reached out to the company for assistance, their response was unhelpful and dismissive, with them suggesting that renters should bring everything themselves. This lack of consideration and poor customer service left us frustrated and inconvenienced throughout our two-day stay. I cannot recommend this Villa rental based on our unfortunate encounter.
