It's very nice and cheap

This is a hotel needing renovations and adjacent to the Airtel Network Office. It is not a modern hotel and is owned by the Pastor of a Church. It serves more like a glorified brothel as it is located at the roundabout in front of the Eke Awka main market, a very busy city centre. It has a fairly big parking lot where people park their cars for some time or a whole day at the cost of Two Hundred Naira (N200) per car, to pick them up later. It has a wheelchair accessible parking lot but no wheelchair accessible entrance available. They sell beer, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks too. Snacks are sold there too.

It was powerful and unique, a place to be.

Old hotel. Wonderful location but not well managed. Best thing about the place is it's proximity to Eke Awka.

Smith land hotel is actually opposite eke awka market and adjacent to Airtel office...I have not had the previllage of entering the hotel!
