We were certain we wanted a new build but were very hesitant after the cladding scandal and other recent media articles which painted developers in a bad light. We went to visit Fairview North 7, and honestly, I was not expecting much, or to be able to find out enough information to put my concerns at ease. I was happily proved incorrect by Matthew and Stephen, who were able to answer all my questions and more! I was surprised by how easy going they were, and I never felt pushed into agreeing to anything I wasn’t comfortable with. As someone who usually avoids salespeople, I have been pleasantly surprised by my experience with Fairview. The site visit was helpful to make certain we were happy with the property, Matthew provided lots of additional information that wasn’t available online or in the brochures and has continued to answer my ongoing questions quickly. We are really happy with our purchase and can’t wait to move in!
