Most exspensive can of diet coke in the UK £1.60!!! Tables and floors are filthy tables stained not maintaining standards of cleanliness. Staff very slow at serving customers.

It gets too crowded and there is no attention paid in the cleanliness of the shop. Nevertheless, the building itself is really nice, the decoration is good, and the view from the first floor is also good, the location is lovely. The earl grey tea I ordered was nice. But it needs much more work to be done to be a good coffee shop.

Yet again someone hogging a four table next to the window on their laptop with no drink or food! Broken toilet and no light in the passageway so, stood in the dark waiting for the remaining toilet! Next person entered and used the switch for the light and the cubicle light was turned off! Not acceptable.! Food and coffee very good but, pull your finger out for the other issues please!

Was served by a moody unfriendly woman on the counter, who was smiling and laughing with her coworkers but was slow to serve me and rude. I was under the impression you were nice to the customers, not talking to your friends and then mope around when you actually have to do your job. Sat in and saw her do the same thing to every person she served. Embarrassing.
