OUTSTANDING SERVICE from start to finish. Super helpful when I arrived at the store, listening to my wishes and finding the right style. Lending decent sized samples and loading them in my car. Then letting me stay behind while they did paperwork after store closing hours to feed my baby. To top it off: an efficient delivery service. Such a fantastic team. Thank you.

After visiting a large number of tile shops versatile has the best selection and price. Really friendly staff and lots of helpful tips for the DIY er. If your looking for tiles this is a must vist

A great range of tiles, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff who made the process of choosing and buying a pleasure without feeling hurried or left floundering. They went the extra mile when I needed to order additional tiles because I'd estimated wrongly and got what I needed the next day so my fitter could get the job done. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Came in after I was recommended Versatiles from a family member. 3 people were working there behind the desk and no other customers other than me. Didn’t really know what I wanted and would’ve appreciated someone coming over to help but waited 10 minutes for someone to come and eventually gave up. Will have to go elsewhere

Really excellent shop & service. I had been looking for suitable tiles all over - online & at several large & small retailers - without success & had thought I would need to compromise. Someone suggested Versatiles & in one visit we found exactly what I wanted. Great choice of tiles, good advice & great service before, during & after sales. I must commend Robert who looked after us brilliantly. He listened, took the time to show us the possibilities, was patient, & went out of his way to help us find the exact right tile for our kitchen, check batch availability, etc etc etc. Fantastic.

Didn’t use them as they couldn’t help me with my flooring needs but the lovely lady on the phone was so helpful. Thanks very much. If you sold Amtico or Karndean I’d be there in a flash!! A good telephone manner does wonders for first impressions.

Have used Versatile a few times over the last 15 years or so. Fantastic service every time. Had an issue with our installer this time round (nothing to do with Versatile) and they couldn’t have been more helpful to help us find a solution to our issue. Would have no hesitation recommending them, and will definitely use again.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The range is magnificent and most importantly the advice from the staff is priceless. They give you lots of ideas and each time have identified a tile that I might have missed when browsing. Delivery each time has been on time, and when I underestimated on one occasion, I had some more the next day. Much prefer the quality and service of a smaller independent tile shop.

Great customer service. Helped us work out how many tiles needed for a few styles of tiling. Advised well on grout colours. Lovely guys ! Have recommended you to others and will be back again in future.

We got a great deal on amazing bathroom tiles. They are very organised and helpful and efficient.

Recommended by our project manager. Excellent choice of material, many items high-end. Very flexible approach to delivery, proactively replaced a very expensive damaged panel without us asking! When we needed extra tiles to complete the project, got these in 24 hrs. Very pleased with the service from Tom and Robert and the excellent quality of product.

We used Versatile back in April 2021 for our bathroom and again in November 2021 for our kitchen. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received, the products and the end result. Everyone who has visited us has commented on how nice the tiles look in both rooms. We found the shop staff amazingly helpful and they offered us great advice. 4 staff behind the till, without doing anything. I had waited for 10 mins, no one bother to say hello to you or offer any help. I have a 200 square metre project, but I will not spend a penny on them for sure. I wonder how on earth these good reviews are coming from? Are they fake ones. I trust my own eyes and ears.

Excellent choice, quality and value aling with a very personable service

The only best place that I know of for tiles. They have an excellent range on display in the showroom, all at good prices.
