My now wife and I asked Chris and Andy at Suttles to help us design our Wedding Invitations initially. Chris was superb - nothing was too much trouble and he was very friendly, helpful and the service he offered was second-to-none. The price of the Wedding Invitations was SUPERB also!!! The finished invitations were ABSOLUTELY first class. We also ordered all the balloons and weights for our wedding through Suttles. When we were massively let down at the very last minute by someone who offered to deliver the balloons, along with our Wedding flowers, Andy stepped in and saved the day!!! He loaded all the balloons into his own car on a Saturday evening, after a long week’s work and took them home with him, so I was able to pick them up at the twelfth hour from his house, otherwise we would have been without all the balloons for our big day. Again, nothing was too much trouble!!! We have now ordered our Wedding Thank you cards from them as their service, attention to detail and pure kindness cannot be surpassed! I would not hesitate to recommend Suttles to anyone, for any stationery requirements, as they are A***** superstars and very kind and personable too!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

I needed an order of service and some posters with pictures of my husband, for his funeral. I would highly recommend Suttles, all the staff but especially Chris. He put up with myself,daughter and dog,changing our minds,adding extra pictures and words on the phone, by email and in person. Nothing was too much trouble and the end results were fantastic. I had a beautiful order of service and have 2 large posters with a montage of pictures he'd scanned and resized to fit and smaller ones to place in in the wake venue. We also had proofs along the way. All very reasonably priced and done to our requirements. Loved the personal service which we wouldn't have got from other sources. Use local so much better!

Really nice stationary shop with friendly service!

A super little shop to have on our door step in New Malden - although we can't go in at the moment the delivery is great. We need to keep these local shops, don't just decry the decline of the high street - instead use it and keep it alive. Looking forward to having a quiet rummage through the HB pencils when things get back to normal!

Andy is a kind humble gentleman. He will go out his way to help your needs. Excellent stationers, an Aladdin’s cave! Very few business around. Extensive range of stationery, you name it he has it. Highly recommended.

Suttles have always been a Family run Business with the main thing in mind is have as much as they can for you & if not they will get it within a day or two. I've Shopped here for years, As did my Father & hopefully my Daughter after me. Wonderful Staff & always there for the community. If you get the chance, Just go in & have a look around. You will find something that you wouldn't have found somewhere else. Thank you for being there.

Useful and helpful local independent shop selling a selection of stationery and toys with a new website showing the products available and it is possible to arrange click and collect or delivery, which is helpful during the current lockdown restrictions.

This shop is one of my favourites in New Malden and I only have 4, the staff are so helpful, curteous, and polite! Shop although small, has everything my family needs in the stationery department! And if they haven't got it they happily order it in for you! Just amazing! 👏🏾💜
