If I could give no stars I would, I feel ripped off. This was my second visit since Tim Hortons opened and I don't know what went wrong. The person at the order screen couldn't understand my order and kept getting it wrong. At the collection window I was given (should say thrown) the wrong food and drinks. I ask for a dairy free shake, and get a normal shake with cream - when I say I asked for dairy free they didn't understand what I was talking about and snatched it back to make a new one. When I got the new one it wasn't even filled to the top and tasted disgusting. The burger was dry and tasteless and what's happened to your salad?! I didn't even finish it, dry and chewy, complete waste of money. Don't waste your time at the place.

Great location for Tim Hortons, with plenty of free car parking. Lovely clean looking restaurant. Every time I have gone in someone is always wiping down the tables and removing rubbish. Got to admit their food and prices are on a par / much better than McDonald's next door! The special offer of a breakfast meal ( including veggie options ) at only £2.49 is great value. Currently ( for March only ) they also have meals on a special offer between 5pm - 11pm for £2.99z Sadly it is contactless payment only, no cash at all. There is plenty of seating and the seating area is filled with comfy sofas and chairs. The service can be pretty quick but at busier times it can be bit slow. The hash browns are delicious and I could eat a bowl of them. All the food I've tasted is lovely and freshly made. Highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ordered a double classic burger meal with lattice fries and strawberry watermelon cooler. I also tried a chicken strip and had a chocolate glazed donut for dessert. Overall not too impressed. Price is somewhat too high for what you get. The beef has a processed frozen taste which I instantly knew meant that the beef was really cheap. The drink was ok, not really anything spectacular and the chicken strips ordered by someone else that I tasted were as dry as rubber. Now for the good points. Dine-in area is clean and comfy, service is fast, ordering is easy and flawless. The donut was outstanding and so filled with air I felt like I was eating a cloud (which is a good thing because often donuts are heavy and they shouldn't be). The lattice fries were great and when paired with the nice selection of sauces was a really nice combo. Based on the experience I had and the lunch menu in particular the place isn't anything too amazing but I heard that it's desserts, coffee and breakfast is where it shines so I will update the review once I try it. For now 3 stars as it's nothing really that special.

My first visit to a Tim Hortons, fast food isn't really my thing and I was only here for a coffee however this turned into a coffee and a rather nice doughnut. Considering the place was more or less empty I was surprised how long it took for me to be served. I could be tempted with some of their other offerings, especially the daily deals that look good value for money.

I absolutely love this Tim Hortons. I come here almost every week and each experience is as great as the last. The staff here are so kind and welcoming, and each drink I have had has never let me down. The staff are friendly and always make sure you are happy and comfortable.

Came here for the breakfast bagel sausage and egg looked really lovely on the menu. When came to sit and opened the packaging the sausage was burnt like hard I did eat 1/4 of the bagel was hungry. Then then found little piece of hard bone or some sort I just left it and had the hash brown and my caramel frappe which was absolutely lovely. Sorry I won’t be ordering again

Lovely clean place. Good food . Ordered chicken wrap which was amazing. The order received was incomplete and when told they asked me to wait which made my rest of food unenjoyable. Still I went back on my place to start eating. Only had to wait for few minutes , for courtesy they could have sent the food to my table. However , I had to get up and get it. Hence 4/5

We tried here for the first time last week and went back again because the food was so good, would definitely use them on trips to Bentley bridge. The menu is pretty much a carbon copy of McDonald's but slimmed down and just done so much better! The burgers all look like quater pounders not the flimsy beef circles they use next door, all the frys are Criss cut and fresh cooked with nice dips on the side. The donut selection looked great but didn't try them, breakfast also looked good but wrong time of day.

Went to The drive thru and got amazing customer service by one of the workers named Sully. He was very jolly and polite while taking our payment and giving our order. Was nice to meet someone as happy as he was rather than some of the stuck up female staff there.

What can I say! This place is ideal for lunch when enjoying some retail therapy. The choice is amazing from traditional burgers to toasted sandwiches, they even have a vegetarian options. The sweet treats don’t disappoint either just right for something to finish off your lunch. The coffee is also good again with so many choices. It’s a definite recommendation from me.

Ashamedly my first visit whilst visiting my daughter. I had a breakfast wrap, which was by far the best I gave had, and I have tried a few! Really fresh and tasty. Brilliant coffee too, staff at Bently Bridge were just fantastic with my toddler grandaughter too. Really was impressed with everything about the place. I will be checking the one out near me in Warrington as it great priced and just so good.

Terrible customer service, got my order wrong 3 times. Attitude from staff poor, while waiting for order another staff member rudely approached us asking what do we want. Coffee bland no taste of caramel, better off to McDonald's opposite for coffee. Returned them and asked for a refund.

First time dining at Tim Hortons and I have to say it was a pleasant experience. The service was fast , very spacious and clean seating area. Friendly staff to. The burgers we had were not the best. And in all honesty I would never have again. Tasted horrible! But the oat milk chocolate milkshake was out of this world! Not forgetting the dozen box of doughnuts!!!! Theres other things on the menu still to try so we're not going to be put off by the burger we had :)

It's OK, first visit during a week daytime was amazing but went again Sunday and the service was awful, food warm but not hot, given someone else's food in addition to ours, and when we went to buy takeaway donuts after eating we had to wait ages and ask three times if anyone was serving. Very disappointing given the first visit was so good.

This is our first time visiting this restaurant. We orders using self-service and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our food was ready quickly too. The tables and chairs were clean and the floor was too. Overall a good experience. We will visit again soon.

I went on the recommendation of a friend. Firstly, there is no gluten-free menu. However, the ordering is off an easy to use electronic menu. I ordered a hotdog and a caramel macchiato. It came with free mini sugar dough balls. Price was reasonable. The food is excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I will go back and see what else they have. Parking is free..

Great customer service, staff are friendly. Great atmosphere, seating well spaced. Food was great. Breakfast is far better than Mcdonalds etc and you get way more for your money. Drive thru is also very good with quick service.

Gross. The bread on my hot dog was hard to chew. The burgers tasted like they was straight from the freezer section of your lock supermarket. Asked for sauce on hot dog and got none. Fries were cold and soggy and there was noone in there and still took about 15 mins. Never ever again what a waste of money absolutely gutted. Staff were nice and that's it. 18 pound for a burger meal and a hot dog meal. Stay in America where you belong.

Bentley Bridge (Wolverhampton) is spot on, all round. The food was hot and as tasty as ever, our requests were met as we'd asked without any problems. The restaurant is lovely and clean and the staff are the friendliest team I've ever known at a food outlet. Lovey to see all staff communicating with themselves and customers, even management are front of house to ensure all is running smoothly, well done Tim Hortons!

Absolutely disgusting and appalling service. For anyone that wants to go here don't bother. Whenever I go passed they have no ques outside, can't say I'm surprised, how they're still operating is beyond me. My sister ordered from them last night, and gave them the benefit of the doubt, as when we tried them on their opening day we thought because it was busy, this is why the food wouldn't have been up to standard. Were we wrong, she ordered last night just to receive this, an uncooked pink burger. They would not let her have a refund on this, even though she has the proof to say this is how it arrived. Thank you Tim Hortons for ruining not only her night, but also her birthday. For anyone that wants to go here, don't bother!!!! Absolutely disgusting service!!!!!!

The food is terrible. Only decent thing was the coffee. Had a bacon roll, it's not cooked very well, extremely fatty and the fat is just uncooked. The roll just crumbled in my hand so obviously not the freshest. Was unable to eat all of the hash brown. Soft on the outside like it should be but rock solid middle. Either overcooked somehow or has been reheated a few times. It used to be a lot better when it first opened. Now standards have slipped. Will just stick to coffee in future.

Ordered a maple beef burger. The meal was below average. The burger tasted very very processed and didn't taste of beef at all. Staff also got the order for the dips incorrect. Disappointing considering they are 50p each. I also ordered chicken strips. The chicken was incredibly dry and did not taste good. The lattice fried were okay although some tasted like they weren't cooked properly. The drink on the other hand was amazing. I recommend not spending your money to eat food here. The drinks are pretty nice and the doughnuts are decent.

The service drinks, service and atmosphere excellent. And very clear :-) Decided to do some work in Wolverhampton Tim Hortons and enjoyed the sunlight streaming through the big windows. Definitely a good spot to spend a Sunday afternoon of serious work.
