Not worth it at all. At £19 per person the service and food is awful. We had to ask a number of times for our plates to be taken. The food is appalling, burnt and tasteless. I've been to Edinburgh Cosmos a number of times which really is always a delight to go. But this Wolverhampton branch is no where close

I went to cosmo with my friends. The staff was helpful and kind. Dessert corner was yumm ! The food choice wasn’t great for vegetarians. The Indian corner literally had just sauces left only. We had to ask for a refill on that. I ordered lemonade for my drink , It had only fizz no flavour. The place cleanliness was not too bad but could work on it more. Not sure if I will go back again.

Visited on Sunday £17.99 each person half price for my 6 year old. Was very busy had to wait 10 minutes for table our table that was booked. Pay on arrival to table. Food was good. Lots of variety. Most foods were sweet too taste. Very pricey my 12 year old son had to pay full price! Would only visit occasionally. Recommend to book a table before you visit, if they get to answer the phone, long delays in answering the phone.

You will not get so much sea food at that price anywhere else. Jumbo size mussels cooked in a Thai curry sauce felt as if delivered straight from the heaven. Loved the crème brûlée too

Food is good, plenty of choice. Free on your birthday. Can't complain, the Curry's are really nice. Definitely worth going.

This place has changed from when it first opened and not for the better. The quality of food and variety is poor. Mainly fried chips chicken nuggets meatballs scampi onion rings English dishes. 🤔 What the hell happened to the good quality food that used to be served. Ambiance was dark and dingy. Its now more like the holiday buffet you get. Won't be going back. 👎👎👎👎👎

Visited with a friend at 3pm on a Sunday so plenty of space without feeling overcrowded. Good variety of food to cater for most tastes including a Vegan section. We were given a time slot of 1 3/4 hours which was actually plenty of time. Only issue was parking as it is situated on a very busy retail park.

Some of the best food I have ever tasted. Also big shout out to Adam. Amazing customer service from him. He goes the extra mile for you. My son with autism would only eat a cheese and tomato pizza and they had none. Next thing we know a full cheese and tomato ends up on our table just for him. I will return for sure with my family.

Excellent experience! Tried many cuisines from all around the world and found a few hidden gems that I would definitely try again. Staff were friendly and polite, very quick at removing finished plates and cleaning the tables. Everything was cleaned before being seated. Only (small) issue I noticed is that there is hardly any room in between other tables. Would definitely recommend Cosmo's to my family and friends.

It's a nice buffet for any occasion you want to celebrate. It's quite a busy restaurant as it gets filled quickly. The food is any typical buffet but better, I would recommend the Hong Kong noodle with sweet and sour chicken. Also the chicken wings they're crispy and delicious. Pricing is expensive it's £10.50 for children under 155cm and 19.50 for adults.

We arrived without a booking so we had to wait for a table which is not an issue but there were people on the waiting area with a booking! Reasonable selection of food but nothing special. Plum chicken tasted nice but some food was not replenished i.e sweet & sour chicken so we didn’t get to try them. There is a grill area where you can only have two choices of either prunes or squids or beef steaks or chicken. These are limited by portions! See photos of how much I had on my plate. Plates were not cleared off the table quick enough after we finished eating - had to ask twice for the plates to be cleared. We got charged £26 each for the bottomless refill fizzy drinks! So overall, too expensive for what it is and it could do with improvements.

They need to sort out how they deal with guests with reservations everyone's sent to a corner. If its a reservation tables should be ready and not sent to a corner like there's no organization. Diya i think her name was, she was nice, she dealt with my group of 16 when seated. Lady at the entrance needs to be a bit more friendlier

Loved it! Spotlessly clean. Good value for money and can use Blue Light if you have one, a fabulous selection of food. Preferred the Chinese foods best but also great for kids with pizza, chips etc. Lovely selection of puddings too. Staff rushed off their feet but very helpful and pleasant.

The staff is amazing - great welcome and fast service . The space is lively . The food is not really wow , there is a small wow factor . For beginners I think they would love it , for seasoned eaters mmmh . The tap water in the gents bathroom is cold . Overall 3/5 .

I used to come here often, but recently the menu has been updated very slowly, and I often have to wait until the pot is empty before cooking. You only start cooking when you see the food in the basin is empty. When can guests eat? The tofu dishes have not been updated since they entered the store in 1400. I am a vegetarian. I didn’t get a piece of tofu during this meal. Desserts also lacked the chocolate cake that many people loved, and the ice cream was improved from the previous large can to an independent cup. Unfortunately, the taste is no longer as good as the previous cup version (switched brand). I will not return or recommend this place to any friends or relatives. I‘m very disappointed...25-11-2023

The food choice was amazing, we had not visited for a few years but we were all impressed by the food and quality. The restaurant itself was very cold.....we were sat near a large window but we needed to keep our coats on really. Allocated time slot at table was enough time to eat. Will definitely visit again.

Staff were pleasant and quickly directed us to our seating. Nice place with nice food. Deserts seemed a bit lacking in my opinion, but maybe that's because there was so much choice with the food. Lots of food cooked fresh in front of you. They on the slightly expensive side for food and drink but where isn't nowadays! Nice how they do world food, so if one person likes Indian and the other Chinese food, then it's an ideal place to go as it caters for both, also has sushi etc. It does feel a little tight with the seating but understand they have to get as many people in to make money.

A pricey fast food restaurant. It is a fast food because of the 1.5 hour sitting policy and the American breakfast style tables. The table was so uncomfortable and the space so limited I had a feeling I'm eating in airplane. The beef teppanyaki - so dry and chewy, I sked the waiter for shar knife to cut it and they said they cannot provide. Each time I needed a new set of cutleries or napkins I had to ask the waiter to bring. I was eating and watching my watch to fit in the 1.5 hour allowance - definitely didn't enjoyed my food there. For sure will not go there again. In my favourites restaurants in Birmingham the sitting policy is 2.5 hours and even if you stay longer nobody is coming to remind you. For 4 people I paid £135, normally I pay £60-80 in my favourites in Birmingham.

Went here for my birthday on a Saturday In February. It was absolutely packed to the brim and people waiting at the entrance, even though I had pre booked. The bars were full of glasses and plates, granted it was very busy. However don’t expect service if you’re going on a busy day, only said about 2 words to a staff member. We were crammed into a spot for 2 people, sitting right next to others who had also been crammed in. For someone who has anxiety and is on the spectrum, this is definitely not my vibe. Although the food has always been incredible at cosmos (and was when we went, absolutely no faults with the food) the atmosphere and dining experience is lacklustre.

The best restaurant in Wolverhampton. The location is very designed looking modern yet light very instagrammable, definitely a hip place to be. The staff could not have been more attentive if they tried, keeping a vibrant energy throughout the night. No job was too small no question to stupid. The food for 19.99 is unbelievable. 5 star quality at 3 star prices, a selection that is unmatched. One of the thing we noticed is they did not cheap out fresh steak shellfish, premium cuts of pork and lamb. Also proper sushi and the ability to have cheese something you do not see in restaurants charging so little. Cocktail and alcohol drinks selection is on par with many bars and clubs, also at incredibly reasonable rates. Would highly recommend there is something for everybody at Cosmo, food drink at atmosphere and a price that in today's cost of living crisis can not be beat. I read in the paper that they had been there for 13 years and it is understandable why, a true jewel in the crown of Wolverhampton eateries.

A slightly more upmarket all you can buffet place, with a wide range of cuisines, like Chinese, Mexican, and Indian. The food changes depending on if you book lunch or dinner (and so does the price!). A good place for birthdays. Can be a bit busy and noisy around the buffets.

We booked for party of 4 and I use a wheelchair, so accessibility important to me. We went on a Tuesday night, about 6.30pm It was bright, clean, well spaced out, wheelchair accessible door and easy to use toilet with room to turn and lock the door. There was so much choice! I stuck mainly to Chinese food, but there was Indian and Thai food also. I tried several new dishes. My family loved the Indian food too and we saw there was also cottage pie, fish fingers and other English food. The quality and flavour were amazing. I had room around me and didn't feel like I was in the way where they seated us. It was £20 each and the drinks were a decent price. I had a prosecco, someone had gin and others refillable soft drinks. The deserts were lovely, creme sponge was my favourite and the chocolate fountain too. We loved it that much we are going back next week. We travelled a bit to get here but it was worth it. Plenty of disabled accessible parking in the huge retail car park.

Lovely food, extremely busy at the time we went though 6-7.30pm. be aware they will only allow one discount per table even if you are all paying separately. Blue light states discount per cardholder however Cosmo wouldn't allow this as we had already used one discount on our table even though there were 20 of us and all paying separate bills. Wife variety of food which was tasty, no complaints.

COSMO Buffet at Wolverhampton is an exceptional dining experience that truly stands out. The large selection of delicious food is sure to satisfy every palate, with a variety that keeps you coming back for more. The cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant reflect a commitment to excellence, while the amazing staff attentively looks out for customers’ needs, making you feel welcome and valued. Though it can sometimes become crowded and a bit loud, these minor inconveniences don’t detract from the overall delightful experience. My visit to COSMO Buffet was undeniably positive, and I wholeheartedly give the restaurant a well-deserved 5-star rating. A must-visit for food enthusiasts!

Advertises a carvery. There was none. Absolutely packed with people at 5pm Sunday afternoon. Had made a reservation for 5pm, didn't get a table until 5.30pm. Food was shocking. All I ate for £20.99 was a tiny piece of frying steak that was very tough and chips. I would never go there again. We ordered drinks when we arrived and no-one cMe to ask us if we wanted more drinks at any point. Felt like a really bad school canteen.

Go here if you want to know how NOT to run an All you can eat. Poor customer service and they don't keep on top of the cleaning. Food is so mediocre (except the fresh stations where the chef makes your steak etc as you like it). Dessert was so bad that my 5 year old said the ice cream and chocolate fountain were yukky. I've been to Cosmo years ago and had positive memories, but this was just awful. The place was very loud and crowded.

Good selection of foods! However the price PP has gone up a lot since I last went there which kind of isn't worth it ad most people on average will way 2 plates. I just don't think its your moneys worth unless you're a big eater. Drinks are nice and staff are friendly. Nice atmosphere and located near a pub and shops for shopping near by too
