Amazing customer service! Daniel was the best! The experience was perfect from the calm paddle down the canals to pushing through currents to Monument Island. Such a fantastic time! Daniel and his coworkers even got us a slice of cake to celebrate my sister's engagement! So sweet!!! Highly recommended!

Incredible customer service, incredible prices, incredible experience! I was on a work trip and stayed an extra day to enjoy Miami weather and paddle boarding is a perfect way to do so. Not only was the board rental extremely affordable, it also comes with a bottle of water, a dry bag for your personal items, and waterproof phone case. Danny was so kind, attentive, provided education and safety reminders, and even helped me carry the board until I was comfortable. The customer care was next level. Things to know: bring lots of sunscreen, water, and snacks (take your trash with you!). It’s best to wear leggings and a shirt, but definitely have a hat. There is street parking near the shop, very affordable. There are stairs up to the shop to check in (don’t have to carry the board down or up). You will have to carry your board across the street and to the dock- not far at all, board is about 20-25 pounds, and there is a handle for “under arm carry”. Don’t worry about standing up, you can paddle sitting or on your knees. I recommend this shop and location to ANYONE visiting Miami. I’m not one for the city/busy life but I’ll definitely be back to visit for another paddle board trip.

This is my second time booking a tour with them and both the morning tour and the sunset tour are breathtaking! Daniel and Rick provide you with everything you need to have a safe and great time! They were super encouraging and patient in letting me practice standing up on my board. I will make sure I book with them every single time I am in Miami. Had a great time here paddle boarding for the first time. Booked a sunset tour and Daniel was great at giving direction and making sure I and the others in our group were safe. Very beginner friendly :) A waterproof phone case and waterproof bag for personal belongings were provided as well as hand sanitizer, water, a bluetooth speaker, and some other safety stuff. Daniel took a bunch of pictures for us so you'll definitely be able to capture some memories and a beautiful sunset. Once the sun set, the board and kayaks light up which was super cool too and then we were dropped off at the same place we started. Would definitely recommend and would love to do this again.

This was such an amazing experience! Daniel was so personable and conversational. He made sure we were comfortable and secure. This was my first time paddle boarding and I am so glad it was here. I learned so much. There was water proof protection for your phone, a personal speaker to play music, and waterproof bags. It was a relaxing and serene time. Will definitely be back and share with friends!

Daniel and Rick (brothers and proprietors) are *Next Level* with their attention to detail. They are very warm and friendly, but also very professional. You can tell they truly love what they are doing and they do it with care, ❤️heart, and excellence. For starters, the office is immaculate and inviting and I felt welcome from the beginning. Before the tour you get expert instruction on how to paddleboard. Then they provide a bottle of water, a speaker to connect your phone and hear music 🎶, a dry bag, waterproof case for my phone since mine broke on the spot, and a life vest! Plus, they also offer pictures of your excursion! As I'm writing this, I realize that I don't have the words to explain the wonderful experience and 💫 magical day I had. Just know that you'll not only enjoy amazing views of the Miami skyline, be entranced by the gorgeous turquoise waters, and soak up the beautiful Miami sun, but that Daniel is an absolutely amazing tour guide--knowledgeable, professional, very funny, and can take pictures from any angle on his paddleboard without losing his balance. I had an amazing experience with Biscayne Bay Paddle Board & Kayak! I was in Miami for a friend’s birthday and we signed up for a sunset tour. When we got there a storm rolled in and Danny re-scheduled us to come back the next day. Despite the unfortunate weather, Danny and Rick were so kind and generous. They offered exceptional customer service and booking online was very straightforward. Prices are super reasonable! Plus, they really made my friend’s birthday special! The sunset tour was fantastic. While we watched the sun set over the Miami skyline, a mother and baby dolphin swam around us! After the sun went down we had a peaceful paddle through the channels. I felt very safe and loved how the paddle boards lit up at night. Danny was an excellent tour guide and I especially appreciated the water bottle and Bluetooth speaker! He took photos, was very knowledgeable about the area, and coached beginner paddlers. I would highly recommend to rent or take a tour from this company during your stay in Miami.

What an amazing experience! The owners are incredibly hospitable and extremely kind. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and happy with their services. We were celebrating my friends bachelorette party and they got her a piece of cake to celebrate! Above and beyond!! The sunset tour is AMAZING! We had a lot of fun. I enjoyed our sunset tour. The tour guide was so great and knowledgeable. We got rained out at first. But I came back the next evening and had the best night tour. I recommend Biscayne Bay paddle

(FYI to others, the weather in Florida can quickly change so just be aware ahead of time of that (i.e. wind/rain and waves)

We had a great time. We did a sunset tandem kayak tour. Guides are very friendly and knowledgeable. The kayaking route is super scenic and a must for any new visitor in the city.

What a magical experience was the sunset paddle-boarding tour. Seeing the sunset along with jellyfish once the sun set was so incredible. He also took some great pics! Thank you Daniel, I eagerly await my next trip to Miami. Do not hesitate to book, you won't regret it :)

Really recommend this place! We had double kayak and it was super fun and beautiful. Danny was super helpful and attentive. He even gave us waterproof bags for our belongings, water bottles, sunscreen and waterproof bags for our phones. Will come back soon

By far the best experience I’ve had in Miami!! You cannot beat the price! Rick & Danny were the absolute best ! Talk about hospitality! Everything from the warm welcome when we arrived to the explanation/instructions of how to paddle board to the amazing farewell - were perfect ! They even provided us with cold water to take on the water, phone covers and a waterproof bag to put our stuff in! Soo courteous ! 10/10 would recommend and will return soon!!

What a journey! We did the sunset kayak tour, which took about 2 hours and some change. The views were incredible -- even better than I expected. You get to see expensive homes and yachts up-cloae, and at the bay, you can see the entire Miami cityscape in its full glamor. The skyscraper building are silhouetted against the descending sun. Our only complaint was the length of the trip. We traveled a few miles in total and were paddling nearly the entire time. The only break we got was at the bay when we viewed the sunset, after which we paddled back the way we came, instead of cutting across and returning directly back to the starting point. Also, we were asked to help carry the kayaks to and from the office, which we didn't mind, but was even more physical burden.

This was my second time paddle boarding and first time here. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The area is absolutely beautiful! Danny went above and beyond in all ways possible. He gave me all the tips and tricks to help me have the best time out on the water. He also gave a dry bag, waterproof phone case, bluetooth speaker and water bottles. You can tell Danny truly cares about each person who walks through his door. Wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else! ☺️🌴

Best Kayak rental I have ever tried! There is a list of things they did differently that makes them better! Fast and practical waiver, sign-in. Vest, and drinking water for humans and doggies. Top-of-the-line equipment, they are confident about it! The kayak was steady and could pass the waves that big boats left behind. It has waterproof speakers that make the experience so much better. My dog was super relaxed and even took a nap on the kayak! Discount for 2nd timers/ repeat customers. I’ll come back! Thank you for everything! Lulu is super pleased too!

I was nervous to try a different kayaking place than my normal spot but this place could not be better. From the moment you enter, Rick and Danny, the most friendly brother duo I’ve met, greet me with excitement for my kayaking experience! I was very late to my scheduled time & Rick said “you paid for 2 hours you get 2 hours” without questioning my tardiness. They gave me a water bottle, sunscreen, and waterproof bag. They also helped me get to the water & everything. When I got there, Rick was helping a customer who lost their phone just to be helpful! The routes were beautiful to kayak around. I couldn’t get over how serious they take their customer service! Also insanely affordable. Would give Rick & Danny more stars if I could.

Hands down the best customer service experiences I've received for all my time in Miami by far. Danny and Rick are the most welcoming people you'll come across in Miami. Extremely helpful and friendly. Kayaking and paddle boarding wasn't too bad either. And, the only place where I didn't have to pay for pictures for doing any water activities. Definitely coming back here next time I'm in town.

My family and I had a terrific experience renting kayaks from Biscayne Bay Paddleboards and Kayaks. We had a chance to explore the canals around Miami Beach and see some amazing boats, houses, and architecture. It was a pleasure renting our kayaks from Daniel, who really went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. He even went and got a key lime pie for us when I told him it was my mother’s birthday. So sweet!

Rick and Daniel were very friendly! My fiancée and I loved everything about the tandem kayaking experience! We were given overall clear and detailed instructions from Rick, and we had our tour with Daniel. Daniel was great! They took us to a small island where we collected fallen coconuts, and got to sightsee a small family of dolphins which was a special experience. Daniel took photos and videos for us too have at the end of the tour so we could fully engulf ourselves in the experience of the moment, which was greatly appreciated. They were very attentive and knowledgeable about the marine life and bay area. We will definitely be returning when in Miami! Edit: added some great photos Daniel took!
