I have gone here many times and the food is average. The staff are generally rude and unhelpful. Multiple times I have had issues with my order or with a long wait (20+ minutes) that I have brought up to a manager and they don’t care other than offering to remake the order. Online ordering is terrible, you get charged a premium for a longer wait and a confusing pickup process. Don’t go here, find somewhere else. Also they cut my sandwich the long way…who does that?

What a dump! I was parked in front of Eatzis waiting for them to open and I was observing the outside of the facility, zero maintenance! The outside tables, the appearance, the windows, the parking lot look horrible! I was just in Mexico City, all the local restaurants were impeccable! So much pride in their cleanliness, inside and out, great lighting at night. I couldn’t help notice how Eatzis has zero pride in the appearance of this facility, what an absolute shame. And to top if off, I walk in and the floors look disgustingly dirty, you can literally feel the filthiness as you walk thru. But a sandwich is $13….

This a cute little market with a lot of different food options. They have all kinds of options from fresh salads and sandwiches to hot plates and even sushi. I love that right when you walk in you see fresh bread being made. I got a fresh salad and it was about 9 dollars for a huge salad. They have a few meat options which are extra. With the lemon vinaigrette, the salad was extremely fresh and delicious. For a market, I thought the place was nice. It could benefit from better seating options

Great Gift Idea: Eatzi”s Gift Card. At first I wasn’t going to review Eatzi”s. I was sure that their tens of thousands of customers loved the experience as much as I did. Heck, it’s so incredible they probably have repeat customers daily and weekly, and thousands of gushing reviews. But, then I remembered that in addition to the magnificent sammies we got I also bought a gift card for our daughter. This place is so magical—I mean there is nothing like this deli-bakery-wine store—but the service is also five-star. Not in a snobby way, in a favorite-aunt-what-else-can-I-get-you-sweetie way. It’s like home and you are always welcomed with love. PS: and our daughter loved the gift card.

There’s so much to see and smell! I find it helpful to walk around twice, if not you’ll miss something good. The oatmeal w/ everything is a breakfast favorite along with a 3 chili cheese breakfast sandwich large enough to split with the husband. The oatmeal is so much better when the kitchen employees make it and not the manager. On 3 occasions the manager made my oatmeal in attempt to be helpful. He’s not good at it poor guy I didn't have the nerve to tell him. I just immediately get sad when I see him make it. This place was pricey even before prices started going up and is so much worse now. I’ve NEVER had an unpleasant encounter with any employee in the 2 years I have been going to this location. They are very inviting and offer to assist and answer questions. Sometimes the customers are snooty and I wonder if those are the ones having employee complaints.

Such a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat. I decided to get a sandwich from their deli in the back, which was incredible as always. We also got a couple cookies to have for dessert. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed some fresh dolmas! Beautiful well lit market in a bustling location. Colorful and lively. They have a build your own salad. Food is definitely on the more expensive side here. I love their create your own salad option! Can’t eat much here anymore due to being primarily plant-based. 💚Scarce gluten free or vegan options here unfortunately. 💔Hopefully that changes in the future!

Take your time to understand this place and you will have a great experience. Excellent food. Not very high in sodium, so grab some salt packets. House wine in a can is about as good as it sounds and not super cold, but plenty of wine to choose from. Salads are f** bomb. That is all.

Oh my I give this place double Stars because it was a dream to go it was my first time visiting and I love all the cuisine that they have there I especially love the bakery everything was so fresh and everyone was so nice and polite I actually ended up buying the German chocolate cupcake I was kind of disappointed on the flavor of the frosting because I didn't get that creaminess that I was looking for but the cake itself was enough it was Declan it was delicious it was chocolate delicious you guys should definitely go there when I come off of my fast I'm definitely going to start eating there more because they have more healthy options and the food looks so amazing and the quality control I saw shifts making sure that everything was exactly how they prepared it and the temperature was right you can't go wrong with this it's a jewel

Marisela and Martha went out of their way to accommodate a last minute catering order for my company to save a client happy hour. I called at 11am for the food to be ready at 2:30pm (even though they usually require a couple days notice). I appreciate their service because they could have easily said no due to having many other orders to fill. When I arrived, the order was ready Martha helped me pick out a few other add-ons and helped me carry the order to my car. They both deserve a promotion.

Great first experience. This sandwich is up there from what I could’ve gotten from a bodega or Publix.

A lot of options, some items are priced higher than they should be in my opinion. Pretty busy at lunch time. Got the chicken panini which was good but would’ve liked for them to have toasted it.

Soooo many healthy and fresh options you find yourself having to make tuff decisions. If you like meal prep foods they have plenty. You also can wait in lines and customize your entree. Highly recommended if you are wanting to eat better.
