Like a sit-down but with the convenience of ordering at the counter instead. You get chips and salsa as you wait for the food to be brought to the table. Fusion items look interesting but only tried the classics- carnitas and pastor tacos- delicious! Salsa bar with 6 varieties. Street tacos sized but big flavor. Would return!

I normally go to the Taco Maya in Schaumburg but since this new one was closer I went here. This wasn’t my first time going to this location. I was wondering why my total came out to $16 for a burrito bowl and noticed on my receipt that there’s a service fee for a takeout order. I asked the guy who rang me up about if there’s a sign posted to disclose a fee and he said no because it’s a new fee. Buffalo Wild Wings did this and gave the same answer “it’s new so we didn’t have time to put up a sign yet”. I’d rather you raise the price of the menu items than charge me a hidden fee. I also wasn’t told that I could request to have it removed since there was no sign and the worker didn’t disclose it either. Is this fee going to the employee a raise? Who knows because that’s also not disclosed. Regardless of the cost of the fee, I don’t eat at places that hide fees. Tell me upfront and I can choose to still eat there or not but don’t hide it. I’m not eating here anymore for the willful dishonesty.

Came into Taco Maya with my kids, we were greeted as soon as we came in, food was very delicious and their service was very quick! All staff are very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend Taco Maya :)

This place is very elegant with an awesome vibe. I went in for lunch and the food was amazing. The service was super speedy and very friendly. Their tacos are absolutely incredible! This is already my second visit and am very much satisfied with the food. Also had fried ice cream which was very delicious. Definitely recommend this place!! I will always be returning!!

The 1 star is mostly because I found a hair in my taco which was absolutely disgusting and made me lose my appetite. On some days, they make good tacos that are filled and worth the money, other days it's not that filled up.

We were traveling from michigan and stopped here for lunch and I can summarize my feedback in one works… Very very delicious food…Nice fusion of mexican & Indian dishes. We visited with kids and kids also loved the food, they have very wide range of selection. All staff were very friendly and I must say Dipti served us well. We asked for suggestions and I bet that you will never go wrong with Dipti’s suggestions (Vegetarian options as well). We tried multiple dishes like Panner taco, samosa tacos, Nachos & Loaded chips everything was great… They had nice ambience and some games for kids as well.

Great food and excellent service, but the best part, they close late! I totally recommend it, and will definitely come back soon!

Got a mixed fahita(chicken and steak) and let me say it, it was amazing. Big portion, enough for two people in my case. The beans super good. And one thing that i was amazed is that the place looked very well maintained and clean. This is my first time ordering from here, but definitely going back.
