Decided to give this place a shot since just about everything else in the area was closed. We had a few drinks before ordering food. Made the mistake of paying our bill before we got our food. We tipped 20% on a $160 bill and proceeded to wait 55 minutes for our food to arrive. Turns out our food was ready well before they brought it to us they just didn’t go get it. We waited so long I decided to get another drink. I held my card up in the air for over 10 minutes while both bartenders walked by several times. No one even looked at me. They finally brought our food. Food was fine, but if I would’ve known it was going to take an hour, we most definitely would’ve went elsewhere…Before the owner responds like he has in other posts with an apology or an excuse, maybe your customer service is just awful 🤷🏻‍♂️. Several people having similar experiences isn’t a coincidence.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, finally did, customer service was terrible. I sat at the bar for almost 10 min before a bartender helped me after I grabbed my own menu and after the other bartender (who thinks she's hotter than she actually is) wouldn't even make eye contact with me. She literally walked by me 13 times. Yeah I counted. I was sitting in the middle of the bar.. 840 on a Friday night. Not even 50% capacity. I guess you gotta be a regular douche to get any service. Since you cannot reply to a stupid response from the owner editing is my only choice. When a customer sits down at the bar it's not my job to be approachable. I just did the very thing that makes me approachable. I came to spend money. When your bartender ignores me then yeah I'm going to try to make eye contact to let them know I would like to order. I was going to order food, because I reached across the counter and grabbed a menu... However the people next to me were given a menu. How is that "creepy"? Should I have thrown my arms into the air? Should I have whistled? I sat in the very middle of the bar and was completely ignored. Complete lack of class.

Horrible service every time i’ve been there since that Hayley girl left. they don’t take orders, don’t check on you, don’t bring any of your drinks. what service am i tipping for? also, the bartenders drink on the job (specifically the girl with brown hair that wears the skeleton skirt). None of the staff cares about good service. Food is exponentially mid. Won’t be returning or recommending to anyone.

Place has come a ways with better service than in the past. They are friendlier and more attentive than in the past. They have some great dishes and still reasonably priced. In the past they definitely wouldn’t have gotten 5 stars.

I would give this place 9 stars. I came here for my co worker's get together. My other 2 friends came in a little late and the guy who was working the bar didn't even take their orders. On top of that, the dining area was closed for remodeling which I wish they would have said something on their website before me and my friends arrived. Anyways I come again and I ordered the garlic knots and they were dripping in olive oil and cheese. It was way too much cheese and olive oil. Also when I ordered the calzone, they came out with the pizza and had to go back to remake because they made it wrong. Like really? Also I wish the waitress would have said they made my order wrong.

This is a great spot to grab a beer. I do think it's ridiculous that they sell garlic knots and make you pay extra for marinara and then only give you enough for half of your order of garlic knots so you have to order another marinara and end up paying three dollars extra for a dipping sauce. Enough Marinara should obviously come with your garlic knot order for all of the garlic knots.

Went for dinner with friends, party of four. Ordered our food. Three out of four of our entrees came out. My husband sat there for 45 minutes without food. In the meantime we in the party finished our food. They came out on two different occasions letting us know his Philly steak sub was in the oven. 2nd stop at the table we were told they subbed the mushrooms for chicken. Mind you, he ordered the steak. The rest of us had been done for 15 minutes. I called the manager over and asked him to check on his sandwich. The total time was one hour and 10 minutes for him to receive his food. The proper response should have been an apology and comped the meal for him. They told us that mistakes happen which I get, but you don’t need over an hour to correct the problem. I asked the manager to take the sandwich off for common courtesy. He refused telling us if he was going to eat it, then he should pay for it. I told him that I am in the restaurant business and have had things like this happen. I would comp that guests meal with a huge apology. They sometimes tell me that it was not necessary. I tell them, it’s not worth the cost of a sandwich, it’s a cost of losing a customer. This guy needs customer service classes.

My bro’s gf is really cool and orders and picks up meals for him. She has been mistreated 2x at this dusty, dive bar and we are going to get to bottom of it. The bartender was cool until this trailer park, face pierced, tweaker looking evening bartender female came on shift. Then, the male threw her check book at her and not thanking her for a good tip on a takeout??? Foh.

I'm from out of town on business and came to the Ice Bar. The Italian food was phenomenal. The Customer Service from Jamie and Erin was awesome. They made me feel at home and very welcome. If your visiting Ashville definitely a must see place.

I really love this place so much.....came back for the 2nd time...Not only is the service is amazing but the food is soooooooooooooo good the pizza was enormous, and the garlic Knotts were amazing...

Greek food is phenomenal and unexpected! Love the music choices. Never knew this place was in this shopping center. Definitely glad we found it!

Not sure why we torture ourselves coming here. But i guess finally learned my lesson. Bartender is server, he's miserable gives off I hate life vibe ..guessing he's in this job by proxy of relationship? I feel like he's been there for a year, has yet to develop any sort of communication skills. Anyways. Ordered the Stromboli well done to ensure the sauce and cheese were warm. Comes out as expected less than room temp, looks like a blow torch was used to "brown" up the crust for a few seconds. I attempt to flag him down, nope. Two employees not our server proceed to ignore me standing at the bar with the cold Stromboli for several minutes, I guess not there problem. Another 20 minutes (we are the only ones in the place) after seeing if they could just put back in the oven or hell microwave it another comes out and it's cooked all the way thru. No attempt to correct or offer any solution, just walks off to contemplate his life.

Beautiful service, cold bar strip, but the day was beautiful and we sat outside. Acropolis pizza has incredible salads and pizzas. l haven't tried other dishes, but I highly recommend their food. The bar was super friendly as was Acropolis staff!

A bit too loud inside. They're sort of going for a sports bar vibe but it's a small, intimate space so it doesn't quite make it. The food and drinks are delicious.

We had our first meal at 32 Ice Bar today. The food was very good. Our waiter Dylan, was exceptional. He provided quality service with a pleasant personality. Because of Dylan, and the food we will be back again. The only negative was it was very loud inside. The music was loud and the place could use some acoustic tiles to minimize the noise.

A local place I would have missed completely if not taken there by a Friend. Small bar environment with a large selection of beer, full bar with table service from the restaurant next door. Very Friendly staff! Highly recommend if this sounds like your type of place.

Went to 32 Ice Bar with our dog. Ordered the lamb Gyros and were wowed, freaking delish. Ordered a 16" Margarita pizza from Acropolis 2 days later. One or the best pizza's ever.

Like how they've opened it up some but still wish the regular restaurant dining room would reopen. Food great as always and we had a great waitress. The fried eggplant on pizza is the best!!

From the moment we stepped in to this bar, we were welcomed and promptly sat at our table. Dylan, our waiter, was nothing short of professional and amazing. As visitors of this place for the first time, we felt like family. The food is amazing and will highly recommend this place to friends and family. Will return for sure!!!

Place is great atmosphere is excellent and theres the most beautiful woman behind the bar being oct 1 already in haloween garb pizza crust is the bomb and they cut pepperoni thick good place to get a great buzz and some food

Cool place that has a chill rail for your beer. Good beer.. quality bourbon. Bartenders were conversational and engaging. Go Canes!

Great selection on tap and the bartenders were very attentive. I really liked my chicken pesto pizza and the crispy mushrooms.

Was surprised when we went in for a beer after work.With a designated driver ,of course. Food is from the Greek restaurant next door. Had a great time and food was very good. Staff took good care of us and we will return.

Friendly and clean, same food as Acropolis and you can dine in and have a drink. Good service and friendly staff.

I love this place and wish I lived closer so I could go more often!! I think the staff do a great job, especially when great service is lacking in a lot of restaurants in our current climate. The drinks are great and reasonably priced, and it’s one of the few places that knows how to make a great Cosmo. (Cosmos should be pink, not red! I don’t understand why so many bars/restaurants can’t get it right.) Food is fantastic too. It’s so hard to choose sometimes because the menu is huge and everything looks amazing.

Had not been here in several years and so glad we went back tonight! We got the garlic knots and supreme pizza which was delicious! Service was excellent! Very friendly and attentive staff! Great atmosphere and a ton of choices of great beer on tap! We will definitely be back!
