Blip is a fun downtown coffee shop nestled in the industrial area on the Missouri river. The people here care about good quality coffee, all of their coffee is roasted in house. They have a relatively large sitting space that accommodates a little under 50 seats (couch, bar, table, lounge chairs). The vibe is industrial motorcycle shop (no parts, just merch). Prices a very fair, and everything is very clean. If you aren't able to make it in to the shop check out their website! We will be back!

Customer service is always wonderful, great coffee and good vibes. Highly recommend for morning coffee or to hang out with friends. Strongly recommend to try their Iced Banana Mocha

We stumbled in this coffee shop/motorcycle accessories outfitter after a long adventure in Kansas City! Blip was rather quiet on a Thursday night, tucked away in the West Bottoms. After trying on a couple helmets and perusing their uniquely curated moto merchandise selection, we all ordered espresso-based drinks. Delicious coffee, great barista, and cool vibes! I’d love to see the scene on a crowded day 🏍

Blip is one of Kansas City's top coffee shops! It's a must stop! It's a huge space! Great place to bring a group of friends for coffee! Tons of cool fun events! We love Blip! Great coffee! This is such a cool coffee shop! It’s super unique. I never would have known about it had it not been for a friend who invited me there. I loved the environment and layout of the place. The chai latte I had was great. I really appreciated that they didn’t charge extra for non- dairy alternatives. I’ll definitely be going there again!

Incredible coffee, and coffee shop experience in kcmo ☕ Such a cozy environment, great spot to study, and to come hang out with friends/family. Vegan/gluten free options as well, and no extra charge on dairy free milks, which is such a + for me 😄 Definitely a cool little niche spot in the west bottoms.

Very easy vibe coffee roaster. Plenty of room and good selection of seating. Easy access in the West Bottoms. Genuinely nice staff, quick and GOOD coffee. Motorcycle themed, and with a clean and ordered Industrial setting. I personally have a couple of bikes, ride all the time, and when I learned of Blip, I found an oasis. Blip, I feel safe and welcomed, and thank you for that.

Blip is great! Sorry it's taken me so long to check it out. My sister and I had the draft latte of the day and both loved it, as did my niece who got an iced chai. They have alternative milks available. I noted some baked goods but didn't inquire to find if they bake them in house or not. Great service. Cool vibe. They also use their space for special events. Restrooms are gender neutral I did not notice if there's an accessible entrance, I used stairs to enter. There's outdoor seating. Parking is street parking.

Cool vibes, lots of space, and the coffee is so good! I think a lot of coffee shops are missing something important, and that is having room for people to come in and not feel like they’re sitting on top of other people and listening to their conversations. We felt like we could breathe in here! I personally loved all the plants and little home-y touches like couches and that dogs were in there. Definitely coming back, highly suggest this place!

Such a cool spot! Went on a Saturday and they had several vendors selling their products/food. Lots of seating and cool atmosphere. The coffee was great as well. I got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and it was delicious! They have house made syrups and don’t upcharge for alternative milks. The location was a bit odd, but definitely worth a trip!

I ordered a cinnamon roll, latte, and a rounded up a tip for a total of $10! The cinnamon roll was massive, sweet, & mouthwatering. This is a great spot to work remote because of how open the environment is. Blip Roasters has plenty of tables and seating areas. When I visited, there were even some group meetings going on! While you are there, purchase some take home coffee beans or coffee merchandise from their small shop! Haven’t checked out this coffee shop in KC yet? Add to your KC bucket list!

Great out of the way spot. Very open Industrial vibe. Similar to Fuel House in Bonner Spgs KS on a smaller scale. Bold coffee. Will be back!!! A new Favorite

Best coffee in Kansas City, Best baristas in Kansas City, and hands down the best atmosphere in Kansas City. Check them out for drip, seasonal draft latte, mocha, latte, cortado, whole beans, really anything and everything coffee. Motorcycle meet ups on Sundays are a must.

Authentic biking store with some excellent coffee and pastry options! Well worth the trip to Blip roasters on the edge of town. The coffee is great, food options include burritos on top of pastries. There is a medium sized store selling all sorts of biking gear and t-shirts/hats/gloves. The server was very polite and helpful to all our needs too. Relaxed atmosphere with a welcoming vibe. Free parking out front.

I like coming to Blip for my morning ☕️ coffee in the Bottoms. It has an eclectically-edgy vibe, & the music is perfect for working on creative projects. Originally, I wrote: Because it's one of my neighborhood's coffee joints, I really want to see it prosper, BUT the barista's hands and fingernails were so how-did-she-ever-survive-COVID dirty, that I hope this review sparks some ❤️ to ❤️ conversations over there about hygiene. Blip responded immediately with a perfectly reasonable explanation: It was stain from an art project. My concerns about hygiene NO LONGER EXIST. Thanks, Blip, for your prompt response to my original concerns.

I ordered an Iced Dirty Chai and a Chorizo burrito. The iced chai is one of the best I've had in KC. The burrito was packed full of flavor and the side of salsa was the perfect compliment. Service was prompt, and super friendly. Great conversations were had.

Great coffee but more than a coffee shop. Solid space to meet up, have a burrito or pastry and check out bikes — inside and outside.
