What's quaint like every movie deli experience and has special waiters that make you want to come back? This place, my wife and I shared stuffed cabbage ,a chicken BLT with Cole slaw. I asked the waiter for a good appetizer and he surprised us. His words "I will take care of you". Things like that make you feel warm inside and it helped that we told him we had no restrictions and were up for adventure. The cabbage had a warm broth poured over it. Likely what stewed the vegetables and we even got our baby a few bites of the soft carrots. Sandwiches in a deli seemed like the way to go and Cole slaw was the next side of interest so we jumped for it. That chicken breast was exploding with herb flavors and seasonings that made mayonnaise on the bun unnecessary. Bacon and red onions added just enough flavor and texture variety to make that meal dance. I finished my half and looked hungrily at my wife's plate to see if she finished hers lol. Eat at this deli for 3 reasons: 1.the staff are the warmest I've met in quite some time. 2. You'll have a quiet moment to eat and think if you're alone and if you're not you'll enjoy a nice atmosphere with your friends 3. The food you get will make you curious about the rest of the menu. It sure made me want to go back.

The pastrami sandwiches here are delicious very authentic! The Brown mustard is a great addition to the sandwich along with the orange sauce they give you. The customer service was great. The place definitely has more of a local vibe which we loved and will definitely be back.

Excellent service. The server was so accommodating of our three young kids. Ultra patient and friendly. And the food was excellent, too. We had the #1 (corned beef and pastrami), the BLT, the latkes, and the Matzo ball soup.

As a New Yorker who recently moved to the DFW, this is NOT it. It’s not a deli more so a diner that sells sandwiches. I was feeling nostalgic for a bacon egg and cheese with salt pepper and ketchup( because what New Yorker wouldn’t?). I have been on the hunt for an authentic style deli. I thought this would be it. I walk in, to a diner style restaurant. I was expecting a deli I go up to the counter order the sandwiches and wait to the side. This is not that. But! They did have a bacon egg and cheese and had an egg bagel. So I ordered it with salt pepper ketchup. And I wanted a deli style sandwich so I ordered a ham and Swiss lettuce tomato and Mayo (they sadly didn’t have roasted red peppers) on a wedge, except, they had no wedges, so a roll it was. It came time to pay and my total was 40 dollars, for two BECSPK and a ham and Swiss on a roll, I thought that was ridiculous but paid. I waited to get home, opened up a bacon egg cheese, no ketchup, instead ketchup packets in the bag, the egg was rubbery and salted to hell. So I threw that out. Then I try the sandwich, no Mayo, there was probably a packet in the bag but at that point I didn’t care to look. Big pieces of lettuce, don’t expect shredded lettuce and the ham was disgustingly salted. Threw away 40 dollars. Also the place was disgusting, from old meat stains where their glass was to splatters of who knows what on the walls walking in. There was nothing in there that screamed NY. My expectations were not high, but following instruction would have been nice, for $40. Change the name, it’s a diner.

One of my favorite New York style delis in all of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex it’s fresh every time and the service is lovely. The portions are plentiful and the prices are fair. There’s not a shortage of items you can order from burgers to sandwiches, and skillets etc.

This was our first visit. The deli menu is extensive! I had a rueben, she had a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Both were served hot and piled high. Easily the best rueben sandwich I've had in Dallas. I like how they kept the dressing on the side. There's so much meat and sauerkraut that I had to use a fork. The fries were good, too. Table side service was excellent. Everyone looked happy to be there. We'll be back for sure.

Great customer service, fast service. The food is very yummy, NY deli style, they also have a whole deli, besides the restaurant. The orange juice I had was fresh squeezed which is rare in DFW restaurants, so that's definitely a plus. Only thing I noticed that they can change is getting more vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options, besides that everything is great. Very good restaurant to get breakfast and brunch. Recommended !

Everything you could possibly expect from a Deli place and much more. I found their corned beef and lox extraordinary. You have to try this place if you haven't already. Trust the staff for suggestions. They answer any question in detail.

If you are hungry, then you should definitely come here. One of the best places in Dallas. Old and famous Deli News. Always fresh products and, most importantly, excellent chefs cook superbly. Get a taste of New York.

The best corned beef hash I've ever had. Everything else was great but the hash was to die for. Not greasy and melts in your mouth. Amazing service. We will be back.

This Deli is in Dallas - I came for the first time in 2010 and many times since - good fresh food all the time unlike a lot of the fast food rubbish in USA - salt beef , pastrami , goulash , great chicken soup and many other dishes and great service. Highly Recommend - simple mot complicated - it hit full in the 60 minutes we were there
