Coffee so good, make you want to slap down a Starbucks to the ground.

Me and my three children had been in science city all day. We came out and went in and bought 4 bottled cokes. We went outside to the seating area to sit for just a moment and we were promptly asked to leave the area because they were closing the seating area. However many other patrons remained in the area and no sooner did we leave another couple sat down exactly where my children and I had sat and were not asked to leave. Why were me and my 3 (mind you not loud or unruly children) asked to leave and no one else was? I find this discriminatory behavior extremely uncalled for.

I don’t know how they have so many great reviews. The staff lacked personality and the coffee was so bad. I had to ask where a lid and sleeve were and the girl lazily waved her hand and mumbled just enough in the direction of where they were. The iced latte was basically milk and vanilla flavoring. She may have even forgotten to put the espresso in since it was so overpowered with flavored milk. I ordered 2 different hot lattes and none of could tell which was which because they were both quite bitter. I paid $16 plus tip to just throw all three full lattes in the trash and mediocre (at best) service. I love to support and try local business but I will definitely be passing on this place for now on. Thankfully Starbucks is in Crown Center close by I can get my coffee fix when visiting Union Station. 0/10, absolutely do not recommend.

Friendly staff, compared to Starbucks and quick service. Quaint little coffee shop inside Union Station, KC, Missouri.

Very much impressed with their coffee. As a tourist who had visited the world war memorial museum and the union station opposite to it, this is a very good place to grab a cup of coffee. Glad they are not using too much of sugar. A little overpriced, but their coffee is great.

Let's start with the coffee - that was very nice. The pastries not so nice, it was dry, lacked taste and overpriced, served with a complimentary side of zero personality from the staff. However what wins the extra star is the atmosphere of having a nice coffee relaxing inside the grand hall of this magnificent building. It is a prime location for sure, some seating with tables just outside the store front in a roped off section which is excellent. Unfortunately garbage was not cleaned from tables. Some seating around the side of the store front as well, should the front be full. Worth stopping for a coffee, however I would not recommend anything else.

Stopped in because it was on my way to a church conference. Extremely good drip coffee. Some savory breakfast sandwiches would've been nice (only sweet pastries) but it's possible it was low because I visited on a Sunday.

A very relaxed and sheik atmosphere complimented by some of the best coffee I've ever had. To top it off, the staff were friendly and patient. I'll definitely be returning if I come tour through KC again.

Just walked in to lovely decorated Union Station to purchase coffee for gift baskets for my family. None of the whole bean coffees had prices on them at Parisi. I had to ask for assistance, in order to get some attention as two of the three baristas were engrossed in their cell phones and one was serving a customer. Then when I asked for price information, the pregnant gal obviously bothered by my inquiry replied with a price range. I asked which labels were the $15 coffees? I guess I continued to bother her as she had to look up prices on computer. It took a little back and forth as no one came from behind the counter to assist me. I picked out my coffees $50/ worth with tax, and before I was rung up I asked if they could be ground. The gal who rung me up was a bit more personable. After I paid for my coffee, the cashier just placed the three coffee bags in front of me on the counter. I looked at her and then she asked the others that were mesmerized by their phones if she should grind the bags of coffee or should they? The one who was bothered by my price inquiry, said she would do it. She ground the three bags and then placed them in front of me on the counter. Not even a thank you, no eye contact or anything. I walk with a cane even without a cane, I would think someone would ask if you need a bag when you purchase three bags of coffee. It’s not like you can put them in your pockets. I asked if I could have a bag. Once again she appeared bothered and she walked into the storage room. She came out and said, “We don’t have any.” So I asked another associate who had just come out of the back with a cart full of sodas if they had any bags. She replied, “We should have some brown bags.” She then asked the other baristas if they had bags and the pregnant woman replied, “ No.” If you want holiday spirit to go with the elaborate decorations at Union station, you might wish to bring your coffee from elsewhere. The only reason I went there was to support a local KC business. My holiday gift baskets always include local KC products. Parisi was a staple in those baskets pre pandemic. Guess I will be substituting another local roaster in my gift baskets next year.

Stood outside the gate waiting for the Barista to open up. It said Sunday 6:30am and at 6:45am I was still waiting while the Batista was having her coffee. I had to leave to catch the train at 6:50am. All I can say is I hope this Barista enjoyed her coffee and you have lost my business.

First, let's talk about the staff that are absolutely wonderful human beings!!!! Completely went out of the way to help me. The coffee is amazing. I loved my shot of espresso!!! I'm looking forward to trying the winter blend mix they just came out with at home!

Great Baristas and super friendly service! The Cortado was spot on, great flavor, steamed perfect, and temperature served was just right. I purchased a bag of beans and one of the baristas gave me a bag of a blend roast they do. Again great shop and a great cup of coffee in a neat spot.

A must stop if you visit Union Station. The coffee is some of my favorite in KC and the pumpkin scone was better than I imagine.

Union Station is a beautiful building and a very pleasant albeit somewhat echoey atmosphere for a coffee shop. Parisi is a top coffee name in KC in my opinion and this particular shop doesn’t disappoint. The lattes are the right temp (immediately drinkable) and creamy of froth. A friend from out of town having his first mocha with oat milk raved about it - several times! I wish they would offer to do ceramic mugs for customers planning to drink at the café, but that would be my only negative

Very nice spot for a cup of coffee, especially if you appreciate a ceramic mug

Great coffee, the Croissant were not warm but I asked the guy to warm it up and it came out great so an A+ for that. the Mixberry and cheese pastry is absolutely amazing! If you are visiting KC and looking for a place to breakfast and good coffee this is the place for it. Also is inside the Union Station, very nice venue!

Not only was the coffee amazing, but the wonderful people that work at this place helped me and the little girl I care for when no one else would. They gave us a bag of ice and actually cared that her head was hurt. Just amazing customer service but also just amazing people in general.

There was a young lady making coffee today with a young man. This young women was so very rude. She was obviously having a bad day. There should be no place for that kind of an attitude when we choose to use our money for coffee here. People could choose any other place. First time there and won’t go back.

We took a weekend trip to KC and had to catch an early train out of Union Station. We were so glad there was a place we could grab breakfast. We ended up getting fruit and pastries. The fruit was delicious and fresh and the pastries were to die for. The mixed berry cream cheese danish is the best danish I have ever had! They also have a croissant cinnamon roll that blew our mind! Highly recommend them to anyone. Not to mention the bonus of them being located in the breathtaking Union Station.

This cafe is very convenient when you're getting on an early train and need a good quick breakfast and quality coffee. They also have lots of sandwiches you could purchase and take with you on the train for later.

Great Coffee! Shop was small and floors were incredibly dirty, though employees were often not busy and could have easily improved the cleanliness with 5 minutes and a broom. Found dusty pills on the floor next to my 3 year old in the cafe... Cafe seating allows you to look at the beautiful Union Station building.

Sunday hours say 7 am open on July 3rd but with 3 people behind the counter I quess not open. 1 star is for the employee who walked out to awaiting customers grabbed the signage. Did not say a word to anyone picked up the sign and walked back in. All you have to do is say we aren't opening due to (insert any reason)!

Staff was friendly, coffee was really good. There is a good selection of flavors to choose from although I wish they had unique/curated flavor blends.

👍👍 Good place to eat! Wonderful of you want a variety of food and desserts to compliment your meal! Always clean, great service, excellent food!
