This place is FILTHY. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. The rooms are disgustingly dirty with smelly bed linen. The owners of the place are also filthy. They smell very bad and it looks like they never bathe. There is a huge dog in the premise that spends her days in and out of the kitchen smelling and licking food that then goes out to the clients. The people who run this hotel smoke in the kitchen while preparing food and they don't wash their hands. This place is definitely not for the health conscious.

The hotel is very quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and good. Helping us a lot and being really great because we had little kids. Breakfast was excellent. I hope mr'Reza sees you again.

The first place we stayed in Turkey! The house, the people, the food and the location was all great. Yusuf, Görgën and Recep are a great bunch of people. Well maintained rooms, decent bathroom, beautiful garden and great company makes this place one of my favourites.

Definetely worth it! Staff is very polite, nice and generous! Building is very old (they said it's 200 yo Greek house) and authentic. They made a restoration without destroying the history of building. Recep, Görgün and Yusuf helped us a lot! He gave advices about places to swim, eat and travel. Don't hesitate to ask them for anything. We selected a small room with double bed. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. I think I would visit that place and these good people again! This is a small family owned hotel, the owner was really nice although he didnt speak so well English he was conversing through his son Recep. Recep was also very friendly and made a great Turkish coffee in the morning. The room was small but comfy, the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Garden was full of different animals. Overall great place to stay. Recommended!

Please, don't hesitate to come here, it's an amazing place where you can rest and at the same time feel in a familiar atmosphere. Excellent service and an exceptional attention. You can feel free and share as you'd do it at your own home. It's close to the downtown so easily you can get to traditional and enjoyful places to chill out, drink something or go for dinner. The best placed we stayed in all of Turkey!! The room was beautiful and had a timeless feel!! The courtyard was gorgeous and had many turtles living in it, Breakfast was delicious, And they did our laundry perfectly!! We also loved listening to the stories of the visiting neighbor Abdullah!!

Beautiful family run restaurant. Minutes away from the restaurant. Rooms very nicely decorated and cozy. Overall incredibly good value for money. Will definitely stay here again for Ephesus or capadoccia trips.

A very nice place in Kuşadası to stay. The hosts were very friendly and they tried to solve every request that we had. The rooms are very clean, the furnishing is cozy and the breakfast is great. It was always fun to chat with the young owner about different topics. I recommend this hotel.
