New facilities. 690 to 750 baht per night with breakfast included. Lots of parking lot. Close to the main road. Clean room with comfortable bed sheet. Hot water is available, but wifi signal is very poor.

Nothing really to write home about it but fulfilled basic requirements. The facility would benefit from a bit of maintenance and perhaps a coat or two of a fresh paint. I stayed in a "deluxe" room😂. It was a good size room with two single beds pushed together to trick you into thinking you have a "king size" bed. The shower was clean and with descent water pressure. No elevator. At 850B a night it was in my opinion overpriced for what it was but there aren't that many options in Uthai Thani. Hotel offered a basic breakfast which consisted of couple slices of bologna sausages, couple of wiener sausages, an egg and a toast. The place has ample parking if you happen to travel by car. The hotel offers also older rooms for 350B but I have not checked that option. It appears that hotel is underutilized and still recovering from the pandemic era. Overall it was satisfactory overnight stay.

Budget resort with fair accommodations and no free breakfast services. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is fair, but some rooms quite old. The location is good to access to lots of tourist attractions around there. Advance booking is recommended during the festive season.

This is a nice hotel with the price of about 650 baht for a night. The rooms are big and beautiful. Every thing looks new and clean. Definitely a good choice. The Wi-Fi and aircondition are working well. The hotel are is clean and looks nice with some plants and grass and so on. It's not far from some restaurants and seven eleven in the city. (But also not too close) walking time to the shops about 10 minutes. With a kfc nearby.

This place is comfortable and reliable, a little on the expensive end, but worth it for the good location that is quiet yet near town.

The cheap room was not good. Its paint was worn out. There were lots of mosquitoes.

We stay here for 2 nights. Rooms are new, big, and clean with reasonable price. It is not far come the center of the city.
