The exterior of the hotel is not all that awesome. The receptionist was welcoming and the room we checked in was really cool. The bathroom was well decorated and functional with steady light. However their room service is not free. You'll have to pay for every service rendered. For example, you have to pay the receptionist for bringing food to your room. The WiFi cannot connect to two devices at a time. Don't expect mouth watering meals from them.

The annex is a very quite place, no activity

This is my go to hotel in Akwa Ibom!! It cozy and affordable... I just put a call through to them and I'm good. From the manager to the concierge they are polite and friendly... The best part of the hotel for me is their freshly made fisherman soup... Omo! It is to die for! It feels like my little hideaway. It's beautiful and the location is perfect!
