delivery
system
is
unorganized
and
terrible.
Therefore,
I
recommend
you
have
your
dispatcher
do
the
pickup.
My
experience
(dated
May
5
and
May
6,
2023,
respectively)
Day
1:
I
phoned
CR
at
5
pm
and
made
the
payment
while
on
the
call—it
was
instant
and
confirmed.
About
2
hours
later,
the
staff
phoned
and
explained
that
the
delay
was
due
to
"dispatchers
not
available".
I
was
not
upset
and
I
had
my
dispatcher
complete
the
pickup.
Day
2
(the
following
day):
I
decided
to
use
CR
again
and
phoned
them
at
03:30
pm.
An
hour
later,
I
phoned
again
due
to
a
delayed
response,
only
for
the
manager
to
say
"Payment
not
confirmed".
However,
I
overheard
him
instructing
staff
to
confirm
the
payment
from
the
records.
I
strongly
doubt
there
was
a
delay—the
banking
systems
within
this
period
have
been
reliable,
and
an
intra
bank
transfer
will
be
instant
(no
speculation
intended).
Not
long
after,
he
phoned
and
said
that
one
of
my
orders
will
be
available
in
an
hour,
so
I
opted
for
another
available
at
the
time.
Nearly
an
hour
later,
I
phoned
the
manager
who
claimed:
"the
order
was
on
its
way".
I
requested
the
dispatcher's
contact,
phoned
him
immediately
but
he
explained
that
he
had
only
been
notified
a
minute
ago
regarding
the
pickup.
Ultimately,
my
day
2's
3:30
pm
order
arrived
by
19:30.
My
location
is
just
7-8
minutes
from
CR,
Aka
Road.
A
really
terrible
delivery
system.
The
take-home
positive
from
the
experience
and
episodes
had
to
be
my
calmness.
