Should be a 5 star I just think it's a bit pricey for its offerings. Customer service was not exactly spectacular but it was great. The rooms we move and clean. Staff were courteous. Ordered food took a little long but the food was great so I guess that cancels that. I recommend for anyone who wants some quiet

A cool place to lodge although i had to wait for hours before i was served my dinner. Aside that, its a good place to lodge.

The hotel is lovely and cozy, but you guys need to do more work on customer service because it’s so poor. I ordered for fisherman soup and after wasting so much time the food was served and the snail wasn’t properly washed (like it was still slimy) inside the soup, had to start complaining so i Could get something else!. Moving to breakfast, probably because it’s a “Complimentary breakfast” that is not “paid for”, they served cold plantain and egg sauce. Down to the rude receptionist 😒

Poor services, stayed for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Towel was never changed. The AC stopped working abruptly.😩😩😩

Be careful with this Hotel, they are scams, and their service is deceitful. You will pay for a room, they will move you to their neighboring/partner hotel, change your room, and deny you booked there without any info. Claim the room you paid for a week ago is unavailable while telling other clients the room is available.. Leave you stranded almost without a room, and their only comment is they are sorry and it was a mistake where a client didn't check out. You confront them about their actions, and you are told the sorry, but if you are uncool with their services, you can do worse. I spent the late 2hrs of the night (midnight) going back and forth, and nothing tangible was done. Be careful.... They are a scam. The transferred room shower was bringing out brown water as in the picture and called it a Stanford suite, which looked like a secondary school dorm with 2 beds. I aint 1 who makes comment, but this has been my worst experience. I will be speaking to the management. All this happened on my wedding eve... crazy

Rushmor hotel is one of the cozy hotel in town. I went to visit my uncle and the pressure door the have open at the instance of me approaching without any security controlling it. The environment is very quiet and the attendant are smart. Just have your money handy and you have everything you need for comfort at your disposal.

I always enjoy my stay at Rosmohr. I remember this one time where my friend couldn't find something that was been misplaced, the management had to go all out to make sure it was found and returned to the owner.... ☺️ From Rosmohr vintage to Rosmohr gold, then Rosmohr Diamond, you get a quiet environment, good music at the bar, delicious food, warm reception from the staff there...

The manager is such a pleasant lady. I would recommend hotel just because of her. Always ready to be of help

The facilities are new but the service is poor, No water with breakfast. You have to buy water. Call reception and they don't answer.

Couldn't get a room here as it was fully booked already, but the entrance and lobby were very asthetically pleasing and neat. Prices seemed fair too.

very poor customer service. their 15k room was terribly small, with poor furniture and the AC wasn’t working properly. The bathroom didn’t have a shower and the wash hand sink wasn’t fully functional. would not recommend.

The quality of the hotel is not as good as I thought. Most of the rooms have one issue and their customer service is below average. It's generally manageable if you want to stay for a few days.

Nice enough hotel with pleasant staff, but there is a new unit Rosemohr Gold that daunts the former. Location seems to be winding down services and is understaffed for such a large place. Enjoy!

this hotel is one of the most useless hotels in Uyo!! i spent 2 nights there regrettably! the room had a faulty AC and no heater! i complained and kept getting promises that it will be resolved. it never was until i left. i requested for a discount on the rooms since it was so uncomfortable, spent almost 30mins arguing with the so called manager to no avail. they pretty much told me i was the only one that was affected and the other customers were not complaining !!! it was a horrid experience and the worst i;ve had in any where i have travelled to. if was possible to leave no star i would have! needless to say i will never lodge here or let any one i know lodge here ever again!!

The building is nice, serene, staff could use extra help to increase efficiency. The air conditioners in some of the rooms could be serviced to perform better.
