Nice place,,.with good customer's service and delicious meals

OVERVIEW: This place is BEAUTIFUL!!! The environment is well planned and they don't fail to maintain the place. It's very quiet, you can forget the whole world here. LOCATION: It's a walking distance from Tropicana Mall which makes it a superb location if you want to see a late night movie. EXTERIOR: It has an outdoor "dark" bar and it's clean, serene, just lovely.

A boutique hotel in a serene environment. Room rates and food are budget friendly. High speed WiFi. Karaoke bar. Food is good. The road leading to the hotel from the main road is the issue.

This place is wow, didn't enter the room, just went to the bar, but gosh is wow, presentation, services, looks are all amazing 😍🤩,i love this place, it's located in a quiet and Seren area

Great place to stay at affordable prices. The hotel has 24hrs of light, and a very serene environment. The rooms are okay for the prices which by the way are very negotiable. Located at walking distance from the mall and the park, it allows you to take evening strolls easily and the environment is safe. They do not have a gym or pool and the food can be just a bit better. Staff are polite and respectful. Overall, a good place to stay when you want to get away from the bustling life.

Quiet ambience. Service is good but the environment is choky. Parking lot is small for the edifice

The only downside to this nice place is the road linking it to the main road, made the shop trip there not worth it. The service is amazing, the rooms are wonderful, the lounge is great. I love everytime I spent here.

The hotel is nice and affordable compared to most of hotels in Lagos and Ibadan, the location is cool and safe. The room is wide enough, so also is bed. However, my wife didn't enjoyed the TV Channels,, but She like the hotel.

This is second time staying at this hotel. Their prices are affordable and the staff were very polite, especially the cleaners. Food at the hotel was quite pricey and they didn’t serve breakfast. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here.

Nice hotel. But the access road is not so good and is lonely at night.

Amazing hotel, serene and quiet environment. The staffs were really nice and courteous. I stayed with my family for about 5 days and we generally had a good time. The 24hrs light was one of the major things I loved about the hotel.

Georgetown residences is a small sized, neat, decent, tranquil hotel located in a serene environment close to the Tropical entertainment center, Uyo. It has a nice glass see through bar, with a shrub enclosed mini- garden shoot out. The staff are courteous and helpful. Its not difficult to find and is a short bolt ride away from most of the town's major attractions.

Cool and quiet place but service is a bit slow

Very clean and neat hotel. Akwa ibom has a good hotel in Georgetown residence. There services are good with beautiful environment.

Stayed there for the like 3 days, the over charge for their rooms which is mediocre at best. The have poor customer service and poor human relations. The real issue I have with this hotel is their below standard rooms which the price so highly for, the only good thing here is that it's close to the mall.
