One of the most equipped gyms in PH. Has a swimming pool, foot ball court, basket ball, children's play area, sauna and steam bath, massage etc. May find parking a bit difficult due to the number of people who come there. Has a bar, salon and sit out as well.

This is one of the best stadiums in Nigeria. The immediate past Governor of Akwa Ibom State did a great job. This should be rated 5 Star. It is ultra modern and very sophisticated. Technically can host both national and international matches. I highly recommend.

A five star in the fitness business? Yea they deserve it. These guys are organised, very professional, and yes I believe they have almost all the equipments to get you those six packs. And the ladies, yea you'll love it there. Some cute guys comes to gym too. Lol.

It's not properly maintained. There is no sense of attraction, because the facility has been abandoned.

As the name implies, Charlie's Total fitness is a very good place for all round wellness and fitness. They have many equipment for different body types and goals. They also have well seasoned instructors. Their yoga classes, dance classes and aerobics are the highlights of my week. They make working out fun and interesting, if you want to join the fitfam, I strongly recommend Charlie's. Did I forget to mention that they have fun activities for the kids too, a nice restaurant, beauty salon, massage parlor and other side attractions.

The Uyo township stadium since the construction of the new international stadium has become a shadow of what it used to be, but this shouldn't stop anyone from still going there to use the place, it is nice for hosting large events that require a space for a large audience, if you also reside in it's environs it would also be a nice place for exercising although I would recommend the unity park better for the exercising especially on Saturdays

The surroundings are overgrown with grass. It doesn't look like the place has been in use recently. There's a food joint by the side of it. The place looked rowdy and disorganized so I didn't bother to try them out.

The Uyo Township Stadium needs to be fixed! The place is falling apart. It should be refurbished and open for schools and organisations to hold sporting events there. That is one way to raise funds to maintain the place. There are many activities that can hold there to keep the bodies and minds of our young ones busy and active

Do not know much about the stadium but there is a park there called discovery park, it has a beautiful setting for family gathering, meetings, wedding reception, birthday parties etc. There are drinking, food and chewable of all kinds. Music 🎶🎶🎶 It's really a nice place to be.

The stadium can be better than what it currently is. The lack of maintenance has made it an eyesore.

This is the beautiful Uyo Township stadium at night. The design is incredibly beautiful and sweet to behold. It shines bright like a star falling from the skies. A view at night leaves you speechless and thinking you are in the UK. The stadium is large, with good sports facilities. The maintenance culture here is top notch, with 24/7 electricity supply. It is beautifully sited, and accessible having in mind that Uyo has about the best road networks in a typical Nigerian city.

Never disappointing

This is the best gym in Port Harcourt. Surprisingly, the subscription is inexpensive when comparing to all the facilities they have. There is a basketball court, swimming pool, squash court, table tennis, spin studio, handball game every Saturday, gym room, steam and sauna, massage centre, bar and restaurant. The reason I didn't give it 5 star is because some of the gym equipments are outdated.
