From
the
arrival
until
check
in
wasn’t
pleasant
service
of
internationally
well
known
5*
hotel,
there
was
no
level
of
service
or
greeting,
no
bell
boy,
no
concierge,
no
smile
on
staff
faces,
after
long
flight
at
least
you
expect
to
get
the
least
greeting
service
from
the
door
of
international
5*
hotel
located
in
the
capital
city.
Reception
is
the
worst
service,
lady
name
Sabina
is
not
welcome
at
all,
doesn’t
know
hotel
policy
of
greeting
and
welcoming,
no
facilities
were
explained
to
use
until
our
check
in,
which
should
be
available
at
least
to
refresh
ourselves.
Sabina
receptionist
was
very
rude,
slow
in
service,
took
our
baggage
and
didn’t
locate
them
in
the
luggage
room
for
about
30
mins.
It
is
very
poor
and
shame
to
have
such
service
agents
receptionists
at
the
front
desk,
who
are
the
face
and
the
first
impression
of
the
hotel
for
guests.
Not
coming
back
again
that’s
for
sure!
