An amazing hotel. Great location on Tashkent City Park. Friendly staff and gorgeous rooms and amenities. Fantastic breakfast, but need more options to have lunch and dinner. We went twice to the two available restaurants for dinner and were told they were closed. In general, very good value for the money.

This hotel experience was awesome. I travel 70% of the time. The room was spacious and bed modern and comfortable. The gym is good and pool is incredible on the fourth floor with a view. Breakfast buffet was good and I had delicious local dishes in the bar for dinner. The employees always went out of their way to help. From getting a towel to the pool, to what are these dishes in the bar, to the front desk and even the cleaning service to the room. Will for sure be back.

The hotel was amazing the room size, the bed soft, clean rooms. The employees are very helpful and quick respond to serve you. The food excellent the breakfast buffet, they have Turkish and western restaurant as well was awesome the club lounge cafe serving delicious sweet, cake and fresh fruits and a big selections of tea and coffee. The Asian restaurant on the top was the top. Finally, if you plan to visit uzbekistan this hotel will be your best choice.

Wonderful short stay at the hotel. The room was nice and spacious, the service friendly and great. The executive lounge was nice, but what I liked the most was the choice at the breakfast buffet. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

From the arrival until check in wasn’t pleasant service of internationally well known 5* hotel, there was no level of service or greeting, no bell boy, no concierge, no smile on staff faces, after long flight at least you expect to get the least greeting service from the door of international 5* hotel located in the capital city. Reception is the worst service, lady name Sabina is not welcome at all, doesn’t know hotel policy of greeting and welcoming, no facilities were explained to use until our check in, which should be available at least to refresh ourselves. Sabina receptionist was very rude, slow in service, took our baggage and didn’t locate them in the luggage room for about 30 mins. It is very poor and shame to have such service agents receptionists at the front desk, who are the face and the first impression of the hotel for guests. Not coming back again that’s for sure!

I had a really nice stay at this Hilton for my second time. I live in Tashkent and my wife and I just wanted a little getaway from our house. The room was great, bed was firm and comfortable and service was good. Only downside is that we could not eat at their premier top floor restaurant because there was a private event two nights in a row in the middle of the week! The downstairs bar and restaurant also allows smoking which we were not happy about since we had to eat dinner there instead.

The quality of the facility is excellent but there are some room to improve their customer service. They forgot to arrange a taxi from the hotel to the airport even I reminded, and I wasted 20 minutes.

Excellent hotel and staff! We've really enjoyed our stay at Hilton hotel in August and extended it to 3 weeks instead of originally planned 8 days thanks to their great service, excellent amenities and convenient location. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. They all made sure our stay with kids was comfortable and we had all we need, especially Zarina at the reception was amazing. Spa is excellent and staff at Spa was very nice too. I took individual swimming classes for my son with coaches Lilya and Zarina, they both were great and taught my son new techniques that we will continue enhancing. Breakfast is 10 out of 10! The variety is mind blowing, everything is fresh and yummy. They have nice restaurants by the hotel at well where you can get a bite during the day or relax and listen to live music at night. The nearby park is very nice too, great place to spend time with kids. I really can't recommend this hotel enough and highly recommend it.

The Hilton restaurant City 21 left a lasting impression with its remarkable culinary offerings and attentive service, truly setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. However, the evening took a disheartening turn during our special celebration. I had meticulously arranged for table decorations and a violinist, incurring a considerable cost. Unfortunately, the musician arrived late, and I had to turn down their multiple offers to render the service. Upon concluding our delectable meal, I responsibly settled the bill for our food and beverages. However, I also took the necessary step of requesting a refund of 50% for the service that had fallen significantly short of our expectations. Regrettably, the refund provided amounted to a mere 15%, a discrepancy that gave rise to considerable frustration. Unfortunately, this facility has provided more affirmation of the whole country of Uzbekistan not being ready to compete in many service areas, including catering and lodging.

Probably the best of the best, this Hilton is well worth the money for premium service. A breakfast buffet that features massive numbers of choices, it is probably not possible to sample all of the options. Room service that is instantaneous. A fantastic view of the park across the street. A well run front drive for easy access to taxis. This Hilton even features a quiet business lounge with snacks.

The waiters at the restaurant during breakfast service require training, they are young, inexperienced, and lack of English makes it very frustrating. They do not understand simple requests. I asked one of them to bring me a flat white from the cafe area and send me the bill because I do not like the machine coffee, the waiter took it upon himself to make me a watery cold coffee, I appreciate the good intentions, but it was terrible and not what I asked for. The location is good, the gym is good, breakfast options were excellent.

Over time prices went up while quality of service, especially in reception, decreased. It is still very good but at the price it should be offered on higher level. As it became crowded upgrades are more rare offered.

Great place to stay. The price is high for the Tashkent of course, but you get highest service of course. Our stay included breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is amazing, a lot of food, all kind of stuff. Dinner is humble, but great as well. Thanks to all, especially Sabina-reception, Javokhir and Shakhzod from executive lounge (dinner place). And all the cream in the breakfast restaurant on the 1st floor.

My husband had two massages and LOVED it, we workout and always picky with our massages but he liked his so much he had to go back couple days later💪 Love the sauna and pool area for relaxing. The suggestion by others that this is one of the best hotel in Tashkent is proven to be true. Modern and rather grand compared to the Hiltons in North America, yet not pretentious. The room was clean, comfortable and functional. The service level met the expectation of a high end hotel. A great plus is the location: at the heart of the Tashkent City park which provides for a nice stroll along the greens, cafes and restaurants nearby, and the occassional dancing fountain at the park. Moreover, it is only 20 minutes ride to the airport. We have been to Tashkent twice and stayed at this hotel on both occassions - and would come back without any hesitation. Highly recommended.

Centrally located Hilton next to the redeveloped Taskent City Park, which will also have a new mall. Wonderful weekend stay, top notch Hilton Honors recognition on a weekend stay. Upgraded at least two categories to a one bedroom corner suite in the Hilton app so we knew before checking in. This hotel from room to hotel design is way more “Conrad” than “Hilton” Pool and sauna were relaxing on the weekend. The executive lounge is very large and has an outdoor area. Food was great. Wines and spirits are mostly local/regional at a self service station. One can easily make this a meal for the evening. Which of we did. Top notch staff there. My only grip is with breakfast. The breakfast offering and quality of the food is great. Really great…but….the space is too large not to have assigned tables. Assign numbers to tables or have servers give the order to the omelet station. We were given the wrong omelette at least twice. I have no problem with the servers, they simplify do what’s told, this is a problem with who ever is in charge of managing breakfast. No hotel, Hilton or otherwise should have a dining room this large without assigning people seating. For example, at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Diamond members have their own section and an option to order different items. Do better, please. Second minor gripe. No fresh orange juice. Fresh orange juice goes a long way in making travelers days go for good to great. Notable mentions: 1) This hotel does take American Express, so Hilton Honors cardholders can fully maximize points and take into consideration longer stays. This is a recent development October 2023 2) There is a mention of hotel ownership policy of “morality” posted at check-in. I get the feeling this is for “women of the night” as opposed to non-married couples on the same reservation. We didn’t experience any problems but be aware. It’s also my understanding from locals it’s not against the law for non-married couples to book /stay in a hotel room. This seems like a posting to keep certain quality of life standards in place. But your experience could be different.
