    TRASH HOTEL ! We reserved our room online. We arrived to the hotel at night, and there was no staff at the reception. We were told we need to pay at the machine on the entrance to obtain the room code, but the machine was not working. We tried 6 different credit cards. When we contacted the hotel support, they told us we need to find another hotel. They did not want to help us at all, even though it was their problem. And it was late at night. Very unprofessional staff. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. NOT RECOMMENDED. It is best to go to other hotels with similar budget but more professional, like Ibis hotels.

    Was a great place for a short staying on business. Accommodations were good. Lacks a small fridge so you could keep a couple drinks in the hotel. Bed was big enough but mattress was a bit hard. Staff was great and helpful. Room was tidy and clean. If you are on tourism it is a bit far from the city centre. The region is basically car dealers, so not much to do around the hotel, except for a couple restaurants next to the hotel.

    We often stay at very nice B&B hotels. Lyon Vennisieux is a very bad franchise of this hotelchain. We made a booking for the same night, but made a mistake in the month. We immediately made a new booking for the same night in the right month and we were promised the manager would solve it the next morning. We emailed multiple times, we tried to call, we tried to stop our creditcard…nothing worked. Conclusion, if you have a problem, do not try to solve it with B&B hotels, as they totally ignore you. It’s a shame as we will try other hotels now.

    With parking all very bad, promised that it is possible to register parking on the spot, but it turned out to be impossible. Parking is very bad. The hotel and the room smells very bad. I do not recommend it. Very bad hotel!

    Chromecast? Forget about it. Drinks? Minibar? No, just a vending machine in the "lobby". Closet? Don't think so. Broken showerhead? Oh we have that. What about a missing wall in the bathroom? Sure! Luckily we only needed a bed, which was indeed there.

    We booked prior to the Covid outbreak. The hotel was as expected: clean room & good beds. The takeaway breakfast however was VERY disappointing. Bags were offered for each traveller. Inside only 1 piece of (hard) bread. In one of the bags the bread was even missing. Coffee cups with did not have lids, seems like a must for takeaway breakfast. Value for money was not good at all, don't take it!

    It is located outside the city centre. Is a classic beb hotel style. The room was small and not special. It was clean.

    Small room, not all employees can speak English. Cleaning is good, quiet except during the morning where police and ambulance cars are passing heavily during my stay. Bathroom is small. Vending machines avaliable at the lobby. Air heater was good. Prices were not good at all during my stay. I'll only recommend it if the price is very low.

    Online booking early evening for stop over when traveling south into vacation. Three rooms were booked. One was OK, one looked strange (beds not properly made) and the final one was a desaster. Room had simply not been cleaned after last customer. Friendly security guy tried to help but also other vacant rooms in 6th floor were in the same condition . Trash on the tables, towels on the floor and simply no cleaning. Ended up with 5 family members sleeping in one room. Great experience, thank you B&B! Next morning friendly hotel staff at the reception did provide a refund for the messed up room. Still, B&B should urgently consider some internal quality monitoring. Going Forward I will avoid them where ever possible.

    The hotel is very dirty. dust stains everywhere. the toilet was so dirty and in urine divorces that I had to wash myself. the sink does not let water through, that is, when you brush your teeth, dirty water rises to the edges and does not leave. accordingly, the water head flows into the shower crane very weak. men's hair and hair were lying all over the room. stank so I had to sleep with the window open despite a chilly evening. There were goats on the towels and some lumps of dirt. The hotel is disgusting! I do not advise anyone

    First, They made a mistake so they changed our room because someone was already in our’s, for now no problème. But then at 10 pm a security guy came and told us to live this room to go to the original one because the guys lived the room. But the room wasn’t clean and it smelled like a mixed of old stuff and cigarettes. horrible experience.
