This cineplex is very well-designed, clean and conveniently-located near public transport (near BTS Ekkaimai station and bus stations). The theatres are on Level 3. Just outside the theatres are comfortable seats for customers waiting for their movies. The air-con is cold but not freezing cold. Bring a jacket and wear long pants. The big screen and sound system are both good. You can purchase tickets on-site or via Major Cineplex app. Usual Price for adult (except Wednesday) is 200-240 Baht. Morning sessions before 12:00pm noon: 119 Baht Wednesday afternoon and evening sessions: 140 Baht Monthly pass (adult) is also available for 300 Baht. 11:30am movie starts at 11:58am, after 28 minutes of advertisements.

located near BTS ekkamai, this place is a good theater. Every Wednesday, they offer cheap ticket price. Toilet inside theater is clean but quite small, would be nice if they expand it. Spend time too much on queue sometimes and missing important part in movies

This movie theater is big and quite clean. The staff also good. I enjoyed watching a movie because of wide clean screen and good sounds.

A good place to visit for hang out , eating to restaurants, shopping, watch movie, play bowling, skating and karaoke. Inexpensive , recommended for younger and oldies.Accessible to all transportation and good tourist spot located in Sukhumvit. Majority of people here are zero English. Nice and Noise free place for watching movies with family and friends.

Projection quality and sound is superb. Hated the seats though. It's too high and when you sit on it, it creaks and moves the surrounding seats. When the person in front of you reclines, it will hit the food tray and leaves very little space between your knees and his backrest. The person behind us kept bumping our backrest as well (probably due to lack of space as well.) Food is very expensive. Popcorn costs like gold. 😂 2 drinks, medium popcorn and sliced sausages cost 390 already.

Medium sized mall on Sukhumvit heading into Ekkamai area. The main attractions here would be the Major Movie Theater and Blu-o Bowling and Karaoke entertainment. The facility is slightly outdated compared to other newer Major Theaters.

I was a bit apprehensive sitting in the VIP area at first as it’s quite far from the screen. However, when the movie plays it doesn’t feel this way. It’s comfortable and you get free pillow and blanket. Will definitely be going VIP again.

Great movie. Love the sound system & comfortable chair. But as usual people are annoying talking on phone, talking out loud whenever I went to watch Bollywood movie.

Cant wait them to have IMAX built and add more shows for international movies! Some movies have been released but Sukhumvit didn't show it. I just want every movies shown in this theater as it's quite near my house; I don't want to go other places. Still love this place though🫶🏻😍

Good and clean cinema, with comfortable seating. Easy to reach as it's next to the bts sky train. The staff was friendly to me and the theather itself was nicely air conditioned. There was indeed a 25 minute time window for advertisements at the scheduled time of the movie. The movie was shown in the cinema schedule to play at 10:30, but it started at 10:55 exactly. Tip: If you have the time, there's a promotion going on before 12PM where you get 100 baht off your ticket. In total I paid 120 baht to see the new spider-man movie!

Loved the environment and Great shopping experience and a place to unwind

This is my review of the cinema, not the actual place in a whole, which consists of many other attractions other than the theatre. Great distance, with it being just 300 m away from the Ekkamai BTS Station. The tickets are cheap with a normal ticket ranging from 75-190 (estimate) baht per person! Two seater suites seats are also relatively cheap. This cinema does not have IMAX, which is a disappointment. However, the laser viewing makes up for it. Inside the cinema it can be a bit chilly so make sure you bring a jacket, concessions are slightly overpriced too but it shouldn't be much of a problem. Another thing to note is that the movies start around 20 minutes after the actual 'Showtime', a good thing to keep in mind while travelling to the place. Overall I would recommend going to this branch, a great cinema to visit.

Went yesterday, quiet place a good number of movies available. Cheap ticket, bowling and karaoke. They also gave me a gadget buying popcorn and coke. The only thing is that the Aircon is too strong bring a sweater with you

An all in Cineplex. It's have many shops inside but seems a bit down after COVID. Place is now a bit old and not back to full business. How it is getting better. Come here twice for ice skate rink nearby.

Certain chain restaurants here not many people good for dining

I only go there for the wine shop which is now on the ground floor. At Galleria, price are a bit on the high side, but it's the only proper wine shop next to me. You cannot have it all!

I visit Major Cineplex at least three times every week. There's 8 screens and a wide variety of movies. This cinema has a superb atmosphere. Comfortable seating. Reasonable pricing. Excellent staff and great popcorn.
