Beautiful rooftop, Service was lovely. Food was yummy and good Thai tastes. Pork ribs still not well cook, I think it’s need precooked. Only one thing i would love to suggest is the cocktail is too much ice and still lack of white eggs on top. With the rooftop 5 stars I expect to have well trained for expensive cocktails and worth the price. Also the rooftop upstairs should have smoking areas separately would be better than allow people smoking right in the middle of the bar.

Very chill rooftop bar and have DJ to play awesome songs. It has simple dress code for here, remember don't wear slippers. Pricing of the drinks are reasonable.

Great drinks but a little pricey to keep going here on a night of drinking. Located on the Rooftop of Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit. Take the elevator from the hotel to their top floor then you depart and head into another elevator to take the rest of the way. Ladies, it's very windy there. Be aware of your hairdo style and maybe what you are wearing. It might be easy to have somethings not go your way. Very steep stairs to climb after elevator ride as well. Small bites are available to eat here. Music was ok. Dance music blasting the way. Depending on where you are seated will matter if you are trying to carry a conversation.

Good view and atmosphere on the rooftop. You need a reservation because it’s quite popular up here. Check the weather forecast before you take a reservation. If it’s rain at time of your reserve, the staff can’t arrange any table for you even on the lower floor. They will tell you that all of the table at the lower floor have full reservation as well. I think the event like this can be better manage by the restaurant.

Located at the rooftop or Marriott Hotel in Thonglor. The bar is located on level 49 with the restaurant and some tables available on the lower floors just below the rooftop. Recommended to make a table reservation as it can get very busy. Drink are priced on the slightly higher side but happy hours available. Great views and the music vibes start picking up from 9.30pm onwards. Worth a visit if you're planning to be around that area.

Having been there twice in 2 weeks I obviously like it. The first time we were on the top deck, which gives great views, but book early to get a handrail seat away from the DJ, as the music is loud. We had sliders and other nibbles. Second week we stayed 1 level down. Less breeze and noise, still great views. Again made our evening meal from the nibbles menu staff were attentive. Drinks are not so expensive, all in all a great place to visit

The bar is on top of Marriot Hotel. Need to make a booking before going there. It’s has 3 different level, the restaurant, lounge and rooftop bar. I chose the lounge because I was solo and also afraid if height. The lounge and rooftop are both open air. The place is incredible, the music was great so are the drinks. I did not try the food so can’t comment here. I got there before 6:30pm just great to catch sunset. Though the evening of my visit was cloudy and rainy, but I still got the view the sunset and the city after.

Rooftop hopping in Bangkok is a must do! This beautiful rooftop is located inside the Bangkok Marriott Hotel; it’s in their 28th floor I believe and with a 2 floor 360 view! Chill Lounge Music gave it a vibe to their beautiful 360 rooftop view of Bangkok skyline! Must visit! Huge variety of cocktails, wines & lots of alcohol. Make reservation! We were lucky enough to find good seats but we were only 2. Bar food is pretty good too! Highly recommended! Better if you can make reservations to watch sunset!

Beautiful place for the views. Drinks are honestly not that great, they seem pretty watered down. Sticked to beer afterwards. I came here for the view anyway. Price is higher than average, but it makes sense. It is full of tourists expats mostly. The crowd is also on the older side. Service was attentive :) did not have food, but menu was pretty small.

Lovely view. Reasonable prices. I loved their coconut and watermelon cocktails. It was a little bit rainy during the day so most roof bars were shut, this one was the only one that was open.

great place for an evening drink. We didn't have a table reservation, but one of the ladies tried to arrange a table for us. 10 minutes and there was a table for us. but for the prudent - make a reservation in advance. I recommend!

Went there as a group yesterday. We booked direct to the Hotel, got the same promotion as Hungryhub. The food was amazing and mock-tail was lovely. Reservations staff (K.Sanook) was very helpful. Also, the waiters, waitresses and the manager were lovely and helpful as well. Recommend!!!

Warm evenings, sunsets, twinkling lights, drinks in your hand and great views over Bangkok, that never gets boring, does it? More sky bars in Bangkok that are too nice not to visit, so very beautiful!

Awesome rooftop, the view it's amazing ,so was the music. I had some calamari, very good. The cocktails were nice, however I found was very little alcohol in them and asked to make one a bit more serious, I wish I hadn't ask that , the cocktail with the double shot cost me 800 baht😁 . It was a very nice experience, though. The staff was great too.

I wish the service was as great as the view! I made a reservation for 10:30pm on a Saturday and ended up waiting about 20-30 mins for my table. By that time, my drink was nearly finished (to be fair, it went down very smoothly 🙃) . The views of the city assuaged my disappointment quickly, though, and I'd still recommend it. Also, a note for anyone who is confused about the dress code like I was--I wore casual sandals because that's all I packed and it wasn't a problem. But judging by how long it took me to be seated, I might have been invisible.

Our second time in Bangkok and had to come back for a second visit to Octave. The drinks were great and so was the food. The views at sunset were beautiful. The female dj played some great music to set the mood. We reserved ahead of time and we're seated at a table with a great view. We hope to come back one day.

Great food, great view, great cocktail. Zero complaint. Awesome Rooftop view and worth every cents spent here. Highly recommended.

One a calm night the rooftop section on the 48th floor offers some of the best 360 panoramic views this side of Bangkok. The lower 47 floors are good for more covered seating which, and 45 for more dining. The top is sometimes crowded and with a DJ can be a bit noisy, but the lower levels are quieter. The cocktails are well made

Awesome service, everyone was so nice and polite. Food was unexpectedly good. We had Thai fries chicken, and was so good. View is one of the best.

The service was absolutely marginal at best, it took a substantial amount of effort to get a food menu, and then the item that we wanted was not available. The drinks were good but there was nothing about the place that was amazing, and for 1300 baht for two drinks it seemed just a bit on the high side. There are probably better rooftop bars that you can find. If you do go don't sit on the roof, sit on the floor just below the roof. It's less crowded the views are better, and the service is like they less arrogant.

The reviews had me concerned before I visited, but I absolutely enjoyed myself. The staff are very friendly and I think that is what sets Octave apart from the other rooftop bars. Classic Marriott hospitality. The evening I visited was a bit warm, unfortunately. Even at that height, it was muggy and I prayed for some breeze. After 2 cocktails each, me and my girl left. Cocktails were about 400THB apiece. Not at all expensive, IMO. After all it is one of the taller rooftop bars.

Everyone needs to visit this place when in Bangkok! Such a stunning view of sukhumvit road, staffs were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. I’ve ordered charcuterie board that was perfect match with sparkling wine 😋 Will I recommend it ? Yes! Will I go back ? For sure!

Incredible rooftop bar in central Bangkok. Great view from any floor, restaurant or bar. We had a variety of different foods, all very tasty..... Well, it's not cheap even for Bangkok but the location beats them all. You will need a reservation for the restaurant and the bar (2x different ones) else you might end up having no space on the 49th floor. Did I mention that you can smoke on the top floor, even cigars are no problem. We enjoyed the four hours there very much.

We came up here for a cocktail and to watch the sunset. The views are beautiful over the Bangkok skyline! We got two cocktails, both weren’t very nice and one tasted a bit how a Thai massage smells, and were very expensive. But that’s expected with a rooftop bar really!

Bravo! The drinks are good, food is great! And even the music on play was awesome. We came for the sunset and enjoyed our time. The selection for food and cocktails is a little small. But we do enjoyed the ones that we picked. 10/10

Awesome view at this rooftop bar!! Interesting drinks with a local twist and good fusion food. It’s a popular place so call to find out if they still have availabilities before heading down. Like me, you could walk-in, enjoy the view while have a drink and finger food by the bar. Or do all that while waiting for a table to have dinner. I wanted to catch the sunset, but unfortunately for me the horizon was cloudy that evening. Nonetheless I still caught a pretty sight and enjoyed the cool evening breeze.
