Would not recommend staying here - at least for the next few days or weeks until the hotel management gets its act together. Apparently they have just reopened this month after covid - and they’re completely underprepared to handle a large volume of guests. We booked two rooms for four nights - we arrived at the reception on the first day at 2:30pm ready to check in. They said they didn’t have our rooms ready, and only gave us one room by 4:30pm after we waited in the lobby along with many other disappointed guests who were told the same thing. More frustration followed as we didn’t get the second room till 9pm the same day! Clearly the same thing was happening to other guests waiting at the lobby as well. Completely unacceptable. Next problem - there wasn’t enough staff to clean the rooms. We requested the reception to send housekeeping to our rooms for cleaning at 10am on day 2. They said ‘ok we will check and send someone.’ Despite calling and visiting reception to remind them at least 10 times over the next 24 hours, and having them repeatedly tell us ‘so sorry someone will come soon’, our rooms did not get cleaned until 5pm on day 3. And even when they were cleaned, it was a quick 5 minute in-and-out job - clearly the housekeeping staff was under pressure to rush things and get rooms cleaned to welcome new guests. Overall, this is not the service you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. I must say that the hotel on its own is great, the location is good, reception staff is friendly and mostly empathetic of the situation, the room views are nice, and the breakfast was satisfying. Also feel that the front desk staff was trying their best to deal with all the chaos, negativity, and even some rude guests shouting at them (unfair) - but at the end of the day this is clearly a back-end management issue. They had issues with their reservations system, getting overbooked, low numbers of staff and what not. The experience was extremely disappointing and we won’t be coming again or recommending this to anyone for the time being. I hope this hotel can sort out its issues ASAP as it is ruining the long-awaited holidays of people who came with high expectations from the Pullman brand.

Deserve less than 0* the service is horrible. Had to fight with front desk to check in to our room. We arrived at 8 PM and check in staff asked us to wait for 1.5 hrs to find an available room. Also had to make several trips and phone calls for new towels and slippers and the new slippers never arrived. We kept our cash and passports in the safe locker and now the locker is not working... Piece of advice go for a different hotel... Never coming back👎👎

Pullman was always one of our top choices. And then, everything went downhill during this trip... 1st day: We reached at 5pm and there were no rooms. A lot of people were already waiting for hours. After we got our room, the bathroom floor has a pee stain. No hairdryer. No handsoap. No tissue. Called them twice to ask for the items. Never came. Went down, told the receptionist about the missing items and the pee stain. They promised to send housekeeping to clean the stain and replenish the items. Never happened. We came back around 11pm. Call to ask for the items. Had to call again and told them about the long wait before the items arrived after midnight. At around 5.30am, we had a blackout. Called reception but nobody answered. Electricity returned after around 15 mins? Day 2: Housekeeping finally cleared the pee stain. But they took away our towels and we had no towels in the room. We called them 5 times over the span of 7 hours. Nothing arrived. We used our bathrobes as towels. Oh, and room is very dark. Why do they want to make the room so dark? 😂 Good luck. If you have already booked Pullman, you are going to need a lot of luck and patience.

Honestly, we’ve had our fair deal of Pullman hotels in the past and that always has been a good experience. Well not with this one. We arrived at 12pm and the room was not ready until 3.30pm. We asked if it was possible to go to one of their restaurants but none was open (apart from the cafe serving chocolates). As platinum members, we asked for the lounge, which was also closed. We never received our welcome drinks either. We haven’t got any indication for the gym, pool, breakfast. The staff was basically useless during both check-ins… The room seemed a bit old, with a broken light switch. Apart from that, it was still a bit positive as it had a very good breakfast, a spacious room, a very comfortable bed, a good location and a nice staff (excluding those at check-in).

I was here at 12.30 for check-in. After few hours, the staff still could not find me a room. I got my room around 15.20. The room was nice but a bit old. The hot water was not hot enough 🥵. The bed was great. But management system is the worst. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel with lower than 2-star management, then here is your choice :)-. And If you want to waste few hours of your time waiting for the room, here it is. If not go somewhere else , believe me you can find a good hotel, good location, reasonable price. And it's worth your money and time The manager was just called me and informed that the hotel was fully booked, and they have planned everything ahead such as double housekeepers. Yet I still wait for hours to get room. If they didnt plan, i could get room at 6 p.m. ridiculous lol

I had to change my review mid stay. Average at best. How this is 5 star is negligible. Understaffed, one lift was broken for days and had to wait a while for a lift. Daily housekeeping was understaffed. For a 5 star hotel, it’s not acceptable.

I always visit Pullman like once in every month to pick up my colleagues. I would say that the hotel provides a very nice facilities. The lobby is also large and beautiful. The location is very convienient for those who get no cars. But what I would like to mention is about the service staffs at lobby specially Mimi Valentine Pim Jia and the man named Golf. They can remember me and always greet me with smiles. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful stay at the property! The check-in and check-out process was a breeze! The service at the reception and restaurant was amazing. Everyone that we encountered helped us with a smile. Will definitely be coming back to stay here!! Thanks Pullman Bangkok Grande team!

Secure hotel near shopping , night life and transportation. Very interesting architecture and efficient layout. Service was excellent and staff were polite. The only tainted experience was the executive breakfast buffet. (Floor24) The dimsum tasted dried out and old. The congee was excellent however. I would definitely considering staying here again.

Rooms are tired and need updating. Shower dripped loudly for about 30 minutes after every use. The whole hotel needs a bit of love spent on it. There is nothing wrong with it but everything is just brown and scruffy wooden. The staff are really great however, front desk and chaps in the lobby were very helpful. Breakfast I would give a 6/10 for the western dishes and 8/10 Asian breakfast. Again, staff in restaurant were very good.

5 stars hotel which is not a 5 stars hotel. Service was not good, dirty toilet on the 1st floor. Check-in took ages and you might have to wait 4-5 hrs for your room to get ready. The check-in counter was somewhat helpful, but not in the level of 5-star. Staffs need much more training

Pleasant hotel, despite the 5 stars status of the hotel I do feel some point are left to be desired. First the staff which seem to lack experience. It took us 20 min to check in… welcome drink was forgotten… then the facilities, paint and wallpaper aging quite badly with some peeling off. The sink stopper wasn’t working in our room and had to be removed totally each time we used the sink. Location is pretty nice within walking distance to Terminal 21. Recommended if you get a good deal.

Average hotel with average service. Rooms were small and bed were uncomfortable. Good location but otherwise the rooms could be better. A good stay for couple of nights where the majority of time you would be outside of the hotel. Otherwise if you plan to spend a lot of time inside the hotel room, then look elsewhere. The complimentary tea at the restaurant downstairs was very poor quality tea. Got an ice lemon tea which was super sour and even sugar syrup could not help. The english breakfast tea was also very poor and could taste the cheap tea bags. Other than location, it was a mediocre stay and could find better elsewhere.

Staying here for the first time and I am impressed by the staff at the Executive Lounge as they are highly professional, attentive and helpful. I encountered issues with my lounge access on the day I checked in but it was quickly resolved by their manager. Fiesta who is new to their lounge team also offers great service with a personal touch which is a good showcase of Thai hospitality.

As you’d expect, very friendly staff, helpful and attentive. Room was good but some towels and bedding items are getting old and very worn. For a hotel of this standard, refreshed linen would be wise. Breakfast was ok, average selection. Exec lounge wasn’t open for use mid-morning so pointless having access to it. World Cup 2022 football is showing in the bar but yet they have last orders around half-time whistle of the first math of the night. Would have been wise to extend their opening time even if just for hotel guests.

Love this hotel … have been here many times and this is the second time post Covid. Club Lounge may be only open from 5pm at the moment but starting to exude its former glory. Fiesta has the place going well already …. Look forward to seeing it back at full steam very soon.

Very strategic location. Everything was good except the room. The room was too dark, the table lamp was not functioning, and the armchair was old and I could see stains on it. The coffee cups weren't clean; there were coffee stains. Baby cockroaches are found in the bathroom and crawling out of the bathroom. No immediate action was taken after reporting to the reception.

The hotel was spotless and the room was great. There were three of us in one room and we had plenty of space and a nice view. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Whilst the location is super central and close to the train, however it is hectic, so if you need a taxi / driver to get anywhere, give yourself ample time as the traffic jams pretty easily. Buffet breakfast was also great. Definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing location close to public transportation, bars, restaurants, malls. Service was good, although the two times I asked for room service, I had to call again to check where the order was (I was just asking for towels, not even food). Rooms need upgrade: the shower door didn't close entirely so the water flows out.

Stayed for 5 nights with my wife. We booked using a Luxury Escape promotion and everything was great. Staff were very nice with special mentions to Ole in the Breakfast restaurant and Sam in the Club Lounge. These two were especially nice and very attentive.

Luxurious hotel, but room is quite old. Love the spacious bathroom but the bath tub shower has a leak. Affordable buffe breakfast but I didn't really liked the options. Nevertheless, the staff are amazing, helpful, and committed in making my stay pleasurable.

Very clean rooms but also dated. Aircon wasn't working properly. We could either turn it on or off but the thermostat was useless. It was constantly at about 20c so we turned it off overnight as we couldn't adjust the speed of the fan. At around 4am it got very stuffy. We stayed there 4 nights and it was like that every night. Didn't want to ask for change of rooms because we already unpacked and settled in. Do not disturb sign was also not working. White powder appeared outside the bathroom floor due to using of the bathtub. Probably something leaking from the inside waterproofing. Swimming pool was very small. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room size was good, amenities were great and room service was quick. Staff were very good. There is a club on level 6 which also means that there are alot of non guests coming in and out at night. Security was tight and the bouncers looked real strong so nothing to worry about. During rain, the paths flood and can get very dangerous. Alternative walkway is not well lit. Overall a very pleasant stay except for the condition of supposedly working parts.

This hotel is in a great location and facilities are of excellent standard. During my stay I had access to the lounge and was made welcomed by Fiesta and Tan great service and conversation thank you. Lobby bar great selection of wines and cocktails. Breakfast buffet extensive. Cafe in the lobby serving great coffee. Thank you all for the hospitality and see you again early in the new year.

I am always coming back to this hotel as I like it for 2 reasons. 1) its location (very close to MRT) and 2) its service. The Guest Experience Team is doing everything to make my stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Thank you Sara, Tan and Jam for always taking care of me at Executive lounge.

We just came two days ago. From the airport to checking to hotel was handled very well and it was so quick. When we arrived airport shuttle was therefor us. And he made our arrival and checking in so smooth. Right now we are just trying to making our trip best. So far hotel and staff are one of the best. Room is excellent. Bed is so so comfortable. Room attendant is excellent as well. So far they are doing best.

Its a 5 star hotel but rooms are small in comparison to other 5 stars. However the stay was wonderful. They offered Indian breakfast which was delicious. The hotel is on main road and the metro station is very near 5 minutes walk.

Old but gold. The hotel itself isn’t the newest or fanciest, but it won me over with the nicest staff and customer service. Breakfast was decent and juice station was a lovely touch. However the variety remained pretty much the same throughout the week we have stayed there. It started to get a little boring. We had one of the deluxe room on a higher floor with king bed and man, it was the largest, most heavenly bed we could ever ask for. My husband and I slept like babies every night. We still long for the bed now that we are back in our apartment😂 The fitness center was spacious and well equipped. This made our workouts a little more enjoyable. We were also granted access for the lounge. The sunset/evening view there was superb and of course the staff there (Bug and his teammates) were the sweetest and smiliest team I’ve ever seen at a hotel lounge. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening canapés while watching the city lights. Thank you Pullman Sukhumvit team for making this an enjoyable stay for us!

We were a little concern when we saw many 1/5 ratings on google. However, our experience was completely different from most of the reviews. The service was certainly on par, if not exceeded other Pullman Hotels that we we stayed in the past. The service from the front desk was excellent - there was a sudden downpour as we were leaving to do some shopping and getting a bite. The service staff saw the worried look on our faces and immediately went to the concierge desk and loan us some umbrellas! A simple gesture but fully appreciated. The housekeeping staff were efficient and honest. We left a phone in the room and we managed to retrieve the phone promptly even after we checked out.

I must say, my overall experience was wonderful 😍😍 I loved the architecture of this hotel and the room off course. The moment I entered the hotel, within 5 minutes I got my room key card which was apparently very fast. Rooms were very spacious & very well maintained. Room service was very quick and they were very accommodating to guest demands. This hotel is in the heart of the city where everything is very close by like BTS, shopping mall and party places. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Bangkok.

I started coming to this hotel before it was an Accor property so I have seen many changes. In general I think this is somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. As a platinum member of Accor I get upgrades and lounge access. The lounge is situated perfectly but the standard of food and drink has gradually declined. This is a pattern in many accor properties. Rooms are good, staff are generally excellent. Lifts can take ages and the massive open attrium, which is impressive to look at, means waiting for the lift in a hot place. Lobby is small, parking is a real pain. The car park is so tight and steep, you cannot park a sports or super car. Location is great. Pool is tiny, gym was recently refurbished and is great.

I've stayed here several times and service and room quality has always been excellent, as befitting a Pullman. On my latest visit they had this crab buffet which seemed like good value although I didn't get a chance to partake. However it left a rather strong smell of cooked crustacean in the lobby. Not sure how they might have avoided it but perhaps better ventilation might have been in order. Room was still great, minor issue for me.

Superb and worth it!!! It's a very cozy atmosphere buffet restaurant with live jazz music surrounded. We also order wine and beer to celebrate our Father’s Day. The buffet theme is seafood tonight. All seafood is fresh and different tasty cuisine provided. Staffs are super nice in good services. We make a reservation at 6 pm via Eatigo App with 50% discount. This hotel just closes to Terminal 21 shopping mall. I strongly recommend to all of you.

Amazing hotel in the middle of Asoke area! Thank for the excellent hospitality ! Pim and Valentine are very kind and helpful. They welcomed me with a warm smile and really wanted to help us! The location of the hotel is convenient and easy to go, accessible by both MRT and BTS! The room was really clean and spacious! I will be back for sure

Nice rooms, good location. Breakfast is great. My thermostat didn't seem to work, AC was either always on or had to just turn it off. Shower has a strange set-up. Location is super convenient to the rail, which makes getting around a lot easier. Overall pretty great.
