NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. This hotel is trying to be a luxurious first-class hotel, but its desperate efforts are both visible and a disaster. The efforts are quite limited to the surface, with no real substance, including service quality. Originally Centre Point is a normal brand of serviced apartments, and I had expected such apartment-like comfortable facilities and services, but while the facilities are those of a pretentious hotel, the level of service is on par apartments. The imbalance makes for a very uncomfortable experience here. Grand Centre Point will be remembered as a brand that failed miserably because it didn’t know how to stand on its own feet.

The hotel is really nice and the service is good. However, I called the concierge to call me a taxi and they tried to charge me 2000 Baht. They were obviously trying not to fool me and give me this reasons why it cost $60. I didn’t like that at all, so moral of the the story. Even though its a hotel, some of the workers will try to take advantage, so just go outside and call it by yourself because it only cost 150 baht to where I was going at the time.

Excellent hotel with a great location. Overall very satisfied and will visit again. The lobby delivers outside food for you, and that's very convenient. Elevators and lobby wait time is reasonable (not too long). Shower water pressure is reasonable. The bed is a bit hard, but not bad. Bathtub is so-so. The lighting in the room can be too bright and harsh at night

It is a clean four-star city hotel that provides very friendly service. There are also two types of self-welcome drinks provided in the hotel lobby, and breakfast was satisfactory. The swimming pool is very impressive because it is located between full of buildings in the form of Infinity Pool. In addition, It provides a tuk-tuk service that transports guests to major subway stations for free. The disappointing thing was that the air quality in the hallway was very bad. It was uncomfortable whenever I passed through the hallway during my stay. There seems to be a guest smoking secretly in a room.

We stayed here for two nights in June and whilst I think the rooms are a little dated, they are spacious, well appointed and offer a lot of daylight. The staff is lovely and the onsen is a really cool addition. I would definitely be back

I want to give this place 5 stars. It was clean, in a safe, nice neighborhood, and the pool area was excellent. However, when I stay at a nice hotel I expect them to help look out for my best interests. Bangkok is exhausting because of all the people trying to overcharge us, or who purposely give us incorrect change.Therefore, it makes me really mad when the bellman tries to charge us double the meter price for a taxi ride to the airport, by selling it as a "fixed" price that "includes everything."They should be better than that.

One of the best 5 star hotel in Bangkok. Situated in a very posh area of Bangkok, which is called Thong Lo. It's very near like two BTS station away from the Nana plaza. They have like all the facilities and beautiful view are there from their rooms. Rooms are very well maintained, specially the washroom they are very clean and comfortable to use. They have a comfortable safe to keep your personal belongings. They will provide you umbrella, hair dryer other toiletries and cosmetics items and also water, Coke, juice and snacks are complementary with the room rent. Their restaurant is awesome and the food tastes really good. Very much delighted with my two nights stay at their hotel.

The hotel is great and the staff is wonderful. Spacious room and the guest service is excellent. The only issue was the breakfast buffet was left unattended about 40 minutes before closing. Even though new breakfast guests were getting seated, they never bothered to fill up the dishes on the buffet. Some basic things as juice, coffee and bread basket were empty. It felt quite unprofessional, we and the other guests were caught off guard by this. They also started vacuuming before all the guests were finished and that made us feel unwelcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel but the breakfast is maybe not worth the money.

My favorite hotel to stay in Bangkok. The area is amazing, full of shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel building is well maintained, clean and beautiful. The rooms are always neat and tidy. Service is amazing. Staff will try their best to accommodate your requests. Made a 2nd noise complaint at 1am and was offered a change of room by the manager, goes to show they care for their guests. Amazing view as well.

Our first visit to Bangkok started off with accommodations at this wonderful 5-star hotel. Staff were amazing, and the room was fantastic. The rooftop pool and steam room/sauna facility (and gym) were excellent, and really made this place a gem to stay at. I would highly recommend anyone stay a night or two here if you’re ever in Bangkok. You will not be disappointed!

Nice and convenient with the whole Alternative quarantine & PCR test. They have nurses from near by hospital to get you swabbed when you first arrive which saves a visit to the hospital when you are jet-lagged just getting in - a nice plus.

Nice hotel have good accommodation with all amenities. Good behavior staff. 7 am to 7pm free cost tea coffee with varieties at lobby

I booked 2 suites for my family. This the second out of the four nights. We are enjoying the rooms tremendously and it also comes with great in-room dining services after a day of shopping. 7-eleven convenience stores are less than a 5 minute walk and also a supermarket located in Thonglor 8 is just 3 mins away. Just had a 30 mins swim at level 5 and I am loving it.

This place is the best hotel I’ve been to in Thailand. The room is very clean and also has amazing bathroom and conveniences. All staff are welcoming and are kind, polite and helpful. All facilities are great and awesome. We will definitely come back again and again.

The best hotel I’ve been in Thailand by far. Staff is amazing, rooms are very clean and quiet. Very dark if you like to sleep until late. Bathroom have everything needed and not smelly. Facilities are amazing, pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, you can live for months without leaving the hotel. Breakfast is very good and location is amazing, only two minutes from J avenue with great selection of good restaurants. I’m in love with this hotel.

By far a very well located and appointed hotel. Spectacular room amenities especially in washroom also fantastic view. Food was outstanding and service was a delight with very obliging and friendly staff. Cost wise I believe this was value for money not cheap but worth the money spent and I will always stay here in BKK

Great hotel and fancy setting. Good service, we forgot some clothes in the room and they were returned. Most of the other customers seemed to be Asians. Breakfast was told to be Till 10:30 but they had run out of most foods at 10. Misleading photos on booking websites: fine spa photos were from Onsen spa, not included in hotel room price. No bar, no alcohol sold in the hotel.

I stayed here for 3 days in signature room and it’s the one of the best hotels to stay in Bangkok. It has all the amenities including grand restaurant hall, big and cosy rooms, swimming pool , spa and massage centre, ample parking space. The washrooms are also luxurious and equipped with the hi tech toilet seats. In Breakfast hotel serves many options to cater almost all kinds and choices. The locality is also full of many eating and drinking options. You may also get many restaurants, massage and spa centres near around on the markets. It’s has a 24/7 restaurant but it serves limited items only. Therefore I would recommend Hotel restaurant to add some Veg items too in their menu. Another good thing is that , if one wants to have something from outside in eating, one can order it through either grab or food panda app and collect the delivery from hotel reception. It also has a perfect space for business center facility at the ground floor.

A decent hotel with a bright and spacious lobby and comfortable room, efficient room service and a complimentary & helpful Tuk Tuk ride from / to the nearest BTS station. However, the room wasn’t sound proof enough so I could hear the noise from the corridor throughout the nights and mornings during my stay. The closing of the other doors in my floor, i.e. the “banging sound” was so loud that I could hear it clearly. That was quite frustrating especially in late nights and early mornings. Also the room cleaning staff could be unforgettable at times for not providing sufficient refills. There were always MANY tourists in the lobby lingering around which could be quite noisy and some unpleasant scenes such as napping and removing their shoes were visually unpleasant. The hotel staff should have done something to stop them for the sake of other guests.

Extremely beautiful hotel. We stayed here for our entire trip in Bangkok, the food is amazing which we had both breakfast and dinner during our stay. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, we were recommended by the staff to download the local apps for taxis, and it was great - inDrive and Grab - saves you getting ripped off 👏 You must use the Spa facilities and roof top pool, the Spa is beautiful, and we had a massage here, which was amazing! The only downside of our stay here was the iron fell out its holder in the wardrobe and cost us over 2000 baht to replace.

Beautiful hotel. I’ve stayed here many times and hosted many others here as well for meeting. The staff are wonderful. So many amenities to choose from. Rooms are large with limited free minibar and water stocked daily. Rain shower and “shower toilet” (as they call it in Japan” great pool, workout facility, Onsen and Spa with massages. Can’t beat this place for the price. Can be very busy with tourists on the weekend and it would be nice to have carpeted floors up by the guest rooms as some people are loud in the hallway. Free coffee from 7a-7p daily on the lobby. Free tuk-tuk to BTS station.

4 nights of amazing stay at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 Wow!! What a fantastic experience from check-in to checkout… The guest service at check-in was not only excellent but was impressive. We had a fantastic room that overlooked the dazzling city lights at night. The breakfast was terrific—I ate a lot!!! Most of all, the people at the front desk, the guest service desk, and the staff who cleaned our room daily were very gracious. We will definitely come back!! Thank you, Grande Centre Point!!!

I had an incredible experience at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55. The service was impeccable, the hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. A comfortable setup with a living room And kitchenette. The service was outstanding. Staff was very attentive beyond what was expected. The neighborhood is great. Endless food options around day and night. We will definitely return.

We stayed in one of the executive suites at this hotel and we had an amazing stay! The room was spacious, clean, and the views of Bangkok were amazing! The rooftop pool also had amazing views! We only stayed here one night, but we wished we had more time to spend here. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This is absolutely beautiful hotel!! I stayed in the single room suite for a few nights and it had the most spectacular views!! The room had automated blackout curtains when you need your beauty sleep and all possible amenities were included in the hotel! As a side note (and warning)… the bathroom bidet has an “enema” option; which for someone not used to a bidet is basically a prostate exam on a toilet 🙈. Definitely use the “posterior wash” as a more conservative option! Haha The breakfast buffet (~500 baht) was surprisingly good with very large range of options; including a delectable chicken rice noodle soup. The location is very good to the nightlight with tons of cool bars/clubs within a block or two walking distance. Plenty of dispensaries and massages nearby as well. The staff at the hotel is just fantastic and gave me the option of a late check out since my flight was not until the evening.

This hotel was indeed the perfect choice of stay for me and my family. We took more than 10 rooms, all of them were immaculately clean and beautiful. All of us had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staffs were very patient and helpful, catered to all our requests and ensured we were satisfied. I stayed in room 3012 on the hotel's top floor with my two kids, captivated by the breathtaking view. I chose this hotel for its spa features, and I'm pleased to say that I loved every aspect of it. The rooms remained consistently clean and exuded an elegant and classy atmosphere throughout our 8-day stay. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel offers an array of amenities, from diverse restaurant choices to 24-hour room service, catering to convenience. The beautiful swimming pool, well-equipped gym, sauna, and steam room contribute to the overall experience. The Let's Relax Spa, albeit at an extra charge, offers various massages and facials. Adding to the appeal is the hotel's transportation services, making it easy to access the nearby sky train. This proves especially convenient for reaching various shopping malls. If you prefer a classy atmosphere away from the lively bar scene, this tranquil and relaxing hotel is an excellent choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a sophisticated and peaceful stay.

We extended our stay nine more days because of the service and the cleanliness. The staff is very friendly, and they strive to meet our every need. The buffet is excellent, serving western breakfast and Oriental breakfast. The hospitality here is comparable to a five star hotel. (I’ve been to a few.) I have a recommended. Additionally, their pool is awesome. The gym has free weights as well as Nautilus machines. Today we will try their spa, which is highly rated also.

Great experience for 1 night test & go. Pickup from hotel worked smoothly. Arriving at hotel, after check-in, you are taken to do the PCR test. I did my PCR test at 2pm, and I got my result at 1am in the morning. The room is clean and the view is fantastic. The staff was always extremely polite, and the room service was quick and tasty as well.

The connected rooms are large enough to share with my daughters especially because they needed to have their own room while they learn online. It was ideal for us to be able to choose every meal from 3or 4 options. I like that every time I called the front desk for some requests, they respond as soon as possible. Thank you for your great services to all the staff. I recommend this hotel as a great place for quarantine.

Thank you for excellent time for me.I stayed 14days for ASQ after move Thailand. Room was very clean and hotel services were excellent. I would like to stay again from now on. Every days meal was so nice(delicious). If I request to hotel only one thing, I would like to eat more volume for each meal.

My husband and I were treated like royalty. All the staff are truly professional and all the services rendered were excellent. The family room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, the cleaning and maintenance were perfect. The medical aspect of our stay was made as easy as possible and again was utterly professional. Everything was just perfect. We were happy to be finally free after the quarantine but the staff made sure to render our forced "imprisonment" as pleasant as possible. Thank you so very much.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55! The room itself was very comfortable, and the view from the massive window made the space feel not so quarantined. Wifi was easy to use and very fast so I could get work done in the room. The meals were delicious and filling, and there were many options to choose from every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. As a native English-speaker, I appreciated that most of the staff spoke English! I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend it to anyone else coming to stay or quarantine in Bangkok.

I chose the Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 as the ASQ hotel in Bangkok and I was very pleased. The room itself was very comfortable with every detailed setup for a comfortable stay, and the view from the massive window made it feel less restricted. Wifi was good and easy to connect. The meals were plenty with 3-4 options every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The medical process from arrival to the pct test onsite was done professionally. I was very pleased with my stay from airport pickup till checkout.

Yeah I've had a great time stayed here for one night just to relax before I went to my Muay Thai camp. The room is amazing. Staff are friendly. All about the hotel itself is nice. One thing I kinda get annoyed is, you have to put the deposit for stay even just one night, and you will get that deposit back in 14 days, does not make sense for me and take too long. But overall, it was great. The location is perfect too, it is surrounded by restaurants, street foods, and entertainment.

Check-in was good and welcoming. The rooms are nicely decorated and teh bed is nice and soft. I ordered room service a few times which was great. Check-out however, was quickly and good, but kind of rushed, and was missing a personal touch by showing interest in the guest his/hers stay.

don’t know why this hotel is the five star hotel… the bed length was short … and smells from the plumber ……in bath room. Also very noisy.. you can hear every sound from the outside and also for another room and aisle.. If someone get drunk and just only need to get a sleep, this would be the best..but I will never gonna come again.. However, staff was very nice!

Ac does not go below 21/22 in the rooms, if you have trouble sleeping in a warm room avoid. Ridiculous for any hotel let alone 5 star. No hot water pressure on second day. Didnt ask how my stay was during checkout

I have stayed here five or six times and its always a pleasure. The rooms are clean, the staff are lovely and the breakfast at Blue Spice has a lot to offer. Visitors who want a cocktail or a beer should be aware there is no alcohol served in the hotel. If you want a drink you must go elsewhere.

The transport from the airport to the hotel was waiting for me in front of the airport. Safe driver in a new car. Handled my bags. Room is nice and room service serves great food. Highly recommended.

Will definitely revisit or recommend this hotel to others! -there were staff welcome us once I got out of the car, and all staff with good manner during these few days they were helpful and very responsive -the facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steaming room are good, look clean tidy and relaxing -the room service and the house keeper were nice and keep smiling and very polite Location here is nice too! there are free shuttle to the BTS station, it takes only 20 mins to SIAM station. and there are restaurants, bars, snack shops and convenient stores and massage nearby.
