A gorgeous stand alone massage centre in Bangkok city. The massage service is excellent, I went for the facial, Thai massage and foot massage treatment. All in all the pricing is quite affordable as well. Service is quick and efficient. We went in on a weekday evening with no appointment and they were able to accommodate us. But I'd recommend booking an appointment if you're looking to come on the weekend. The only issue I had was that on booking multiple treatments they navigate you to different floors. I wish they had some lockers for you to put your things or maybe a basket to help carry things?. You can store some items in the front but it's not quite as convenient. They also don't take your clothes so you have to hold them while walking around. Maybe a basket would be helpful.

A pretty good place for Thai massages and spa treatment in Bangkok, they have various outlets across the city and it is very accessible! Price wise that are not as expensive as you may think! So if you want a nice, private and professional place to get a good massage, this is the place to be!

Huge size of massage shop. Maybe one of the biggest in Bangkok. System is well managed. Waiting, Choosing massage type, Paying, Waiting, Massage service at the higher floors, Tea service, and Go out. Good for new comers of Thai massage.

Seating areas are for waiting before your name is called over the P.A. and after massage. The process of paging your name over the P.A. for everyone to hear should be changed to paging for a queue number instead, for personal privacy. The masseur will lead you to the lower floor to change your footwear into the slippers provided and to the treatment room. You may choose to take a quick shower before the treatment begins. The showers may not have warm water and the aircon in the treatment room is on. Bear in mind that every customer's massage experience is different. Mine was ok but nothing to rave about, however, I feel relaxed after the massage (2hr Aromatherapy).

The worst massage in Bangkok ever. Ordered a 2 hours Thai massage and the masseur is literally sitting down for 1.5 hours of the massage. Massage done on left side vs right side isn’t coordinated - some were done 8 times some done 6 times or lesser. Back massage was less than 15 mins out of the 2 hours. No cracking of back and when asked she said back cracking is not provided for Thai massage?!?! Since when? Any Thai massage shops along the road side was better than this. Important thing to add on - the masseur was using one hand to scratch her legs while doing the massage.

Very popular among tourists and locals alike, therefore I would strongly recommend booking online or by phone. Large, well appointed and tidy establishment with cozy private massage room providing privacy (for couples at least). We always go for classic Thai massage or its extension with hot balls. We like to come in the morning when staff is fresh and gives proper, powerful service. Prices are really good for what you pay.

The Health Land Spa and Massage look fantastic. However, they were completed booked. Therefore, I was unable to give an honest review. The place looks and smells nice. The receptionist was thorough and helpful. She tried to schedule me. It just didn't work.

This is a large, well run operation. A luxurious, large waiting area in the main lobby is inviting. There must have been four or five receptionists at least, plus a floor manager waiting to greet those who entered. The interior design and architectural detail are befitting such a VIP experience. I opted for a foot massage, which was priced at a reasonable 400 Thai baht for such a high-end venue. That was a one- hour massage. My masseuse was perfectly competent, and I have no complaints. The thing about foot massage in Thailand, however, is this: they only spend about 20% of their time actually massaging your feet; the other 80% of the time they work on your legs and sometimes your shoulders. That just seems to be the routine that is normal in Thailand. At smaller shops, I have been able to get a masseuse to strictly work on my feet, but it took some prodding and also an extra payment. I spoke to the floor manager at Healthland after my foot massage and asked if they had any service that devoted the entire time to just working on the feet, and he said no. Regardless, this is a popular destination for spa and massage service in Bangkok.

Excellent 2hr Thai Massage for 650b and l must say every time it has been excellent. There’s been no hit and miss on any one of my 12 visits which l think is wonderful. Great price for such an amazing establishment. The service is 110% every time and I’ve never made a booking tho the wait time is never no more than 15mins. Highly recommend.

I visited 4 times in one week, 3 at this location, 1 at Ekkamai. Was disappointed on a few things. Although it's very big and seems very busy, the service is lacking in standard and a 2hrs thai massage was only 1hr 45min. First, you'll be greet with a concierge at the desk, you chose the service and pay, then she takes you to meet your massuesse. These ladies speak minimal english. Older ladies at Asoke, younger ladies at Ekkamai. We booked 2hrs Thai massage every night for 3people, last session 9-11pm. However, on the last 2 times i noticed, our massage was short by 15mins. When I told the ladies they just look at me blankly and smile. As it's the last session the concierge at the front desks had left for the night and I could not complain to anyone. JUST CHECK YOUR TIME and don't have last sessions. They close at 11pm not midnight as stated on google.

my experience at Health Land Massage in Bangkok was excellent. The skilled therapists, serene ambiance, and professional service made it a truly rejuvenating experience for both my body and mind. I highly recommend Health Land Massage to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing massage experience in Bangkok. Good massage,Polite staff, Clean, private room available, parking available and have a coffee shop near by. A little hard to do a booking by website by phone or email is better I did try 3 packages 1)thai massage it's good for people who have tiredness all included from foot-leg-arm-shoulder-back-head. If you want to stretch all body 2hours is recommended. 2)therapeutics massage it's a massage spot by spot. good for person who have specify painful ,not relax massage at all, a little hard but feel good after 3) aroma massage good for lady who never do the massage before and may cannot do thai massage which a little hard for beginner. So aroma is the choice for who just want to relax, no problem about leg-ache,back-ache so do neck shoulder. 1.30hour included shower before doing massage but no after (anyway not too much oily)

Relatively satisfied with their service. Always clean, and kind offered service, good massage with nice system. There is rumor that healthland reputation is worse than before… but for me,,, I can understand a bit but still I’m okay with this place.

Nice and convenient for Asoke and Sukhumvit 16 areas. The place located behind Terminal 21, walking distance around 800 meters. Full staffs and ready to help you. Big waiting area where not to crowded. Professional staffs come get you and take to room that massage take place. For staffs, you can ask if you would like light or heavy hands. You will get you time worst in this place. Suggest to call book you appointment ahead of time for not have to wait so long.

Very clean and huge place for pampering yourself. We have traditional Thai massage 2 hours cost about 615 baht per person. Very nice therapist, and good massage 👍. Good stretching too.

Health land is my go to for Thai massage . Went to Asok outlet , 10 Mins walk fr terminal 21 / Asok BTS. 650 bhat for 120 mins Thai massage . Therapist are well trained, n if you don’t want them to crack your neck just inform them in advance .

Super easy to get in as they have plenty of rooms and massage therapists. It’s a huge place! Have had many massages here and they’ve all been pretty good. The only drawback might be which therapist you get which seems to be normal when you walk in to any place. I recommend being very clear with your therapist about what you do not want to have massaged. Especially if it’s a sensitive area. They tend to go deep. There is not a foot bath here nor a sign in sheet to let them know what you may or may not like.
