Doctor's service was excellent, but the waiting area was disgusting smell I can't even breath and they only have three chairs and two chairs were broken. At least the patient's guess waiting area should have comfortable chair. My intention to write this message, so in future elder people should have at least chair or any patients guess should have comfortable chair.

It is unfortunate to report that the service at this hospital leaves much to be desired. The following issues have been noted: A prolonged registration process, with wait times averaging between 30-35 minutes. Limited availability of highly trained physicians, with the majority of medical care being administered by inexperienced or under-qualified nurses. Operations and procedures taking significantly longer than at other comparable medical facilities. An emphasis on upselling products and procedures, rather than providing adequate attention to symptoms and medical needs. It is recommended that measures be taken to improve the quality of care and service at this hospital.

Worst service possible.. my sister is in isolation ward floor 7 and so for obvious reasons we are not allowed to stay with her but we expect the hospital to take care of her needs and basic requirements… there’s no bell in her room so she has to shout to call the nurse, they won’t reduce the Ac temperature.. she is freezing.. For basic needs like Vicks or inhaler they are asking my sister for cash so they could get it from outside.. They do not have Vicks or inhaler or pads in their pharmacy… we asked them to add it in the bill but they refused.. My sister is in isolation ward how is she suppose to carry cash with her… very unhelpful staff and floor manager…

Recently went for my corporate health checkup. The waiting started from reception, where I had to wait around 1hr to get my documents ready even though I had prior appointment. I had come back to tricolor for my health checkup because I was happy with my previous health checkup, the physicians doctors and staff were good. But this time the management seems to have gone for the money and have dropped all other services. Only few doctors were good enough to do a thorough check and the staff was also struggling to manage the number of bookings.Hope the hospital tries to improve on this.

Money collection centre. Concerned about money n money only not bother about the treatment of the patients. Once the patient entered in the hospital only dead body comes out from the hospital. Dr Mahesh Basarka is also very very very rude n arrogant. One of the worst hospital for patients and one of the best hospital for Dr Mahesh Basarka for money earning. Patient are not getting food and water also . Hospital staff is very rude n manner less. Just because of money and political power Dr Mahesh Basarka is running this hospital and making people fool. In open market one injection cost was Rs.10000/- same injection price charged by tricolour hospital Rs.28000/-. In every medicine they are charging very very high price. Looting patients by taking advantage of their health condition.

They just know to make bills if u have a mediclaim. We were charged wrongly for almost 40000 and were informed that we are sending the same for approval once full approval is received we shall deduct this else the same shall be adjusted against the claim. After receiving full approval, they refused to deduct the bill from final amount and have cheated both us and the mediclaim company of 40000. Over and above they have taken further deposit for what i dont know. Just troubling the patient and their families by first delaying in sending the bill to the insurance company and then in discharge. At 11 am the doctor said to proceed with the discharge and till 4.30pm they did not send the invoice to the insurance company for settlement In simple words do not go to this hospital as u shall be cheated very easily

I applied in Tricolor Hospital, I called HR department and they said that you should come on Saturday evening from 5.30 to 6.00 pm. I arrived at 5.30 pm I reached then took my resume a security lady and go inside and came out and said today it is Saturday so anyone is not available for interview So you come on Monday morning, how is this hospital, if there was a anyone is not available, why was it called me? If they not value of the candidates but atalset their time then value it. Such an experience happened for the first time but it was a messy experience.

I had admitted my mother under orthopaedic, ortho and spine specialist were good.. but she had fever which was later diagnosed as typhoid fever- there the physician (Dr Rajeev Joshi) came into picture and made her undergo multiple tests. My mom has recovered 80% with her issues related to spine but physician recommended contrast CT scan without informing about consequences. The procedure involves empty stomach for 4-5 hours followed by drinking water with dye which later on gives diarrhoea to patient for 5 hours. Now my 80% recovered diabetic mom had gone so weak that after that she couldn't even stand without support. Whole world treats typhoid fever but not like Dr Rajeev Joshi at Tricolor hospital. I highly recommend rethinking on the decision before taking your loved one there. Nursing staff gives you prescription whole day to bring medicines from different floor. They don't have water facility on 8th floor so one has to go bring drinking water from 6th floor. All these hassles after paying premium price and your loved one don't recover and u end up seeing them sad and you repent immensely on the decision that you took your loved one at Tricolor hospital.

Was regular for full body health checkup from last 3 years. This time was annoyed to see the casual behaviour of staff towards filling up of reports with all signature and stamp on the required places...did the checkup on saturday was told to collect the report on tuesday, visited on wednesday post confirmation on call that my reports are ready. But its a bad approach for the job by your staff that still they are saying wait for sometime signatures and stamps are pending..its really sad to feel such an unwanted degradation in the line of customer service from a good organization like this

Worst hospital in terms of humanity. Currently (18 June 2023) one of our close relative is in super ICU on the 5th floor. They have not allowed us to meet even during visiting hours of 11 to 12 am. The watchman at super ICU Lobby behaved very rudely with us. The watchman at super ICU Lobby and hospital staff of super ICU need to be trained on humanity and how to behave.

My father was admitted on 14th on 5:15 with reference to Dr. Sanjay Pandit as he had started paralytic effect in left side due to blood clot and hemorrhage. He was checked by Emergency ward doctors and then Dr. Jwalit Sheth Neurologist came urgently and examined him and advised for immediate operation. Dr. Jwalit Sheth operated between 8:30 to 12:30 and informed that operation is successful and showed us my father while transferring him from O.T. to 3rd ICU. Hear in ICU , Dr. Nishant Patel, Incharge ICU had thoroughly described us regarding my father's critical stage and he was on Ventilator and in intensive care for 12 days. My father was taken care by Dr. Nishant Patel, Dr. Neel, Vipul Brother, Kunjal sister Rachna sister and whole ICU team very well. The ICU team is very deligent, experienced and supportive and had done very good job to recover my father. After ICU treatment my father was shifted to 8th floor special room. There Dr. Aditi, Anand Brother, Sister Asmita, Dr. Vishvesh,Sister Sandhya, Raviraj bhai and sister Sarla worked hard and helped my father to recover . Physio Therapy by Dr. Dharmishtha Kharva and Suggesion of Dr. Nishant for chest PT has been helpful to improve my fathers' improvement. The co-ordination between ICU team and 8th floor team is observed fantastic while informing the condition of the patient in details explanation regarding treatment. Now after discharge also telephonically Dr. Nishant, Vipul Brother and Anand brother advice us and take care with utmost interest and responsibly. I salute whole staff of Tricolour who has treated my father and post operative care taken by Doctors, Brothers,Nursing staff , ward boys and ward girls.Clinliness and hygine habits of hospital staff is also impressive.

Worst service from Reception department. Reception is the first touch point of any hospital. And here reception staff specially female staff neither respond on face to face Nor did they receive call. Even if they pick your call, they will just hung it up. Seniors need to check on them by calling on their reception number unknowingly.

Beware of fake positive tests in this hospital. I did a full health checkup here. Registration takes 30 minutes, so expect to wait. Tests are fine but consultations are very shallow, especially the dental. Now for the fake positive test experience: After I did a TMT test, they told me it came positive (they didn't go into detail), and sent me to the cardiologist. He explained that the TMT test made them suspect that I don't get enough blood to my heart, which I found odd, because I had never experienced any symptoms. According to them, I needed to undergo a test which they don't have the equipment for, so he sent me to a test centre, which he of course recommended, and said I needed to get tested there. A painful and expensive test which you will undergo because you are worried for your health. But it turns out that the test is normal, and you have been worried over nothing. The whole thing left me with a foul taste in my mouth.
