I have been traveling to all over places in India but This was my first time in vadodara. I found this hotel online and tried to give it a shot(as I was tight on budget😅) though it's reviews were poor. As soon as I came to the property ambience was good. Check-inn was hassle free and the staff was co-operative. Housekeeper Jaysingh/ramsingh sorry I don't remember his name he was also very kind whenever I asked for anything he always delivered in time. If talking about professionalism all were upto the mark. I used to come post midnight sometimes at 2-3am but they never got annonyed by it. They also have sensor light in bathroom so it's a great thing. Even though it was a budget hotel staff never let me feel it like the one. They were always on point. Overall my 4 days stay was very pleasant and I'm willing to stay here whenever I'll be coming to vadodara.. Thanks team for your nice gesture and service. 😊

The behavior of staff is so rude as of they are doing us a obligation making us stay in their hotel. Worst customer experience ever. This was the first hotel where id proofs are required for all people and they are scanned and printed in color. Did not understand the purpose of printing it in color. I would suggest to look for better options nearby.

very unsupportive staff! below average rooms also in online booking it dose not specify that which room is ac and non ac We visited in night time so instead of helping us and showing us room. the man made us wait a long for conforming online booking! do not stay here, near by many good hotels are there pls look for them

Rooms were stinking with nearby smokers, Room geyser was not working at all, TV remote sometime works & sometimes don't! Also room has few tint insects roaming around! Also room curtains has got no privacy as it doesn't get sticked, it keeps blowing B'coz of fan. Also fan was running only on full speed & Regulator was not working at all.. so overall bad experience. Only thing I liked was it's Tea & Sandwich which I ordered.

The hotel rooms are nice as ventilation is good. But the bedsheets and pillow covers were not that much clean. Also, the quality of blanket was too bad. Washrooms are ok ok.

They are giving 20/- bottles at a price of 40/- and staff behaviour is also not good, i reach hotel early they took 500/- extra for early check in and didn't gave receipt for it either and they gave small cup of tea at 45/- which tastes very bad. Staff leadership need to review all this stuff otherwise no visitors will come here in upcoming days.

Hotel rooms were quite good in condition but washroom wasn't up to the mark. Very affordable to stay if having all day sightseeing plans..

The hotel at a good location but the service is so bad , Receptionist is too rude and he doesn’t want to transfer me from non Ac to Ac he ask for 1500 bucks more which is highly unprofessional and service is also okaish , I don’t prefer them as a first hotel, please take care

Value for money, staffs' behaviour was very good. You can definitely rely on this hotel if you are in need of budget friendly hotel.

Location is good and easily accessible. Rooms were small but neat and hospitality was crisp.. it matched the price.. 2 of their Breakfast options were not available on days I stayed . Poha and cheese sandwich.. So their breakfast was just breadbutter, toast, veg sandwich, Maggie and eggs.. There was a strange medicinal taste in their bathroom water .. the same that was coming in the flush, same smell and yellowish discolored water in ths washbasin.. One plus if the rooms - AC was available at this price . Rooms were neat and cleaners were available by 9am

This was alright. But they actually take foreigners in which is a huge plus really! Staff was nice and the room was clean enough. There was always a very stuffy smell in the air which was a bit bothering... Though i am certainly not complaining with that price, everything was satisfying for my stay, they got clean bathrooms, wifi and ventilation in the room with different settings, nobody should really expect any more

A place well known for its mexican cuisine. The portion size is just enough for 2 persons. We ordered nachos with spicy salsa, Italian sizzler, formaggio pizza, tex mex chilli bake, burrito and their very scrumptious blueberry cheesecake. The food served was delicious.............

We stay for 2 days we didn’t get any basic hospitality the staf was to arrogant even there is no wifi in room and the water was to darty Ac is also not working telephone is not working and we pay to much for these. I will not visit again.

The exterior look of hotel is new and fresh but the interiors of rooms are look like old vintage and parking facilities are not available in this hotel. Overall Ok to stay for family.

Not good experience. They dont know to prepare maggi for my daughter in night. Not even they allow us. Only one lift working that is also 8 to 8pm not on sunday

Very bed experience with this Hotel. I booked 2 suit for 3 days and 1 room for 2 days thru Make My Trip. Due to increase corona case I have cancelled my visit to Vadodara and cancelled my hotel booking also. Hotel denied my cancellation request and not refund the money for 2 Suit. For 1 room they refund partially after intervention by MMT. I seen online that the hotel has no room vacant. So why they are not refunding money? So please think 100 times before booking with this hotel because at the time of booking you are not knowing the cancellation policy.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, service is good too, rooms are comfortable a good place for stay in nearby to railway station also on modrate price too.
