Considering the price point of 700-900 for an AC room inclusive of breakfast this offer is a steal. Cleanliness is average, buffet breakfast was ok with 5 options to eat from, Rooms have ac but centrally controlled, entrance could be better, safe to stay for solo travelers. Needs better pest control and cleanliness. Again, considering the price this is a fabulous hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.

This is very pathetic experience I have. No service, Rooms Condition are very worst, lift not working properly, not guest service. I suggest not to book this.

I have booking on 29th December 2022, The worst hotel. if you want to experience the worst, go to this hotel. I have checked in at midnight and I had to leave immediately as the rooms were horribly bad. The ceiling were full of water. bathroom was equally bad. I don't know how they run this hotel. no responsible person to answer I strongly recommend not to go this hotel.

Worse experience ever I checked in and i was given a room with dirty/stained bed sheet and pillow covers and when i requested to change them they said this is all what we have, then on arguing further they changed my room in which toilet flush wasn’t working. At last i checked out of the hotel without even staying in it. Please never visit them they are worse.

Can't give one star allso Pathetic experience ever i had. ! Not polite! Staff extremely disappointed! Geaser not working! When i started it started vibrating i got scared if I'll get current so! Will recommend you highly not to go ! I said to clean the room they it's clean only with 1000 of mud stain on flooring!

"4 Star my feet. This is not even a 1 star hotel". Completely pathetic. Washrooms are dirtier than railway toilets. Filled with dirty smell and insects. No service whatsoever. No helper for luggage. Extremely rude service staff.

Decided to stay there during my visit to port blair and it was a good decision Property is nice and clean and they have a very good team and staff. Rooms are upto the mark , food is good. Also view from the rooms is nice. I also liked the sitting area of the restaurant which gives a view of the open sea. Staff was helping, they guided us for our visit and also offered to arranged taxi and ferry services A must visit Property

Very bad rooms, bad odour in rooms and washroom. Extremely unhygienic washroom and rotten smell. No housekeeping staff, self service is what they say you need to do. Not good for families. Complimentary breakfast is ok. Parking also very limited.

FULL OF BEDBUGS...if you want your soul to go away from your body...just visit once and you will experience this unique feeling...i stepped in and in 2 mins looking at atleast 100 bedbugs on its white tiles i left the room...i came at the reception and told them and they are like sir it is a major problem in all the rooms and owner too knows about it but is not doing anything about it...i asked for refund and the owner refused it outrightly saying that the booking is non-refundable to which i am like...i would have not asked for refund if it wasnt for bedbugs but he is like no we dont have refund policy...this was the most horrific experience i had in my entire life...

Worst hotel ever seen. Room and washroom both are not cleaned while making the checkin. Hotel management need to be serious on cleaning. Housekeeping staff says I'm the only one to manage all cleaning activity.

Visited this place in December 2022. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC to say the least. The first thing they say on entry in "SELF SERVICE" The rooms were in Absolutely shabby condition. Torn bedsheets, stained bedsheets, leaking ACs, no footmats, no dustbins. The room door had a hole right next to the lock big enough for a person to peep through. The bathroom door had a broken latch so you can't lock the bathroom. Bathroom fittings had rusted. The commode not cleaned properly. No tap next to the commode causing lot of inconvenience to use the facility. Their breakfast service although "complimentary" is CHARGEABLE if you want it delivered to the room. Heavily understaffed. Extremely lazy hotel staff who couldn't be less bothered about their customers being unhappy! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst hotel ever. AC remote was not working, 0 points for cleanness, given unsealed water bottle, no one there to carry bags have to do by ourselves, washroom's exhaust fan was not working, no hot water. 1star also not worth for property.

Rooms are not clean, staff is not helpful. There are cockroaches in the rooms. Despite the fact we requested for towels 3 - 4 times, we didn't get them. No remote for the AC, it runs at a fixed temperature.

We being a travel agent we had booked 8 rooms in this hotel but This hotel is Pathetic as being a travel agent we have booked 8 rooms but its nothing on the name of services and @makemytrip also dont responce to his hotel .. dont book as the staff it self says its not for family and its for 2-4 fun hotel which is used for couple

Room cleaning not good , breakfast is good , in room they have dial phone but they not give service number 😂 so whenever you want any service first go to Google search shagun and get main counter phon number 😂 two day we were call to main receptionist for any service

The service is so poor, the receptionist was not so friendly... Also the cleanliness was totally poor!! I wanted to give no stars, but O needed a room, so they provided with one that's why 2 stars... But A/C was not working properly in this scorching heat, the fan speed was not more than 2, the Bathroom quality was not at all good!!! Hoping that they improve!!!

Cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. I found lot of roaches in my washroom and spider nets as well. Else it is within the city staff is very co operative. Near to Vadodara bus station. Budget friendly.
