The overall ambience was nice but the room had not so clean mattress and sheets. The washroom also had cigarette buds.. after complaining the room was cleaned thoroughly.

Stayed here for 4 nights for approx 1800 per night. When I checked in late at night I was offered a room with leaked walls, no window and worst bathroom one can ever imagine (photos attached). When I asked for cancellations then only I got room changed. Breakfast has nothing to offer. First morning reception informed that they don't have breakfast due to some problems. When I asked for refund they arranged for some two items with bread and tea. I thought this might be exceptional but all four morning it was same. Room next to me was getting newspaper and plates (for outside food) but I was denied for the same. Hotel itself asked me order food from Swiggy but didn't support in room for plates. The hotel property is still under construction and the staff is not sufficiently trained. Oyo should train their people before putting them at real job. Please avoid it.

Only plus, it is close to the station. Oyo owned property but not taken care of. Staff is good but they also have their limitations. Pest issues, no proper water supply. Def not going for

It's my travel stay spot these days. Since property has recently been taken over by Oyo and new interior is done. Location is an add on. It's a steal. Hotel has a restaurant as well.

We stayed here for a night. The rooms were great but the service was very poor. We checked in in the evening, the telecoms in both our rooms were't working it was very difficult for us to contact the reception. Also there were no glasses in a room. The kitchen was also out of service it caused a bit of inconvienience. The infrastructure and cleanliness was good. Breakfast served was very minimum and had the least options. The hotel needs to improve its service!!

Staff is very arrogant and mannerless.. they don't know how to treat guest. Dear hotel owner kindly train them how to do hospitality of guest. The lady who is seating on reception is so rude and arrogant, she don't know how to talk with guest. I requested her to kindly show me the room as I wanted to book room, but she arrogantly refused. Her behavior is totally unacceptable from any standard. So overall rating is "0".

It's more like a LODGE run by OYO. Served by people with no knowledge of hospitality industry. Stayed one day with early check-in on paid basis. The room allotted was with used bed, but denied by them. Wash basin had body lotion, and hand soap available. Very poor breakfast with just 4 items. AVOIDABLE

Located at the central place of Vadodara, this hotel is good place to stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Hotel is located from 4th to 8th floor. So you will have a good view from your room. (Ask for good view rooms)😛. Ample parking space is available.
