Very very pleasantly surprised by my visit to the institute. Everything was impeccable from reception to payment. The premises are beautiful and welcoming, the staff are top notch. I had stopped by to make an appointment but was offered quick pick-up. I was pampered by Felicia who took care of my nails with care and patience. She was efficient and attentive and I loved the result. I will definitely come back. I recommend 100%. (Only negative point, little Opi who walks around the institute, very cute of course but take into account that some people are phobic (I was paralyzed at the sight of him) or allergic to dog hair 😖). Very very satisfied with my stay overall anyway.

Disappointed! I had been a customer for months for gel application then filling... and that was one disappointment too much. Came for a filling with the model in the photo (marble + gold) I came out with a not subtle marble and without gold because "no time"... and of course she told me at the end of the session (I would have very certainly changed model if I had known). All the while knowing that my appointment was canceled and postponed twice and that I had to beg to be rescheduled quickly. And of course I had sent my model well before. In short, depending on who you come across, you are more or less well served. Personally, given the price, I'll pass!

A quality salon. Very good team, super professional. They pamper you and make your nails so beautiful. If you need to get your nails done in a Parisian salon, it’s here and nowhere else!

Je vais à ce salon depuis près d’un an maintenant et je suis satisfaite des prestations. Les filles sont sympas et sont très pros ! Je trouve que le système de réservation pourrait être un peu moins stricte, surtout pour les clientes habituées (j’ai déjà perdu mon acompte pour avoir déplacer mon rdv avant 48h) Mais bon salon dans l’ensemble

The team is nice but the person at reception is really not, she doesn't listen when you talk to her and most often responds badly. When we say hello to her it is rare that she responds and follows it up with “what is your name…”. When we come to take care of ourselves it is to be treated well, to have a good time but not to have the impression of being in the way. Fortunately the team is there because once you get past the reception you feel good with the rest of the team.

Super disappointed with my appointment. The prosthetist was really not qualified to do my nails. I left super frustrated, because I didn't get what I wanted. A nonchalant attitude. I usually come there but I won't take Alice anymore.
