Just enjoy the view and atmosphere. But they are so bad that nearly all of the seat next to the aquarium are for 4 people, if you go with 2 people, it’s impossible to seat very close to the aquarium, and the food is nothing special, don’t put too many expectation on it.

Nice place, but that's all there is to say. Unfortunately, when we came, we were only offered a test menu for 49 euros, not all items. This upset me, because I wanted to try the corresponding item from the main menu. However, the interior is really impressive, and the service is at a high level! I would also like to note that the food was delicious, but more was expected for such a restaurant.

A beautiful restaurant with a superb view. The aquarium around the tables is awesome. A unique atmosphere. The access is easy and reservations are mandatory. The food is good, but the portions could be bigger according the price. The services must be improved.

I can only judge the place. This is a restaurant on the underground level inside of a big aquarium. It should be nice to eat in such a peaceful environment with the fish swimming around. However, you have to make a reservation with time in advance as it often full. They also open at night and you can access it without buying the Oceanogràfic entrance. Maybe in the future I give it a try.

4/5 for the food which was tasty 2/5 for the service - it took over 30 minutes for someone to take our order. For lunch it was a set menu as the only option, the cheapest of which was €40 Because of the poor service unfortunately, I didn’t feel the experience was worth the money. It shouldn’t take 2 hours to have lunch. Experience also slightly spoiled by noisy children so just be aware to consider this carefully before planning any special or romantic occasions here.

Decent restaurant although the food is not exceptional. It looks better than it tastes. The main reason to come here is for the fish in the aquarium circling around the tables. Surprisingly for Valencia 's top tourist spot, the staff hardly spoke any English and apparently no other languages than Spanish (and maybe Valencian). I spoke to three people and they spoke an uneasy mix of Spanish and English, even though I addressed them in Spanish. Eventually I ordered in Spanish to put the waiter out of his misery. The adult dishes on the menu we very small. What they called a dim sum was really more of a raviolo, and there was just one on the plate. The kids had pasta and a hamburger, but by the time the waiter brought the cheese for the pasta and the ketchup for the burger and chips, both were cold. For dessert, the coconut ice cream was tasteless, but the tarte tatin was ok.

I went with the illusion of celebrating my partner's birthday, I asked for a table next to the aquarium, the maitre told me that the restaurant was full and upon arrival there were several empty tables but he made us sit at the center of the restaurant. The waitress was absolutely professional and helpful unfortunately that night the kitchen was not preparing paella (a bit strange for Valencia). The menu was reduced to only 7 options between meat and fish. The food was super basic, the presentation very poor and the fish tasteless. A shame for such a special place.

We dined here as a multi cultural group in early January. The location is spectacular, and the quality of the cooking on all the dishes I tried was spectacular, with the meat being served to each person's preference and the presentation excellent. While the set menu or al a carte options are more expensive than other equivalent restaurants, no other restaurant has the location, as a venue it is worth it. My main fault with the restaurant was contacting them to see if it was possible to change the time of the meal, I rang a few times in the morning but only got a response halfway during the meal. This should be easy to solve with a redirect to the museum reception potentially. Oh and thanks to our waitress Jana who was able to assist quickly with all our requests.

False advertising. Waiters don't speak English at all, there are only few tables near aquarium, from the rest of tables you can see only the inside of restaurant. Food is very expensive and mediocre. We were at least 15 min at the table until someone took our order. I would give one star for the service, is inexcusable not to speak basic English in such a touristic location.

I think it was a very bad experience First of all, the quality of each dish is generally not good. After basically eating it, you will know that it is heated. Second, the service staff is very unqualified. I had a very bad feeling. At the end of the checkout, I couldn't understand. I paid with cash and he didn't accept coins. He didn't even have the most basic service attitude. Never mind.

This place offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding fish tank from every angle. While the prefix dinner selection is somewhat limited, you have the option to choose individual side dishes along with a main entree, complemented by a bottle of wine. Whether you're with family, a romantic partner, or a group of friends, it caters to all. The overall experience is truly remarkable, and I strongly advise making reservations in advance. I wholeheartedly endorse this venue for its exceptional experience.

The food was nice and tasty. The service is very good. On the other hand, the food portions were not ok for the price, it is nice to have the aquarium atmosphere but not at 40€ extra cost than other top rated restaurants, and you are not top rated !!! I wouldn't recommend it for someone who would like to eat and pay normal price, you should go here only to enjoy the atmosphere, but not to eat and become full. Preparing the food also took a hell of a long time (1hr 45m) that wasted our day! I really wouldn't recommend it. The two stars are for the waiter girl as she was very polite and patient.

I reserved a table the same day and when I came the restaurant it was almost empty. The host didn’t let me take a table by aquarium cause she said they all are reserved. I asked what time people are coming? Cause if it’s at 2pm (I came at 1pm) I’ll be gone by then. And still she didn’t let me take any of the tables by the aquarium (at least 10 of them were open). By the time I was done most of those tables were still available. After I sat down they told me that a la carte menu is not available and I have to have the full menu - 2 starters, main and dessert. I choose “Mediterranean experience” and requested “no salt” on any of the dishes. First the brought the monkfish carpaccio and it was covered in salt 🤢 The duck was covered in salt as well, I’m on a no salt lifestyle so it tasted gross. The bread they brought was very dry, I hurt myself trying to bite it. After pointing that out they brought a softer one. Food was coming out pretty fast. The food was okay, nothing special. Presentation looked good. I was hoping the dessert was gonna be my favorite cause it had 2 of my fav ingredients - passion fruit and matcha but nope, it was pretty weird and also salty 🤦🏼‍♀️ If you want to have a better experience than I did, make sure to reserve a table in advance and put in notes that you want a table by aquarium. And also speak Spanish cause they don’t understand English well 🙈

Great restaurant with lots of potential. Better customer service and waiter having knowledge of menu would have made our visit better. Menu selection could be better and more catering. Food took 35 minutes to come out after ordering. Wish we were treated a bit better being that the restaurant was empty.

Price / quality ratio could be significantly improved. Great entrantes and ok-ish main, in combination with sufficiently rude and slow stuff (it took us 2h to get through the lunch with approx. 60% of that time waiting for things / empty plates). Its pretty unlikely that we will return. Spent approx €125 for a lunch (2 adults, 1 child menu). On a positive side - the view is great there.

Very special setup with fine dining food. The menu is a bit confusing. You need to choose a line-up from 3 menus which will include 2 appetizers,a main dish and a desert. If you choose paella as a main dish it comes for 2 people(2x portions)

Loved this restaurant and the experience! We were wary at first given reviews about the small portions for food, however we were pleasantly surprised with how full we were and found the serving size decent and delicious! Staff were so lovely and even warned us against ordering an additional dish on top of the set menu as it’ll be too much which we were so glad that they did. Beware you’ll be so distracted by the aquarium surrounding, it’s truly a magical and beautiful experience.

Only the ambiance was excellent. Price of food was actually for the location. Service was quick and good too. No a la carte option even though it was on display. You are surrounded by sea life and eating them at the same time. If only they could understand what's happening. Go vegetarian or vegan!!

Just amazing. No words . You can seat there and only watch at the fishes during hours! Found very tasty, but the portions are small, it’s true. However it’s not a problem.♥️

I'm sorry to say I felt the food read better on the menu. All was tepid and not to my taste. The atmosphere was ruined by children being allowed to run around as if it was a playground. I'm afraid apart from the fish tanks it's not a particularly special restaurant.

Definitely would recommend booking. It was fully booked when we went. Lovely setting. Service was very slow. The food was average but setting was really beautiful

🫤 The place is very nicely decorated, as if you were surrounded by tents and in a jungle. Very well done. The food was delicious too. What is a major disadvantage of this restaurant is that you have a time block of 1.5 hours. We were with another couple of friends and had to order everything immediate...
