The Positive: - The building itself is gorgeous! - Everything was clean and looked after - The room was as described - The location is perfect for visiting the center - Free parking on location is great! - Breakfast was fresh and included in the price The not-so-positive: - The bathroom of our room had a glass door which didn't fully close or lock. What happens in the bathroom should stay in the bathroom... - The self check-in process is unnecessarily complex and the information provided is outdated and cluttered: Upon booking I received several separate e-mails with instructions for the check-in (check-in through a guess portal, donwnload an application on my phone, and wait for a digital key that would be made available in the app). No digital key was received, and upon communication with the client service I was informed that this information is outdated and no digital key is needed. Upon arrival at the hotel, there is not reception desk. Through another self check-in tablet on the location, I had to fill in a reservation code from the guest portal to access my reservation. Then too, it appeared that I couldn't proceed with the check-in because my payment wasn't processed. I had to contact the client service multiple times to get things sorted (to be fair, the client service was easy to reach and friendly). A four-star hotel is more than a room, it is also about hospitality. The latter is simply not present due to the decision to incorporate such self check-in system and not provide up-to-date information regarding its use.

I had to comment cause it just wasn’t worth it for me. Way too expensive for a room like this! There is no elevator, no air conditioning(it was 30 degree), no curtains. The windowsills were amazing but a lot of bugs flew in(if you are a bug or nature lover you might enjoy this though). The column and celling were like slope so we hit our heads. And the mobile key didn’t work so it was very inconvenient for us to check in. Pros: Breakfast was on point. Staffs were friendly. The location is very nice, you can get to Maastricht by bus easily. That’s why I still rated 3 stars:)

Great B&B within a very short walking distance to the restaurants. Excellent WiFi speed and storage for a bike. The wet and infrared saunas are perfect for relaxing and recuperating. You do need to check in at the Park Hotel.

This was a spectacular over the top place to stay. We just wish the check in desk was also at this location.....its at their main hotel. But this is definitely worth the stay.

Good location but overheated rooms makes this facility seem poor compared to the alternatives.
