Positive:

The
building
itself
is
gorgeous!

Everything
was
clean
and
looked
after

The
room
was
as
described
-
The
location
is
perfect
for
visiting
the
center
-
Free
parking
on
location
is
great!

Breakfast
was
fresh
and
included
in
the
price
The
not-so-positive:
-
The
bathroom
of
our
room
had
a
glass
door
which
didn't
fully
close
or
lock.
What
happens
in
the
bathroom
should
stay
in
the
bathroom...
-
The
self
check-in
process
is
unnecessarily
complex
and
the
information
provided
is
outdated
and
cluttered:
Upon
booking
I
received
several
separate
e-mails
with
instructions
for
the
check-in
(check-in
through
a
guess
portal,
donwnload
an
application
on
my
phone,
and
wait
for
a
digital
key
that
would
be
made
available
in
the
app).
No
digital
key
was
received,
and
upon
communication
with
the
client
service
I
was
informed
that
this
information
is
outdated
and
no
digital
key
is
needed.
Upon
arrival
at
the
hotel,
there
is
not
reception
desk.
Through
another
self
check-in
tablet
on
the
location,
I
had
to
fill
in
a
reservation
code
from
the
guest
portal
to
access
my
reservation.
Then
too,
it
appeared
that
I
couldn't
proceed
with
the
check-in
because
my
payment
wasn't
processed.
I
had
to
contact
the
client
service
multiple
times
to
get
things
sorted
(to
be
fair,
the
client
service
was
easy
to
reach
and
friendly).
A
four-star
hotel
is
more
than
a
room,
it
is
also
about
hospitality.
The
latter
is
simply
not
present
due
to
the
decision
to
incorporate
such
self
check-in
system
and
not
provide
up-to-date
information
regarding
its
use.
