Excellent hôtel. The room is so clean and big, super comfortable bed and pillows, great hot showers and nice big breakfast. The location is perfect, close to the minibus stops, and main area for restaurants and cafes. Also nicely tucked at the edge with a good view of the mountains. But best of all is the the excellent service. Hisyar and Inci are so helpful and kind. I arrived at 8am not expecting a room but the room was ready and even warmed up with the heater switched on. They helped me get my clothes laundered and helpfully gave me all the information i needed to get around. I was hoping to stay longer but unfortunately I couldn't. I would love to be back here. Also loved the sweet cat, Rashi!

the hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and breakfast is good. Also the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Also the location of the hotel is in the main center of Van. An additional adventage is the availability of free parking opposite the hotel.

Poor experience. have been with a group of 16 people. from the start, the receptionist does not speak in english. once you do the check in, the card is not handed to you but to the bellboys. they have managed to mix up 4 rooms.. no usefulness apart coming with you (and not helping with the baggage) up to your room. waiting for tips for doing nothing. the room seems fair, however found some sheets ripped off as in the picture attached. toilet seat was broken as in the picture and the toilet paper place is on the ground. this morning (25th august 2022) went to have breakfast at 7 30 (starting time is 7): no coffee and very poor choices for food. actually most of the food was finished apart the gems. they did not want to add more bread nor other finished food. not that many people inside the restaurant.. maybe 5 tables only.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Service is nice. The location of the hotel is near city center. And you can have access to malls easily. Totally I recommend it

The best hotel to stay in Van! The rooms are spacious, clean, cozy and very comfortable. The best staff ever very friendly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing lots to choose from and tasty. The location of the hotel is very central close to everything and easily accessible. I just love it!!!!! The rooms are big and very clean, the staff are superb friendly and the owner is a gentlemen that is willing to help you...he indeed, send one of the workers to take to the bus station in order that I won't be lost (this kind of details, rarely happens and it was so kind from his side). They receive us with a big smile late night (all of them) when we arrived and when we leave as well. For me, that kind of behavior is more than important in the hotel service industry and that's why I try to remark every detail. Also, the breakfast was super tasty, with a big variety of options (for vegetarians and non vegetarians as well). The high quality food and the service (it's something that I reinforce) were extremely good. I just highly recommend this hotel because we tried another one before this one and we were so annoyed because of the service and the room.

Hotel is very clean. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will try it again in next trips. I like it and it is better from same 4 star hotels in van. It must be 4star...
