The stay has been wonderful, the breakfast and everything was just amazing. Especially the staff they were very helpful and kind. We totally recommend this place. We’re very impressed and we’ll definitely come again next time. Greetings to Mr. Baki and Mr. Abdurrahman.

We were in this hotel for 4 days. We had 2 rooms. The breakfast was very poor. The number of employees was low and they could not handle it. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days out of 4 days. This is a 5-star hotel, but it does not offer the same services as a 2-star hotel. The rooms were dirty, the corridors were dirty, the tables and chairs and the bathroom were very dirty. In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sehr guter Standard für diese Region! Wir hatten eine Lebensmittelvergiftung vom Essen außerhalb des Hotels und wurden vom Personal die ganze Nacht mit Tee und Wasser versorgt. Sie haben auch den Kontakt zu unsere Familie gemanagt. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen!

conferium hotel is a nice hotel with clean rooms and kind staff near city center in van,just issue is that resturant for breakfast in too small and crowded in the morning that you should wait more minutes to find empty table for sitting.breakfast is good but it is not complete,pool sometimes is broken and closed during our staying there.

Perfect location. Excellent customer services and communications. Turan and Abdurrahman gave me excellent tips on great local Van restaurants and currency exchange location. The staff are very well detailed oriented. I also enjoyed the hamam massage and bubble bath. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything exist but small size any how I satisfied for vacation.romms and another place very very clean, high tek and comfortable. Nice employee and they know job for weakness point suna and Turkish bat is very small but for use is acceptable If I come back to van book again conforium hote I have good memories from that ☺️

From booking till the arrival Abdurrahman at the reception was amazing…. Abdurrahman along with the other staff like baki , turan , janer , Abdurrahman ( another one) kadir and others whose names are not mentioned are an asset to the hotel. They all work as a team and as a family. Location was amazing. For me it was more amazing as the proximity to the mosque was superb also the best hotel in Van 🧿 I stayed for 4 nights but I guess should have stayed more and a must visit again in shaa Allah An amazing & an unforgettable experience…

Returned to the Conforium Hotel for two nights. I agree with Gylxhan's earlier review. Business manager Mr. Caner Ozgul's team of reception representative Hamdi (in photo) and bell captain Amin are helpful and kind. I recommend rooms w/ view of neighborhood park. Breakfast is hosted by Ms. Hatice and is excellent!

I booked for two nights over the phone for my brother& his wife & two kids, from Sydney. I spoke with Mr Dener) perhaps if my spelling is correct. He was an excellent over the phone and he was so quick with my queries which he booked it for two nights. I also want to thank him for giving my brother a superior room with fantastic view. My brother and his family were very impressed with him also with the hotel staff and their outstanding service. They left the hotel with good lasting impression 👏 If you are going to Van turkey, this is the place that I highly recommend (The Conforium hotel Van will be back again..

I am very much delighted, very friendly and Customer-Oriented personal, wonderful bed, so comfortable, i had two satisfying sleeps, Location between City-center for shopping and the famous to visit-castle, great typical turkish breakfast to get strength for the day, thank you very much for storing my luggage after Check-out

Hi Is it possible for use hotel pool as a guest from another hotel? Cause im suprising thay van doesnt have any mix pools !!!! If you know a good pool thay we can go and enjoy with fam dont hesitate to tell me

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center of Van. Everything is nearby. The hotel itself has Turkish bath, steam bath and sauna that work till midnight and are included in the overnight rate. The buffet breakfast is with good variety and the rooms are extremely clean. All the staff are helpful. I had a wonderful stay in the hotel.

This hotel should be considered as a 3-star hotel. It’s no way close to be a 5 star that they claimed to be. There is no baby crib available; sound-proof is terrible as we could still hear the very loud party noise close to 11pm. Many other details also show that they don’t meet the 5-star standards (shower room, pillow, pool, etc.). I suggest that they don’t claim themselves to be a 5-star hotel.

I have a great experience at Conforium Hotel, The staff were beyond polite, kind, friendly and ready to help and they knew several languages.The rooms were big, bright and clean. It was in the city center and easy to access everywhere. Breakfast and service were on time and excellent. If you're looking for a calm and sweet vacation this hotel is highly recommended. Thank you. Nettes Hotel, aber Badezimmer ist echt in die Jahre gekommen. Der Duschkopf ist mir fast auf den Kopf gefallen, der Knauf ist auch abgegangen. Von der Decke tropft die ganze Zeit kaltes Wasser. Die Bettdecke war viel zu klein für 2 Personen. Lobby hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Uncomfortable things that I have to call reception all the time to turn on the air condition. Poor breakfast, poor service and not value for money, Location was far away from center.

The hotel is in a great location and very quiet and beautiful. The staff are friendly and pay full attention to the hosts. I recommend it. eyvallah Turkey🌹

Me and my associates booked six nights at this hotel. Melek and Abdurrahman were very helpful. The rest of the staff were also professional. There is a quiet, relaxing restaurant on the first entry floor. The hotel has a family feel to it and is overall relaxing. If you’re looking for a family hotel with a spa, and a great deal I recommend the Conforium. Remember that this is the city of Van. It has a local feeling to it and is different from Istanbul.
