Building
dating
back
to
the
1870s
as
a
hotel,
it's
got
great
bones,
then
converted
into
the
beloved
Norbiton
&
Dragon
(reference
to
the
Thai
restaurant
that
used
to
reside
there
too),
and
now
a
trendy
crafty
pizza-serving
sports-showing
pub
with
a
garden
/
crèche
in
the
back.
Beers
are
again
that
macro-craft
affair
in
the
form
of
Brixton,
Four
Pure
and
Beavertown,
but
they
also
regularly
a
few
guests
on,
including
ales
from
Park
Brewery
and
kegs
from
the
likes
of
Siren,
Gipsy
Hill,
Mondo
and
Lucky
Saint.
Beer
pours
good
here,
they
know
their
stuff
and
the
staff
always
quick
to
recommend
what's
tasting
decent.
Pizzas
are
@flatboyspizza
again,
which
always
bang.
A
stone's
throw
from
Norbiton
station,
walkable
from
Kingston,
same
train
line
from
Waterloo
(via
Richmond).
It
would
be
ideal
if
you
were
looking
for
a
venue
pre-Twickenham
(🤢),
or
need
a
spot
coming
out
of
Richmond
Park
for
the
footy
-
this
is
your
place.
It
also
used
to
be
the
place
where
the
Royal
Antediluvian
Order
of
Buffaloes
met
every
Saturday.
Not
sure
if
they
do
anymore.
